Roupa de cama (lençol) rasgado ou furado provavelmente por cigarro. Recepção sem informações turísticas. Gatos passeando sobre as mesas deixando pelos durante o café da manhã. Formigas sobre a cama e no banheiro.

The breakfast is absolutely delicious. Daisy and Luna, kindness in serving us and providing the exquisite breakfast was priceless. I have no way to repay them.The place is very pleasant and allows people, both young and old, to experience relaxing moments. The pool is so inviting that you can hear the laughter of children and teenagers. I loved my stay at Art Hotel.

This was the 2nd stay here at the hotel. After the staff commented on the 1st review to us we hoped that it would have been a more positive experience. That was not the case. Juat a few things to note before you book. The wifi is not working anywhere in the rooms we have stayed in. The showers a poorly constructed and have no hot water. The cook to order breakfast has knly two options to eat. The staff is less than friendly to the guests with the exception of the night time front desk guy. We will not be returning to the hotel as twice was more than enough for us. There are alot of better hotels for the same price here. Travelers beware.

The ac was fine. The people very kind and helpful and I will stay there again for sure.
