We stayed one night in a delux room over looking the pool. The room was ok, a bit worn. The bed was really hard. The bathroom could definitely have been cleaner. There was mould on the shower tiles that could have easily been wiped off. The roof top pool and bar were great and the staff were really lovely and helpful.

A great option at an awesome price. Lively and fun with good facilities. Only thing is it is a very loud property with lots of street noise and the multiple live music onsite can all bleed together in the room.

Room was only ready 2 hours after the listed check in time (ready at 5 pm). Ants in room. Only one electrical outlet in the whole room behind the tv, none in bathroom or near the bed. Fitness room was broken. Worst part was the noise from a bar downstairs- extremely loud music and bass making the walls vibrate, and my room was on the 3rd and highest floor so the furthest away possible from the noise. So changing rooms would have made no difference. I checked out in the middle of the night on my first night because I couldn’t sleep. Of course they didn’t offer a refund. I said fine, I just want to leave. Then they tried to make me sign this weird form saying I won’t write a bad review and I said no I’m not signing that, I’m just leaving. They were yelling at me like I was some sort of criminal as I was leaving. Terrible experience

Nice hotel in a Central Location...walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping, banks, pharmacies. Hotel's employees are all nice BUT few need to be mentioned as they are nice, polite, hard working and these 4 are: David the Manager, Ratna the Breakfast Supervisor, Gede Restujaya from the Reception and Dewa from the Restaurant/Cafe. Hotel has 2 Atm's next to the Security, Starbucks and a Money Changer in the Lobby..

Great amenities and location was very good, but almost everyday for the week we were there house keeping would forget to give us towels or top up the toilet paper so we had to call to request these things. Blinds in the bathroom don't close so if you're with friends keep that in mind. The pools were a highlight and hotel is kept clean.

Check in is not until 3pm but they let you use the pool/facilities while you wait. Staff are very friendly and want to make your stay as great as possible. Great value for the price. Pools are beautiful and not busy.

Super super noisy. Wrong room was provided then there was a real hassle trying to get the right one. Spa was never manned. Pool area was nice but honestly this place wasint worth the price for the extereme noise from the street and the lack of service.

The room not spacious as what we expected. Cleanliness is on the factors that rated it lower than the common ratings. Hope they ca improve the smell in the hotel room, it is disgusting smell when you enter to the room.

Vart förvånad över hotellet.man ser inte mycket av det från gata men en trappa upp ser man. Fina miljöer, trevlig personal, utmärkt städning, bra frukost även om den kanske har lite för mycket lokal vinkling. Bara leenden, Starbuck finns ju också på hotellet samt en musik restaurang. Fin takpool. Största minuset var balkongen på 0,4 kvm som man inte fick använda för att torka kläder.

The Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Internet was average as sometimes slow and kept logging you out. Room was clean but bathroom was unexpectedly small.

Hotel is large, clean with lovely pool areas. Convenient breakfast option is great and although a little more expensive, the restaurant and bar is a great place to finish your day at. Rooms are clean and spacious and the air conditioning is very good. Recommend this for first time travelers as their location is Right in the middle of everything you’re looking for

Room was incredibly noisy! When we asked to move staff offered us one room down only. The aircon in the room was freezing even when we changed the temp. Asked staff if we could she’s an extra blanket & was told it’s not possible due to the ‘budget’ room we had selected, even we we paid extra for it. We stayed in another hotel up the road which was far better.

Our hand basin was blocked coed the entire time. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Room was clean a staff friendly. Breakfast had lots of options. More for young people that are travelling around.

Centrally located, cool roof top pool and delicious breakfast options. A very busy street with people trying to sell you stuff the minute you walked out. Mind you this happens everywhere around Legian. Air conditioning was faulty for a while but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

No soundproof walls, could hear EVERYTHING coming from rooms next door. The downstairs bar which was always empty had loud music till 2am most nights which was unnecessary. No pool towels provided two days in a row. And only one power outlet in the entire room which was on the far corner wall not near the bed. Moved hotels half way through my stay. Staff very polite however.

Very noisy although have to expect it due to location. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the people in the next room. Staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Second time staying at the hotel had both pool access, rooftop as well as the bottom pool the first 2 days. Rooms were cleaned every day.

The front office staff is not friendly. During my checkout, I asked to provide some water. They said go and buy in a store. I was upset with the staff. I recommend the hotel to appoint some mature staff in the front office.

The hotel is rundown and felt like we should be staying in a hostel. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear someone drop the remote next door. We had complained almost every night about other guests making noise- we could hear them right next to us, in the hallway or all the way across the other side of the hotel. We got so fed up with this hotel we left early and stayed elsewhere. When we checked out they tried to make us sign a waiver so that we could not write anything negative about our stay. There was no refund or compensation. They only offered for us to move rooms but what would be the point when we would have the same issue?

Check-in time at 3 pm. Check out at NOON. Late check out is extra charge. It allows luggage storage before check in time and after check out so you can still explore your surroundings to shop, have lunch or just hangout in the area. Plenty restaurants near hotel. Wifi range is great. Breakfast on the roof top 4th floor and decent food. Friendly and courteous staff. Fast response when I complained about the mini fridge was not cold, they came in and change it less than 10 min. Overall it was a nice stay at The One Legian. Keep up the good work.

The staff here were fantastic, happy to help where needed.. Everyday when I walked past the front desk to go out, the staff would always ask what are you up to today and give little pointers to help out if they could..

Hotel is good location, doesn’t really look like the photos they advertise. Staff friendly enough. If your young and want to party it’s great, if you’re after something that’s quiet, look elsewhere.

Detta är nog mer ett hotell för unga resenärer som vill bo billigt och ha lite partystämning. Relativt orutinerad personal, små rum, ganska omodernt, endast ladduttag på ett ställe. Frukosten mer lämpad för asiater, inget normalt pålägg till brödet, som bara fanns i rostbröd. Gillade rooftop poolen och priset.

Waren vor 5 Jahren dort das Hotel hat in den Jahren strakt gelitten. Waren 3 Wochen dort 28.8.-22.9.24 Sehr hellhörig und in der ersten Wochen unmöglich laute Gäste. Essen na ja In drei Wochen auf den Tag immer das gleiche sind daher außerhalb essen gegangen . Personal war allerdings zu vorkommend und nett . Für -2 Tage OK Mit freundlichen Grüßen Hans& Angelika

The property has gone down hill since covid has happened staff not very knowledgeable not sure what you are talking about, more interested in their mobile phones. They needed staff that actually helped you or went out of their way to give you that good experience. The breakfast was mostly Indonesian food, took so long for staff to get ready for breakfast and just to get an egg Or omelette took forever the lines were too long. Our rooms didn’t have towels multiple times we had to ask for them and took them forever to get towels.
