The reception area is very impressive. Checking in was okay but they tried to extract payment even though I had paid before the trip to Hotels.com. From reading other reviews it would appear that several rooms have been refurbished, ours hadn’t. There were exposed wires in the bathroom and the bathroom shutters did not fully close. The room itself was generally clean and the beds comfortable. I could not understand why we weren’t allowed two card keys for the room or any reason why not. The restaurant looked impressive but I can’t comment on the quality as we ate elsewhere. It was reasonably priced for the area.

Inside is clean and beautiful. Service is very good. Restaurant is very clean with tasty food. Around the property is congested.

Chambre grande et propre. A/C direct sur le lit. Moustique. Pas de shoppings et restos autour. Prix pickup de l'aéroport élevé. Près de l'aéroport mais très loin du sud Mumbai. Pas conseillé pour les touristes.

Amazing stay would recommend again

Very decent hotel near the airport for a good price with good service and good food. Have stayed 3 times in the last six years. Would recommend.
