The front desk was great and accommodated an early check in, it is in the same building as the Marriott hotel which needs to be stated on websites including Expedia. The apartment room was spacious but needed a hair dryer and coffee. Area is great and safe. I would easily stay there again!

This is very safe and clean residence. The Canal Walk Shopping Center is in 3 minutes distance. Today is Saturday, so I'm going to the Ratanga Park. Every Saturday, a 5km running & walking event that many residents participate in is held there. I will also join the event today and walk briskly.

The place looked good and had clean surfaces but it was not cleaned properly when you really look, the couch was dirty and its really worn out, there was also a piping sound that contantly went throughout our stay that made it hard to sleep, and also construction work in the mornings that woke us up. I let the staff know but they weren’t able to fix it. But the location is great, view was beautiful, staff was very friendly and parking was also good.

Average accommodation in a good area. Apartment definitely needs some TLC. Wall cabinet was hanging off the wall. Dirty walls and front door looked like it had been through some tough times. Great shower though. Room size was great too. Bedding felt like it needed replacing. Cigarette butt on the floor outside the elevator. Not the fault of the management, but not nice to see something like this. The rate was low so that’s probably why it’s not a premium accommodation. It’s a pity as the location is excellent and it’s next to the Marriott hotel. We stayed one night before going to airport. Okay for something like that.

Fräscht vid första anblick. Men mycket smuts till exempel vätskor som runnit på väggarna i badrummet som inte tvättas. Och det syns vid bara anblick. Undvik väggar och allt som rör vid dem! I övrigt bra rum och skön säng.

안전하고 조용하고 깨끗한 곳입니다. 매일 방청소를 해주어서 너무 좋았습니다. Canal Walk Shopping Center가 바로 옆에 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 아침에는 많은 사람들이 죠깅하는 것도 볼 수 있습니다. 단지 아쉬운 점은 침대 매트리스가 불편했다는 것입니다.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. 7/10 However, the communication before the stay was terrible. I did not have any response up until the day I got there. The confirmation was not clear as I booked a 2 bedroom apartment but it stated 1 room, 2 queen beds. The reception staff were lovely, polite and helpful. As for the property itself. The beds are small. More like a standard double not sure why it says Queen. The property is unmaintained. Let me clarify it was mostly clean however, damaged shower holder, cracked furniture, rusty extractor fan in shower. There was a peace of kfc chicken in the sofa, balcony glass dirty. Given the amount of money I paid I expect the property to be better maintained than this. The second bedroom has no AC and a Velcro curtain. I mean for a luxury apartment unacceptable. I encourage the owner to do maintenance and get it up to a luxury standard. The bed was comfortable and for a short stay the apartment met our needs. Lastly there were no clear pictures on the website. This is misleading as it shows several apartments. It was not clear which one we were staying in.

Great location, great apartment, only thing the apartment needs to be refreshed . Furniture is chipped , side draws broken , stains on the entrance table. If you look beyond that pretty comfortable. Beds and linen were great.

We had to wait for half an hour before check in, with 2 other couples before us. The couch was absolutely dirty, resulting in us not using it. Bed and pillows very hard and uncomfortable. The guesthouse in Stellenbosch was of far superior quality than this accommodation

The front desk was great and accommodated an early check in, it is in the same building as the Marriott hotel which needs to be stated on websites including Expedia. The apartment room was spacious but needed a hair dryer and coffee. Area is great and safe. I would easily stay there again!

I recently stayed at this location and had a fantastic experience! The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The location is perfect, just a short walk from a shopping mall, which made it easy to explore and find everything I needed. We had to wait for half an hour before check in, with 2 other couples before us. The couch was absolutely dirty, resulting in us not using it. Bed and pillows very hard and uncomfortable. The guesthouse in Stellenbosch was of far superior quality than this accommodation

Attico al nono piano meraviglioso, vista oceano e Tablet Mountain. Pulizia eccellente fatta ogni giorno, nei bagni pavimenti riscaldati, camino in salotto, balcone grande con poltrone, elettrodomestici in cucina di marche prestigiose, la master bedroom ha 2 pareti in vetro che permettono di godere una.vista stupenda dal letto, docce grandissime con shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Cucina rifornita ogni giorno di tè, caffè e zucchero. C'è la lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro. Il parcheggio interno è coperto e custodito. In reception le ragazze sono molto gentili ed efficienti. La posizione è tranquilla e sicura e a 3 minuti a piedi si arriva al grande e bel centro commerciale Canal Walk. Dalla struttura si accede molto velocemente sulla N 1 e N2, le autostrade a scorrimento veloce che portano in tutti i punti della città. Lo consiglio assolutamente

Great location, great apartment, only thing the apartment needs to be refreshed . Furniture is chipped , side draws broken , stains on the entrance table. If you look beyond that pretty comfortable. Beds and linen were great.

This is very safe and clean residence. The Canal Walk Shopping Center is in 3 minutes distance. Today is Saturday, so I'm going to the Ratanga Park. Every Saturday, a 5km running & walking event that many residents participate in is held there. I will also join the event today and walk briskly.

The place looked good and had clean surfaces but it was not cleaned properly when you really look, the couch was dirty and its really worn out, there was also a piping sound that contantly went throughout our stay that made it hard to sleep, and also construction work in the mornings that woke us up. I let the staff know but they weren’t able to fix it. But the location is great, view was beautiful, staff was very friendly and parking was also good.

Unit not as advertised. Poor maintenance of the unit, looked "tired" No hair dryer as advertised on the unit description. Had to drive to shopping mall to buy hair dryer. Dirty bedding and iron burn mark on the bed sheet. When the above was questioned and requested to speak to a manager we were told that no manager is available and we should accept the unit as it is. Generally well below what is to be expected for the price. Would not recommend, and would not return ever.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the apartment itself was well below an acceptable standard. The towels were extremely worn, there was no hand soap provided in the bathroom, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. Given the condition, the apartment was not worth the price charged.
