MainStay Suites Cincinnati University - Uptown

No towels in the bathroom or soap, which caused a stop at the front desk. They were polite and helpful. Garbage under the sink was not emptied from the last guest and one of the pillow covers looked like it had makeup on it.

Positives: The staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy location to find. Plenty of parking. Nice shower pressure. Negatives: The hotel seemed like it had thin walls/floors. I could hear lots of other people…all night long. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell. No creamer packets next to the coffee maker.

Most of the breakfast was out. Potatoes were hard, and the little gravy remaining was dried and crusted to the side.

The room was a bit dirty upon arrival but I cleaned it myself because of the holiday and not wanting to cause any problems or issues with staff. Breakfast was horrible but overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty and lacked some basics. Room was not ready at 7 pm arrival. Domestic disturbance at 2:30 am woke everyone up for a long time. Not worth the money spent.
