This location is close to many amenities. The place was good for 4 of us and the place was clean. It is on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. If wanting beach time, I would recommend calling for the provided shuttle- otherwise it is a 10-15 minute walk to public access. Most of the beach across from this community is private so you must walk/ shuttle to the public access. The community was very busy and the curfew that was in effect from 8pm to 8am for all minors unless "with parent" did not seem to deter the endless amounts of teenagers everywhere. But police presence and security did help. We enjoyed venturing along 30a to visit shopping and restaurants. Only 30 minutes to ECP. Overall a good location.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s a perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and had everything we needed. Will stay here again.
