Midindi Hotel

Really good service provided. Rooms were good and clean. Staff was very helpful. Airport pickup service provided

AC barely functioned to cool the room and at 1am a chunk of ice fell into the fan causing a loud noise that shocked me out of bed. At the restaurant, it took 6 hours to bring change to my room, which arrived at 10pm while I was asleep for an early flight. The highlight was the shuttle that left on time.

Checking wasn’t profesional at all, having worked as a hotel receptionist and reservation myself I was expecting a basic level of professionalism. We weren’t greeted upon arrival by the receptionist, we were only asked whether we had paid for the booking, we had to ask the lady if there was anything we needed to know she said no. Then I proceder to ask about our room number, check out time, breakfast times and other information once should be provided with when checking-in a hotel. It did not stop there, once we got to the room there was only one towel, on bottle of water despite having a twin room for two people. Cleanliness was nonexistent, the room and bathroom were full of long hair everywhere, the shower was dirty, bed sheets had stains. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel
