Rest Chinatown Hotel

Room was adequate for our needs, although a room for 4 people with hardly any floor space to open more than one suitcase at a time and no luggage rack became quite problematic. (Some fold down racks would be ideal) But we knew from previous reviews that the room would be small. Bed was hard as is many a hotel in Asia. Staff were unable to locate a second pillow for me which was a shame. Close to plenty of shops, hawker centers and MRT. Very helpful staff. Free water filter in the common area was good to have. Our kids found it endlessly funny making the bathroom walls see thru while each other were using the bathroom. Kids also loved the projector TV. It was a great use of the space. Drinks fridge in the room didn’t work nor did the staff know how to make it work.

Despite some reservations upon entrance to the unusual hotel lobby, once arriving on the floor I found the hotel to be welcoming and staff to be friendly (especially the cleaners!). Room was compact but as described, bathroom and bedding clean, projector and screen worked well. Could be slightly noisy in early morning but ear plugs helped. Bed comfortable, shower an unexpected plus point. Found it to be a very good value option right in the middle of an exciting part of what is usually an expensive city, with plenty of food options right on the doorstep and 2 MRT stations a very short walk which led to most of the key areas across Singapore. Planning to visit again and would definitely consider this as an option for that stay.

Todo correcto habitación pequeña pero correcta. Lo peor la entrada entras por un almacén o similar el resto todo bien
