Hotel excelente!!! Tudo maravilhoso

Mi estancia en este hotel tuvo varios aspectos muy positivos, pero también algunos detalles importantes que deberían mejorar. Lo primero que hay que destacar es la vista espectacular. El entorno es realmente hermoso y disfrutar del paisaje desde el hotel es una experiencia increíble. También quiero resaltar el restaurante, que es magnífico: la comida es deliciosa, el ambiente muy agradable y los meseros brindan un servicio excelente, siempre atentos y profesionales. El desayuno es bueno y variado, aunque hubo un punto que definitivamente podría mejorar: el café. Durante toda la estancia siempre tuvo un sabor a quemado, lo cual desentona con la calidad general del desayuno. En cuanto a la recepción, en general fue muy buena. La mayoría de los recepcionistas fueron amables, profesionales y muy serviciales, algo que se agradece mucho durante un viaje. Sin embargo, tuve una mala experiencia con la recepcionista del turno nocturno, Sena Ms. Su actitud fue poco cordial y parecía constantemente de mal humor. En una ocasión fui a reservar un vuelo a través del hotel y cuando pagué 600 dólares en efectivo pedí un recibo —algo completamente razonable dada la cantidad— y su reacción fue de molestia, lo cual resultó incómodo. Otro aspecto que necesita atención es el internet, que no funcionó durante toda la estancia. También se fundió el foco de mi habitación; lo reporté y nunca lo cambiaron, por lo que tuve que alumbrarme con mi celular.por el costo alto del hotel deberían cuidar mas

Room: cave room was comfortable and cosy. It was very warm even after I turned off the heater. I like that it is next to a quiet courtyard. The lights could come in through the large glass windows/doors so I don’t feel claustrophobic. Staff: great service. Mr. Mustafa Kemal, the night shift staff stood out for me. Very polite, friendly and kind. He looks out for the hotel guests when we are up at the area to view the balloons he also proactively offered to take photos for me which I appreciated. Breakfast spread was fabulous! Breakfast staffs were attentive and works very hard. Some hotel guests from one particular Asia country were very loud and noisy EVERY morning. One was yelling ‘Mother’ at the top of her voice. I will encourage the staff to feel comfortable to educate these guests to lower their volume so they are not a nuisance to others and ruin the quiet serenity of the environment. As tourists, we should be respectful of one another’s space. This was my second trip to Cappadocia. I would love to be back again.
