Oceanfront MB202 - Ma'alaea Maui Condo with Spectacular Ocean Views; 1BR/1BA

Exceptional view. Loved the short walk to a lovely beach.

Nice view and resort convenient to area sites. The host did have a new toaster delivered when the one in the condo would not work. No response to our finding a drawer with A pan with old vegetables that had molded throughout the drawer.The condo itself has been poorly maintained. The furniture and bedding were worn out and uncomfortable. There were outlets and light switches that did not work. Carpet was old and had been partially covered with a thin area rug. The toilet also ran most of the time and the unit could use a more thorough cleaning.

The only issue we had was that TV did not function on local channels. Made contact with host and promptly able to reprogram TV to get local programming.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was exactly what I expected it to be - it is not a luxury apartment and it is very basic. It was clean and functional and just what I wanted for a quick few days with my daughter. Cost is reflective of the place. If you are looking for a fancy or updated environment and plan to spend a lot of time inside this is not the place. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to park your belongings and adventure it is perfect. It was clean and well located.
