Silver Sand Sea Princess Beach Resort

Während meines Aufenthaltes wurden Renovierungsarbeiten ausgeführt mit täglichem Baulärm und üblen Gerüchen. Das Frühstück war genuin indisch, Omlett bekam ich am letzten Tag nach meiner Beschwerde. Die Restaurantpreise sind stark überteuert ! Die Abendunterhaltung beschränkte sich auf Gesang , vorgettragen von Laien und richtete sich ausschließlich an indische Gäste.Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber durch Spalte drangen Moskitos ein. Kein Moskitonetz vorhanden.

The property is new and have a lot of potential, but unfortunately sheets were dirty and towels smelled of damp. Toilet paper was not enough and they were stingy if you asked for more. Food was good, but waiters were slow and they didn’t seem to understand what their job implies (they forgot to give you glasses or cutlery unless you specifically asked for them). For this reason, eating took a minimum of 1 and half hour each time…Also check out was at 9.30 am- we asked if we could check out at 12, since we had a driver coming to pick us up at that time- considering it is low season, now the resort is empty- no more than 5 rooms were used on 200 available; also we knew that cleaning stuff start cleaning in the afternoon- well, they told us NO, that 11 was the maximum we could stay. Of course, it was a favour we were asking for, but we could not understand their reasoning for denying our request. Anyway, staff was in general very nice, but probably in low season there are only not very experienced people…

I won’t recommend this property to anyone as staying here will have more problem and won’t be able to enjoy their time. It is not at all well maintained, AC doesn’t work, wifi has no signal, Bathrooms flush didn’t work, water all over the place in the property .
