Friendly check on, coffee in the lobby, clean appearance with modern details. I really enjoyed the fitness center! There were many more offerings than a typical hotel including kettle bells, a trx and slam balls.

The hotel has a cool modern look. The staff is super friendly and checks if you need anything every morning via text. The gym is adequate, the breakfast is great and actually has eggs & sausage. They also have a pool table which was fun.

Pro: Breakfast was great. I stayed five days and they mixed up the egg and meat variety each day. The gym was clean and usually empty. The room was in great condition upon arrival. Con: no maid service. After five days, trash piled up, toilet paper and hand soap ran out, and the breakfast items would regularly run out.

This property is managed very well. Everything is squeaky clean from the rooms to the lobby. The staff is extra friendly. The decor is fun, modern and still very comfortable. Love the assortment of snacks and the 24 hour gym. The free breakfast was great too!

Very nice hotel, bed wasnt very comfortable, but everything was very clean and well taken care of. It was well lit out front and along the side that is shared with a Home2Suites hotel, but the back isn't as well lit where the dog potty area is, and since i was traveling with my dogs, that was important to me. I would give it a 5 stars except for the bed comfort and the dog potty area lighting.

Reg king room small, but very clean and served it's purpose for a one night stay. Late check out time is nice if you need it. Coffee/tea 24/7 in lobby, but not in room. The halls needed to be vacuumed. Very dirty. The room was fine. When we checked out there were three ladies at the desk talking loudly and personally amongst themselves and didn't say a word to any guests dropping 9ff their cards. Didn't ask how they enjoyed their stay.

We loved the location of this Tru. It was near our destination (Milwaukee Improv) and so many other unexpected things to do, and places to enjoy a meal. The hotel & room were extremely clean, coffee was always available and hot, and the staff were so friendly and inviting. If we're ever back in the area, we'll see you again. Thanks for a great stay!

As an admitted neat freak, I was delighted by how clean the room is. I stay in hotels a few times a year with my family, including Tru’s, mostly just for sleeping - so want cleanliness and comfort, don’t need a lot of amenities - and this fit the bill better than any I can recall from the last few years. This was as clean as if the hotel had just opened. The rest of the room as well as common areas were clean as well. Bedding and mattress were spotless, soft and comfortable. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast, which my kiddos love. We arrived exhausted, so the seemingly small detail of a slip of paper that included information so I didn’t have to remember breakfast hours was a lovely touch. It is evident that the staff here cares about their guests.

We just got back from a 3 night stay at the Tru. I wouldn’t stay here again. We had a room with a king bed and it’s was extremely small. So small there isn’t a place to set out your luggage. The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING in the adjacent rooms. It was not pleasant.

Everything was very modern and clean. Room was spacious with good air conditioning. Convenient location for us and checked all the boxes we needed for a short stay. I would not stay longer due to how thin the walls are. You can literally hear every door handle etc outside the room and was woken up repeatedly all night. There is also very limited space to hang clothes and very disappointing that there was no Netflix even though Hilton has a contract with them which is one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. The breakfast was really nice and the staff amazing, but ending at 9 is way too early and there was no waffle machine like advertised in the pictures which was another huge selling point for my daughter.

The mini fridge was loud as hell. I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off, because it would wake me up. Furthermore, the AC was 3 ft from the bed and blew right onto the bed. Additionally, the AC was a bit loud given that it is so close to the bed.

Property was just like pictures and stated. Problem with check in. I had the reservation number and they saw the reservation but the expedia payment was not made. After an hour and a half the hotel staff got it resolved. They had trouble with expedia rep. Put on hold, hung up, no call back! I have used expedia before. So I am not sure what the problem was.

We awoke the first morning to find over 30 beetles, spiders and ladybugs on the ceiling and walls. We asked for a different room and we changed rooms. The evening desk clerk that helped us was very helpful and nice. The second room was fine. There is a moderate amount of traffic noise in the even numbered rooms. Breakfast selection was good.

This was a great find. We were hoping to find a hotel closer to the event we were attending but were not willing to pay double the rate that this hotel was. I have zero complaints about the room or hotel and it was a quick 20 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee.

Very Clean and New. Contemporary hotel. Very comfortable and right off the I-94.

It is a good hotel. My pet peeve is no hot water for tea. The coffee wasn't hot either. It doesn't stay hot for long in the carafes. With no coffee makers in the rooms, there was no place to get hot water for tea.

Modest, contemporary hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. Newer. It was full to capacity on this stay so a little noisy, but otherwise just what you’d expect. Only disappointing thing was complementary breakfast ends pretty early, 9:00 AM.

The hotel has a cool modern look. The staff is super friendly and checks if you need anything every morning via text. The gym is adequate, the breakfast is great and actually has eggs & sausage. They also have a pool table which was fun.

Pro: Breakfast was great. I stayed five days and they mixed up the egg and meat variety each day. The gym was clean and usually empty. The room was in great condition upon arrival. Con: no maid service. After five days, trash piled up, toilet paper and hand soap ran out, and the breakfast items would regularly run out.

Property looks brand new - fun, bright colors and nice room updates (no carpet, walk in shower, toiletries, etc.). Only complaint was the breakfast and it is just not great. Otherwise great area and really nice, clean hotel.

A very unique and colourful hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Modern, interesting style. The soap and shampoo dispensers were fun. The lobby was nice and had a lot of good snacks available to purchase as well as free coffee and tea available all day. It was very thoughtful of the hotel to set up a motorcycle washing station outside as there was a Harley Davidson event this weekend that many people travelled here for on their motorcycles.

Great Hotel! We were greeted nicely. We arrived a little early and were able to check in and get in our room. Room was very clean and quiet.Staff is kind and helpful. Room was peaceful and comfortable. Room has air conditioning that works great. Temperature was perfect for the warm weather outside. Would be Happy to return on our next trip.
