The PINEHILL Hotel & Suites

The staff at the hotel were all extremely helpful especially "Billy" at the chill out bar and the staff at breakfast. Reception staff were helpful but didn't really smile a lot :-( However one element that ruined our holiday was that the chill out bar closed 2 days before the end of our trip which was not communicated neither in advance nor during the trip. We found out only when we went to get a drink I was advised to go to the other bar where food and drink was still being served The menu given to me was the same as the chill out bar but the first 5 cocktails I chose were not available as the barman didn't have the ingredients (He could have walked a short distance to the chill out bar to get the required items) I was very disappointed so opted for a pineapple juice - again the barman said he didn't have any (There was a supermarket just 2 minutes walk from the hotel that sold pineapple juice) I opted to walk to the supermarket myself to buy a carton of pineapple juice and seeing as the chill bar was closed, bought vodka and other drinks to consume by the chill out pool for our remaining time on holiday The hotel will have lost out on valuable sales, not to mention the customer satisfaction factor Management should review how they treat customers

Her sene düzenli gittiğimi bir yer. Yıllar içerisinde çizgilerini asla bozmadılar. Bülent abi, Ömer ellerinize sağlık her şey için çok çok teşekkürler.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteliydi. Konumu oldukça merkezi, çevresinde otopark yerleri vardı sorun yaşamadık. Girişte personel yardımcı oldu. Havuzu kullanmadık ama güzel görünüyordu, küçük olan havuz ücretli büyük olan ücretsizmiş. Kahvaltı açıkçası bu fiyata gayet iyiydi bize göre, ama diğer yorumlarda her gün aynı çeşitlerin olduğu kısmı doğru, biz takılmadık bizce yeterliydi. Yine diğer yorumlarda bahsedilen ingilizlere ayrımcılık kısmını çok yaşamadık açıkçası biraz da abartıldığını düşünüyorum. Oda büyüklüğü çok iyiydi, odada terlik havlu vs vardı. Belki balkona çamaşır asmak için küçük bir askılık bırakılabilirdi. Özetle bu fiyata bizce gayet iyiydi, beş yıldızlı otel performansı beklemeyenlere yeterli olacaktır.
