Wow! What an unexpected surprise! This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel A LOT! Great staff, great food and an incredible rooftop bar! Would make another trip to Grapevine just to stay in this hotel!

This hotel is nice, but a bit overpriced for what you get. There is no pool or jacuzzi, and there isn't a spa... odd for a highly rated hotel. Also, the maid was banging on the door at 830 AM which I thought was insanely early, but it's nice and there are a lot of things in close proximity

The staff was super inviting and welcoming! I love that we did not have to leave the hotel to have fun!! We went to the pub downstairs and seen a live band outside all on the grounds and the food was super yummy!!

Visited with 3 of my grandkids. We had an amazing time. Staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. Quick responses from our room for additional blankets and cutlery for ice cream we brought back to room from Kilwins.

Great choice for Christmas, took train from Airport directly to hotel for $2.50. So special at the holiday time in Grapevine. Hotel is beautiful and always clean. Great restaurants & bars in the center! Must return.

Beautiful room very central to everything. The bed was a bit too firm but still comfy I was able to bring my service dog and they had a fenced area that was nice with chairs for a little doggie down time. Overall it's a gorgeous hotel.

I did not like my room that had an adjoining room that the guest were very loud all night with their child. The bars and resturants all closed at 10:00 Its in the country. The room service breakfast was inststant hollandase sauce for the eggs bendidict. Had trouble esting it. They claim to be a five stair hotel. Not, maybe a 4. Very diapoinnted as my family herritage goes back to be the first to settle in Tarrant county and had the first home in tarrat county which we donanted to the city of Grapevine. My cousin is the Mayor there for many years. Will not recomend nor stay there again. Big disappointment!

The Hotel itself was great with many things to do both on premise and within short walking distance. We tried to eat at the main restaurant in the lobby of the hotel and it was not such a pleasant experience as we could not get anyone to wait on us after being set down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

My only issue is I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Great place for our anniversary and big love to staffer Grace who took care of us and upgraded us. Will be coming back again soon!

Stayed to attend the Grapevine Parade. Really wished they had a place for us to be seated to watch the parade instead of having to navigate through the crowds. They had an ice skating ring, multiple photo ops and the carousel right next door. Easy access to the train as well. It is beautifully decorated souring the holidays!

Beautiful and lively hotel close to everything! Great lobby, bar, numerous restaurants, train and walking distance to all the Grapevine shops and restaurants. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel close to the airport with great dining options. Easily walkable to downtown Grapevine. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall amazing experience. Would definitely book again.

The hotel is beautiful and the dining options are great. Unfortunately the reason we stayed there was for holiday activities and they were canceled while we were from there. It would have been nice to know or perhaps have been offered a free cancellation.

Great choice for Christmas, took train from Airport directly to hotel for $2.50. So special at the holiday time in Grapevine. Hotel is beautiful and always clean. Great restaurants & bars in the center! Must return.

Wow! What an unexpected surprise! This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel A LOT! Great staff, great food and an incredible rooftop bar! Would make another trip to Grapevine just to stay in this hotel!

The Hotel itself was great with many things to do both on premise and within short walking distance. We tried to eat at the main restaurant in the lobby of the hotel and it was not such a pleasant experience as we could not get anyone to wait on us after being set down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was super inviting and welcoming! I love that we did not have to leave the hotel to have fun!! We went to the pub downstairs and seen a live band outside all on the grounds and the food was super yummy!!

Amazing hotel in a lovely, unique setting. Loved the Harvest Hall with all of the different options in the European style food court. Great work out room, bar, outdoor sitting and great breakfast!

I did not like my room that had an adjoining room that the guest were very loud all night with their child. The bars and resturants all closed at 10:00 Its in the country. The room service breakfast was inststant hollandase sauce for the eggs bendidict. Had trouble esting it. They claim to be a five stair hotel. Not, maybe a 4. Very diapoinnted as my family herritage goes back to be the first to settle in Tarrant county and had the first home in tarrat county which we donanted to the city of Grapevine. My cousin is the Mayor there for many years. Will not recomend nor stay there again. Big disappointment!

The service was superb the hotel management went out of their way for me. I am handicap. The beds very comfortable not hard the sheets good quality. There are hidden gems there highly recommend the Mangum speakeasy must try the short rib ragu pasta for dinner along with the olive oil cake and the 6 tier chocolate cake at the Bacchaus restaurant. During the weekend at the Hotel VIN it is definitely a party place for adults from the Harvest Hall to the rooftop DJ dance experience. The hotel I felt very safe and secure you could not reach the rooms unless you had a hotel room card to access the elevator to reach your room security cameras all over. Highly recommended a stay at Hotel Vin

I was very impressed by the state of the art systems in place at this hotel. From the Valet parking to the front desk to the amenities in the rooms. Very nice. When we arrived at our room we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco chilling and a lovely selection of macaroons along with the sweetest note from Jaden at the front desk congratulating us on 29 years of marriage along with 2 tokens for a complimentary drink from the bar. We then got the privilege of enjoying the Prohibition Vibes at The Magnum Speak Easy. In the interest of maintaining the mystique of this amenity I won’t go into details except to say it’s well worth the experience. Afterwards we enjoyed food from the Harvest hall. The choices are almost overwhelming but we managed. The live music outside was very entertaining also. The room was so comfortable and well apportioned. I slept fitful. The checkout was efficient and quick. The valet was very warm and friendly. We can’t wait to return and will be singing the praises of the hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay
