Festive Hotel Makati

Excellent service , Staff were friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast! We’ll definitely recommend to everyone and come back again. Plus points, they allowed my senior parents to leave their stuff at the property after checkout which made it much easier and more convenient for them to complete their appointments. On top of tha this hotel is near to Canada Visa Center !

I was looking a last minute place to stay in Makati which is close to NAIA airport. I found this accomodation through Expedia.com. The price for the value you get as a guest is decent at best. The room I got had a king size bed with a shower and a bathtub. The Room was pretty spacious and had a fridge and closet inside. Considering that this is a botique hotel, you get what you're paying for the price which is totally understanable. My only criticism is that the air conditiong (AC) system wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It took about two hours till the room started feeling nice and cold. Regardless, if you're on a budget and looking for a place to stay in the Makati area, this is one of the hidden gems you can choose as a customer to stay with friendly attendants and front desk. I give this one a solid thumbs up.

Rooms are old fashioned and could be cleaner😌

No hot water in the shower. The ad said there was a spa but there wasn’t one. It’s affordable and what I needed but I would have rated a higher review if there was hot water in the shower
