Svenska Design Hotel Andheri

The hotel is in no angle a 5 star. The corridor smelled I had to literally hold my breath to go to my room. Intercom was not working each time I wanted to call the reception I had to go to the lobby. The icing on the cake came during my checkout. The manager at the desk told me to pay 1000rs for the coffee stain on the towel,he would not write it on my bill when I argued if I have to pay i need it mentioned in my bill.He angrily said it would not be changed. Then came the bills.i had ordered coffee and some snacks but they had charged me 2 times serving coffee and when I asked where is my signature on those extra bills he had no answer. Please be aware of such crooks. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Cleanliness below average - cigarette stubs outside rooms, bathrooms not very clean, no handicap accessibility ramps

They are the cheaters, they took extra Rs.6000/- from me. Though I had booked the room for one day. I am going to send legal notice to Expedia & Svenska Hotel. I have video recordings along with proof of local police. Hotel management blaming Expedia for all troubles. They have traumatized both me & my wife. My blood pressure went high & they put me under depression & they collected extra Rs.6000/- My submission to you is either Expedia or Hotel Svensk had to refund my money & apology. rooms were well maintained and Chetan from front desk was very courteous

Not worth the rate charges for the room. No ambience, an old premises.
