It was a wonderful experience; the staff's service—from the lobby to the restaurant—was excellent, and I was very pleased with the cleanliness. My only suggestion would be to provide extra trash bags, as we were traveling—and in our specific case, our trip was primarily for medical appointments and visiting family. This hotel has serious hygiene and pest control issues. I found a large cockroach in my room, including inside the refrigerator. After being moved to another room, another cockroach entered from under the door. Management never contacted me despite multiple requests. I received compensation, but it was not fair given the situation. Unacceptable standards of cleanliness, poor communication, and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this hotel.
