Gamle og slidte solstole, virkelig (som i virkelig) ringe mad, ikke det mest positive personale, sløj rengøring - afslutningsvis oplevede vi, at en af housekeepernes stod og rodede i vores ting da vi tilfældigvis skulle hente nogle ting på værelset i løbet af da dagen. Mildest talt chokerende, og ikke et sted vi besøger igen

Special thanks to Osman at reception who was very helpful and friendly (as were most of the staff). Good value considering the price, but some sunloungers were in desperate need of repair and very few lights were working outdoors at night ( quite dangerous in places). Poolside drinks were served in the flimsiest plastic cups (cardboard would be better for environment, and stronger). I noticed a few staff on their phones which isn't very professional. Food generally good, but a little more variety would be better. Nice concept having both a chillout pool and a fun/ play pool. Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Good value, but please drop the 5 Star rating claim. It's an average 4 at best in my opinion.

Als wir in Zimmer gegangen, lief keine Wasser, Kam jemand und hat paar Anrufe betätigt und lief Wasser aber nur kalt😡 Nach weitere Telefonat mit der Rezeption kommt wieder jemand und endlich mal lief lauwarmes Wasser. Ganze Tag bis spät Nachmittag wird in Hotel renoviert und laute Geräte eingesetzt keine Sekunde Ruhe. Nach einer Nacht haben wir Ausgecheckt und Abend Richtung Istanbul gefahren obwohl wir wollten am nächsten Tag losfahren. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Das ist nicht mal 2 Sterne Hotel!

Very mixed feelings after that stay. House keeping forgot to clean room three times, and forgot some things some other times. The place is a bit worn down, gym is extremely small, shop is more like a sales place just for a few things, noise travels through walls too easily, some food is not refilled and food decreased last week of the two weeks. On the other hand the location is great with a few hundred meters to beach and city life, pool area is ok and the young boy staff (plus one girl) are very friendly and helpful.

Aucune propreté, chambre pas nettoyée correctement. Autour de là piscine c’est la même chose sale, j’ai déjà beaucoup voyagé mais j’en ai jamais eu le cas d’avoir autant été déçu de mes vacances! Il manque également un garde dans l’hôtel pour remettre un peu l’ordre et tenir l’ordre le soir! Des jeunes boivent non stop le soir à la piscine et fume des joints ! Un matin nous nous sommes levés et une table en verre était éclaté le long de là piscine! Aucun sauveteur autour des piscines ça aussi ça manque … des jeunes qui prennent leur cigarettes dans l’eau ! Concernant la nourriture, même un hôtel formule 1 à plus de choix ! Clairement ça ne vaux pas du tout un 5 étoiles!!!!!

We had a good time there.The staff was very helpful and friendly.As it’s quite hot these days the Air conditioner of our room didn’t work properly and also the cleanliness could have been improved. The room condition specially bathrooms could be improved significantly.

Standort ist super. Man ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten mitten im Geschehen. Das Essen war immer lecker und es gab viel Auswahl. Katastrophal ist jedoch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel. In den Zimmern herrscht ein dumpf-feuchter Gestank. Die Reinigungskräfte hinterlassen mehr Dreck als vor dem Reinigen. Fenster und Balkone werden augenscheinlich überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Die Badezimmer sind teilweise wirklich ekelhaft. Wir hatten noch Urinflecken vom vorherigen Urlauber auf dem Boden. Am 3. Tag (tägliche "Reinigung") bin ich mit einem feuchten Handtuch drüber gegangen und weg waren die Flecken. So wird hier also "gereinigt". Die Klobürste war so versifft, da musste ich mir eine eigene kaufen. Die Mitarbeiter sind herausragend. Alle waren sehr nett und bemüht. Selten so ein freundliches Team erlebt, die einem fast die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen. Werde dieses Hotel aber trotzdem meiden, der Hygiene wegen.

While our stay on second day our room didn’t get cleaned , on our request they cleaned our room but didn’t provide us towels , when inquired we got to know hotel was short of towels and there was no room service manager available to talk to . Reception guy was rude and was saying it’s not his fault his job is just to take care of reception. At 730 pm they finally gave towels

Special thanks to Osman at reception who was very helpful and friendly (as were most of the staff). Good value considering the price, but some sunloungers were in desperate need of repair and very few lights were working outdoors at night ( quite dangerous in places). Poolside drinks were served in the flimsiest plastic cups (cardboard would be better for environment, and stronger). I noticed a few staff on their phones which isn't very professional. Food generally good, but a little more variety would be better. Nice concept having both a chillout pool and a fun/ play pool. Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Good value, but please drop the 5 Star rating claim. It's an average 4 at best in my opinion.

Very mixed feelings after that stay. House keeping forgot to clean room three times, and forgot some things some other times. The place is a bit worn down, gym is extremely small, shop is more like a sales place just for a few things, noise travels through walls too easily, some food is not refilled and food decreased last week of the two weeks. On the other hand the location is great with a few hundred meters to beach and city life, pool area is ok and the young boy staff (plus one girl) are very friendly and helpful.

Gamle og slidte solstole, virkelig (som i virkelig) ringe mad, ikke det mest positive personale, sløj rengøring - afslutningsvis oplevede vi, at en af housekeepernes stod og rodede i vores ting da vi tilfældigvis skulle hente nogle ting på værelset i løbet af da dagen. Standort ist super. Man ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten mitten im Geschehen. Das Essen war immer lecker und es gab viel Auswahl. Katastrophal ist jedoch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel. In den Zimmern herrscht ein dumpf-feuchter Gestank. Die Reinigungskräfte hinterlassen mehr Dreck als vor dem Reinigen. Fenster und Balkone werden augenscheinlich überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Die Badezimmer sind teilweise wirklich ekelhaft. Wir hatten noch Urinflecken vom vorherigen Urlauber auf dem Boden. Am 3. Tag (tägliche "Reinigung") bin ich mit einem feuchten Handtuch drüber gegangen und weg waren die Flecken. So wird hier also "gereinigt". Die Klobürste war so versifft, da musste ich mir eine eigene kaufen. Die Mitarbeiter sind herausragend. Alle waren sehr nett und bemüht. Selten so ein freundliches Team erlebt, die einem fast die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen. Werde dieses Hotel aber trotzdem meiden, der Hygiene wegen.

Aucune propreté, chambre pas nettoyée correctement. Autour de là piscine c’est la même chose sale, j’ai déjà beaucoup voyagé mais j’en ai jamais eu le cas d’avoir autant été déçu de mes vacances! Il manque également un garde dans l’hôtel pour remettre un peu l’ordre et tenir l’ordre le soir! Des jeunes boivent non stop le soir à la piscine et fume des joints ! Un matin nous nous sommes levés et une table en verre était éclaté le long de là piscine! Aucun sauveteur autour des piscines ça aussi ça manque … des jeunes qui prennent leur cigarettes dans l’eau ! Concernant la nourriture, même un hôtel formule 1 à plus de choix ! Clairement ça ne vaux pas du tout un 5 étoiles!!!!!

The Hotel Location was in the city centre.Everything was on foot.Breakfast was delicious.Staff were very co opreative specially the the Manager his name is Usman was a wondorful he was very proffesional and had great customer care skills. The hotel price was ok too. Thanks
The Hotel Location was in the city centre.Everything was on foot.Breakfast was delicious.Staff were very co opreative specially the the Manager his name is Usman was a wondorful he was very proffesional and had great customer care skills. The hotel price was ok too. Thanks
