I want to start with a summary: I can not recommend the hotel to anyone. Let me start with positives: Location and the view is amazing Pool near the snack bar is nice Some of the Food & Beverage team is trying hard (Samet & Kader) Negatives Standart rooms are staff accomodation level very very basic and tired furniture, tired bed linen & towels We tried to pay for an upgrade as soon as we have seen the room. Reception told us to come back next day we went next day they said next day and third day they said no upgrade available Hotel is tired and staff seems tired most of the staff were not smiling and most of the staff focus on tourists as we were Turkish only 2 youngster staff were helping us with drinks only if the restaurant is empty we were getting service from others Food was very basic, we stayed 6 days after second day we struggled to find anything different to eat. Breakfast selection was the same lunch & dinner starters most of the time same. We had fish most of the days. Entertainment was the worst. It was organized by a very loud guy he call himself bloody Erol he even have tshirts with his name written on. His sense of humour was very cheesy and basic english. As we were not interested we were trying to sit other pool side to relax after dinner but entertainment was so loud you can hear even from your room. Last night i had enough I went to reception to complain but they said we are not 5 star so we are not big enough to arrange you a quiet area.

The whole hotel needs repainting, there are hazardous wooden planks sticking up everywhere. The bathroom had a disgusting smell all the time we were there. The food is 3 star at best will the same selection at every meal time and the drinks are watered down. The snack bar is the best thing, and the sunbeds and pool are good.

Family rooms are painfully noisy. They are below the restaurant which is open 8am until 9pm (the constant scraping chair noise from above excruciating), and next to the bar, which is open 9pm until 11pm. Avoid if you want rest and relaxation.

Hotel is fine, staff all very nice and friendly and the hotel grounds are kept well. Pool area and ground all clean and tidy. Beds very hard, and I like a firm bed! Daytime entertainment non-existent. Maybe one game in the day (darts/table tennis) and that’s it. Evening one show at 21:30 for 30 mins. Food satisfactory, quite repetitive and as only one restaurant do have any other options but for the price we paid we can’t really complain. Walkable to Olu Deniz centre, can needed to Hisaronu (but only a few ££). Overall a nice week in the sun.

İlk basta, Faruk, Şeyma yi teşekkür ediyorum güler yüzlü oldukları için. Baya cana yakın elemanlar. Aktıvıtelerı planlayan abiye de teşekkür ediyorum çok güzel tavsiye etti. Otel genel olarak güzel ve temiz. Havuz daki personel çok az ve yeterince geçit yok içecekleri sipariş vermek icin, ve bu aynı şekilde restoranda da var. Restoranda menuler hep ayni.. 11 gün konakladıktan sonra çoğu zaman menüler aynıydı.. Mutfaktaki personel hic güler yuzlu değildi, mavi gözlü çocuktan hariç. Bu normal bir şey değil. Otelde gerçekten personel sayısında sorun var. Üstelik ekmek tarafında herkez ekmekleri elleriyle kesiyordu ve kimse bir şey demiyordu, bu baya kötü bir nokta hıjyen anlamında. Kapida kalan personel bu arada super :)

Great location with sea and mountain views! If you want to relax your mind and body, this all inclusive resort is for you! Absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly, they do everything they can to make you feel at home. Rooms are spacious with great views, orthopedic mattresses, white soft towels and good air conditioning. Excellent restaurant with a great selection of food, all of which tasted great. The spa is just great..... Special thanks to the customer service staff and waiters. We will definitely be back!

Mehr Schein als sein! Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer lässt wünschen. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr nett, dafür an der Rezeption Mittelmäßig. Auf fragen wurde Kurz und genervt geantwortet. Ist man nicht in der Urlaubs Session da, merkt man die mangelnde Motivation und den Service. Außerdem ist nichts vernünftig aufgebaut und somit kaum genießbar. Zimmer Steckdosen sowie die Terrassentür waren defekt und somit war auch die Sicherheit nicht gewährleistet.

Also ich besuche dieses Hotel seit 4 jahren. Bis jetzt immer sauber. Aber diesmal haben wir ein zimmer bekommen bettwäsche dreckig, bad verschimmelt. Wände dreckig. Nach der beschwerde wurde das zimmer nochmal angeblich gereinigt. Bad wurde nicht gereinigt. Eine Andere dreckige bettwäsche wurde einfach getauscht. Daraufhin habe ich in der rezeption ein anderes zimmer verlangt eventuel auch gehen upgrade, aber der zuständige mitarbeiter sagte das hotel sei ausgebucht er könne nichts machen ich soll es so hinehmen. Ich ließ ein paar freunde anrufen ihnen sagte mann ja es gibt freie zimmer in dieser kategorie. Also bin ich zur lobby und hab den zuständigen mitarbeiter angesprochen wieso ich angelogen werde. Und das ich jetzt entweder ein anderes zimmer haben möchte oder ein kostenpflichtiges upgrade. Ich bekam ein upgrade angebot für eine nacht für 48,-€ ich wiligte ein. Es kann nicht sein das ich in einem verschimmelten zimmer bleiben sollte und was garnicht geht das ein chef vom dienst mich anlügt. Ist einfach schade. Einzig positive ist frau Elif von der rezeption hat sich entschuldigt für ihren kollegen obwohl sie das nicht musste.

Genel olarak mükemmel bir otel. Ancak oda temizliğinde personel yetersiz kalıyor bu sebeple oda biraz baştan sağma temizlenmisti, yatak ve yastık üzerinde bize ait olmayan saç tüy vb.. vardı, belki yapısal bir problem ama banyoda oluşan küf kokusu gibi bir koku nefes almayı bile zorluyor. Bu koku kapı kapatıldı bile odaya sızıyor, geceden sabaha çok rahatsız ediyor. Odamız Panaromik jakuzili odaydi, otelin konumu gereği otelin en aşağısında çok dik bir yokuşun dibinde. Belli bir yaşa sahip olan kişilerin havuzlara, restorana gidip gelmesi çok zor. Özellikle bu husus oda satılırken oda özelliklerinde belirtilmeli. Bu yapısal problemler hariç çok güzeldi, yemekler çok çok iyiydi, her türlü seçenek vardı.

Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Umgebung. Die Berge und das Meer um dich herum ist einfach bezaubernd.Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es war soweit alles sauber außer das Badezimmer ist leider sehr verkalkt gewesen. Aber das Wasser selbst enthält sehr viel Kalk und warscheinlich daher.Essen und Getränke hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr Abwechslungsreich. Ich komme Auf jeden Fall wieder.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel, well located with a great view. It is on a hill, so, lots of up and down within the premises. breakfast is good. service is decent. more information could have been provided on the exact location of the room. cleanliness could have been better.

Mehr Schein als sein! Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer lässt wünschen. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr nett, dafür an der Rezeption Mittelmäßig. Auf fragen wurde Kurz und genervt geantwortet. Ist man nicht in der Urlaubs Session da, merkt man die mangelnde Motivation und den Service. Außerdem ist nichts vernünftig aufgebaut und somit kaum genießbar. Zimmer Steckdosen sowie die Terrassentür waren defekt und somit war auch die Sicherheit nicht gewährleistet.

Anlage ist eigentlich hübsch mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Ziemlich abgenutzt. In den Zimmern keine ausreichende Beleuchtung. Frühstück mässig.

We booked a standard double room with a balcony via Expedia. I emailed specifically to ensure a balcony is included. Hoover, when we we got to the property we were provided with a room on the ground floor facing the kitchen. I went to the reception and the small girl who looks no older than 13 said we don’t have any rooms with a balcony so I asked to speak to a manager and then the manager stated that the only way you can get a Balcony is by upgrading your room to a deluxe room for an extra €55 which was a total inconvenience but due to it being my partners birthday I just paid. The food is good but the chefs use way too much oil. Quite a few options but could be more. I advise not to get the sea bass that the chef cooks right in front of you, he doesn’t know what his doing and he doesn’t know when it’s cooked. He served me a raw piece of fish that was literally frozen and raw inside. The young staff are amazing they are always on point they approach you and ask if you want anything and make conversations. They are always on the move and never stop. Especially one girl with blonde and brown shoulder length hair who made me and my partners experience an amazing one by making us feel welcome, she should definitely get promoted or a pay rise . Overall, the young staff work so hard whilst the managers just sit there and give orders instead of being real true leaders and get involved.

Beautiful location, great food, amazing staff only thing, we stayed in a family room, it was perfect when with kids but there’s only air con in the double room so the connecting room door had to stay open or the kids got to hot

Family rooms are painfully noisy. They are below the restaurant which is open 8am until 9pm (the constant scraping chair noise from above excruciating), and next to the bar, which is open 9pm until 11pm. Avoid if you want rest and relaxation.

Hotel is fine, staff all very nice and friendly and the hotel grounds are kept well. Pool area and ground all clean and tidy. Beds very hard, and I like a firm bed! Daytime entertainment non-existent. Maybe one game in the day (darts/table tennis) and that’s it. Evening one show at 21:30 for 30 mins. Food satisfactory, quite repetitive and as only one restaurant do have any other options but for the price we paid we can’t really complain. Walkable to Olu Deniz centre, can needed to Hisaronu (but only a few ££). Overall a nice week in the sun.

The room we had was like a cave, no air conditioning or windows (temperature 37 degrees). It was extremely hot all night. We specifically requested a quiet room but we’re placed directly under the restaurant. The scraping of trolleys and tables, moving cutlery, crockery etc. started from 6am then music playing from 7.30am. An electrical fault on the first night meant the lights flashed on every 40 seconds. There was only one plug socket in the room, the door frames had paint pealing off and several fittings in the bathroom were broken. The reception staff refused our request to move rooms and we had no apology or explanation from anyone throughout our stay. Very little sleep meant it was far from the relaxing holiday we thought we’d booked at a ‘deluxe’ hotel!

Great location with sea and mountain views! If you want to relax your mind and body, this all inclusive resort is for you! Absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly, they do everything they can to make you feel at home. Rooms are spacious with great views, orthopedic mattresses, white soft towels and good air conditioning. Excellent restaurant with a great selection of food, all of which tasted great. The spa is just great..... Special thanks to the customer service staff and waiters. We will definitely be back!

Also ich besuche dieses Hotel seit 4 jahren. Bis jetzt immer sauber. Aber diesmal haben wir ein zimmer bekommen bettwäsche dreckig, bad verschimmelt. Wände dreckig. Nach der beschwerde wurde das zimmer nochmal angeblich gereinigt. Bad wurde nicht gereinigt. Eine Andere dreckige bettwäsche wurde einfach getauscht. Daraufhin habe ich in der rezeption ein anderes zimmer verlangt eventuel auch gehen upgrade, aber der zuständige mitarbeiter sagte das hotel sei ausgebucht er könne nichts machen ich soll es so hinehmen. Ich ließ ein paar freunde anrufen ihnen sagte mann ja es gibt freie zimmer in dieser kategorie. Also bin ich zur lobby und hab den zuständigen mitarbeiter angesprochen wieso ich angelogen werde. Und das ich jetzt entweder ein anderes zimmer haben möchte oder ein kostenpflichtiges upgrade. Ich bekam ein upgrade angebot für eine nacht für 48,-€ ich wiligte ein. Es kann nicht sein das ich in einem verschimmelten zimmer bleiben sollte und was garnicht geht das ein chef vom dienst mich anlügt. Ist einfach schade. Einzig positive ist frau Elif von der rezeption hat sich entschuldigt für ihren kollegen obwohl sie das nicht musste.

Konaklamamızın ilk Do not disturb" butonuna basarak Rahatsız edilmeyeceğimizi düşündük bebeğimizi uyutup eşimle birlikte jakuziye girdik. 10 dk sonra kadın bir görevli bizim bebeği kucağına almış kapattığımız perdeyi de açıp balkon kapısını tıklatıyor. Biz şok olduk benim üzerimde hiç bişey yok küvetten çıkamıyorum eşimin üzerinde allahtan bikinisi var o aldı çocuğu. Eşim sonradan söyledi kapıda da bir adam bekliyordu oda içeri bakıyordu diye bu olay karakolda bitmeliydi şükretsinler adamdan sonra haberim oldu. Siz siz olun bu otelde kalırsanız kapı arkasına sağlam birşey dayamadan duşa jakuziye girmeyin. 3 yıldır belli aralıklarla kaldığım bu otelde tekrar kalmak istemem kimseyede tavsiye etmem. We didn't like that we did not recieve our booked room on arrival (Deluxe triple suite) for our short stay. They placed us in a standard room with only one bed we had to request a room with two beds and they gave us two rooms which was not satisfactory. The receptionist came across unhelpful and made us feel unwanted and ignored as she was taking calls and dealing with other guests while dealing with my room and standing here which i considered as rude. We were told breakfast is 8am - 11am. Next morning arrived to breakfast at 10.05am to then witness staff clearing all food at 10.30am and turned off coffee machine! Went to reception to let them know who then said breakfast ends at 10.30am but we asked why we were told 11am??? we asked if we could at least get a coffee they told to go to garden bar and will have to pay! Which we had to say breakfast was included in our booking. While at reception i had to ask when will we put into the suite we booked to told at 12noon. I have to say only helpful member of staff there was Hamit as he could see how upset we were with the treatment we recieved

İlk basta, Faruk, Şeyma yi teşekkür ediyorum güler yüzlü oldukları için. Baya cana yakın elemanlar. Aktıvıtelerı planlayan abiye de teşekkür ediyorum çok güzel tavsiye etti. Otel genel olarak güzel ve temiz. Havuz daki personel çok az ve yeterince geçit yok içecekleri sipariş vermek icin, ve bu aynı şekilde restoranda da var. Restoranda menuler hep ayni.. 11 gün konakladıktan sonra çoğu zaman menüler aynıydı.. Mutfaktaki personel hic güler yuzlu değildi, mavi gözlü çocuktan hariç. Bu normal bir şey değil. Otelde gerçekten personel sayısında sorun var. Üstelik ekmek tarafında herkez ekmekleri elleriyle kesiyordu ve kimse bir şey demiyordu, bu baya kötü bir nokta hıjyen anlamında. Kapida kalan personel bu arada super :)

Beautiful location, great food, amazing staff only thing, we stayed in a family room, it was perfect when with kids but there’s only air con in the double room so the connecting room door had to stay open or the kids got to hot

The hotel located in very nice place, it's has wonderful view. Hotel really old and need renovation. Breakfast normal, I had all what I need to be well-fed.

Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Umgebung. Die Berge und das Meer um dich herum ist einfach bezaubernd.Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es war soweit alles sauber außer das Badezimmer ist leider sehr verkalkt gewesen. Aber das Wasser selbst enthält sehr viel Kalk und warscheinlich daher.Essen und Getränke hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr Abwechslungsreich. Ich komme Auf jeden Fall wieder.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel, well located with a great view. It is on a hill, so, lots of up and down within the premises. breakfast is good. service is decent. more information could have been provided on the exact location of the room. cleanliness could have been better.

Hotel is fine, staff all very nice and friendly and the hotel grounds are kept well. Pool area and ground all clean and tidy. Beds very hard, and I like a firm bed! Daytime entertainment non-existent. Maybe one game in the day (darts/table tennis) and that’s it. Evening one show at 21:30 for 30 mins. Food satisfactory, quite repetitive and as only one restaurant do have any other options but for the price we paid we can’t really complain. Walkable to Olu Deniz centre, can needed to Hisaronu (but only a few ££). Overall a nice week in the sun.

Great location with sea and mountain views! If you want to relax your mind and body, this all inclusive resort is for you! Absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly, they do everything they can to make you feel at home. Rooms are spacious with great views, orthopedic mattresses, white soft towels and good air conditioning. Excellent restaurant with a great selection of food, all of which tasted great. The spa is just great..... Special thanks to the customer service staff and waiters. We will definitely be back!

Food was delicious. Restaurant layout was nice. Plenty of friendly staff. Negatives: called for maintenance to check on water temperature and he wasn't the friendliest worker. Felt like he didn’t want to be there at all. Also couldn’t get wifi in our room.

The whole hotel needs repainting, there are hazardous wooden planks sticking up everywhere. The bathroom had a disgusting smell all the time we were there. The food is 3 star at best will the same selection at every meal time and the drinks are watered down. The snack bar is the best thing, and the sunbeds and pool are good.

İlk basta, Faruk, Şeyma yi teşekkür ediyorum güler yüzlü oldukları için. Baya cana yakın elemanlar. Aktıvıtelerı planlayan abiye de teşekkür ediyorum çok güzel tavsiye etti. Otel genel olarak güzel ve temiz. Havuz daki personel çok az ve yeterince geçit yok içecekleri sipariş vermek icin, ve bu aynı şekilde restoranda da var. Restoranda menuler hep ayni.. 11 gün konakladıktan sonra çoğu zaman menüler aynıydı.. Mutfaktaki personel hic güler yuzlu değildi, mavi gözlü çocuktan hariç. Bu normal bir şey değil. Otelde gerçekten personel sayısında sorun var. Üstelik ekmek tarafında herkez ekmekleri elleriyle kesiyordu ve kimse bir şey demiyordu, bu baya kötü bir nokta hıjyen anlamında. Kapida kalan personel bu arada super :)

The hotel grounds & pool areas are lovely, especially the sunbeds, but the ground throughout the resort was very uneven & the steps leading to our room were broken and dangerous. There was also no pool bar service as we had been told to expect, so we had to constantly go to the bar ourselves. Staff throughout the hotel were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. At dinner around 8:15pm, there was very little hot food left and what remained was cold. The restaurant itself was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making the experience unpleasant. At breakfast, basic items such as butter had run out; when we asked a waiter, we were simply told it was “finished” without any attempt to resolve it, although we later managed to find some at another station. In addition, our plates and coffee cups were repeatedly taken away before we had finished, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. The room itself was nice, comfortable with clean beds, but it was very poorly lit, making it feel quite dark and impractical. Snack Bar staff were also unhelpful. We were told it was forbidden to take food to our room, yet we saw Turkish guests doing so on multiple occasions. The entertainment was also very disappointing and not what we expected from a 4 Star hotel. It felt childish with low effort, involving audience participation games rather than proper shows such as live music or a fire performance. Overall, for what was meant to be a special 1-night birthday stay it was very disappointing.
