The hotel covered everything. Cleanliness being of utmost importance. It was cLean in the rooms, lobby, breakfast areas and outside areas. Rooms and lobby nicely decorated. The ice machine have filtered ice that goes directly from the machine to your bucket. Don’t have to worry about people digging in the ice. The coffee and waffles were great. Nice selection and variety for breakfast. They are conveniently located close to restaurants and retail stores. There is a supermarket directly across the street from the hotel and a Starbucks that is across the parking lot. Both are in walking distance.(5 min walk or less) They had a nice snack collection of snacks and drinks for purchase. A nice area outside with a fire pit to sit. Kitchens area in rooms have barstools and microwaves. Perfect for families traveling with kids. It was a little more expensive that other hotels in The area. But it didn’t disappoint and was well worth the extra money. We will be returning.

Dave front desk and Donna in the Bar the best employees we have ever experienced.. they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable after a long day of traveling and accommodating our dog.. we loved them I will be back just to see them

The property itself and the staff were amazing. Where I felt things were lacking were the fact we arrived, and the room was too cold that it took over 3 hours for it to warm up. Also, I'm not sure if this is by design or a design flaw, the warmth centered in the living room area. We had to keep the bedroom door open in order to feel warm. The swimming poot was not great in the sense that it was barely warmed and was cooler than it expected given we went there in the wintertime. The bathroom had too flaws: Water pressure was terrible. I get the need to conserve water, but they went too far. The bathroom floor can get very slippery because the shower curtains were not long enough that our 2-year-old took a hard fall.

Overall our stay was okay. We arrived around 3.30pm and ask to front desk if possible to check in. And we got our room. And when we got to our room, my wife find tash still under the sink and also under the desk. Also the sink was stuck. Also no towel on bathroom.We find the house keeping still around and ask them to take care. And they did. So, that’s the only problem. The hotel look new and clean so far.

This property was rated well, but I found a cockroach on the stove when I walked into my room. They gave our family another room, different from the first one (it seemed smaller) but no compensation. Will not stay here again.

The Sofa bed you can feel the box spring. The floor room and bathroom was dirty. Everything else was good in the room. They don’t allow late check out. $211 per night no worth it.

Breakfast was excellent on the first day. On the second day, they were out of many of the options that had been there the first day. No housekeeping services except for trash removal- we would have at least appreciated fresh towels. And it was difficult to sleep due to the noise from neighbors (thin walls?). For what we paid, I think we would have been better off looking jnto Air BnB since it was so loud and we didn’t have housekeeping, anyway. David at the front desk was very helpful with dinner recommendations and we appreciated that.

Everything was beautiful, it looks like a new property. My only complaint was after shutting off the air conditioner/heater it still remained on and was very noisy keeping my wife and I up most of the night. Even switching the circuit breaker off didn’t solve the problem. I’m not one to complain though and didn’t bother the staff at the late hour. I still wouldn’t hesitate to stay at a residence inn property in the future.

The property is beautiful and my room is a suite. It comes with a full refrigerator, stove and utensils, pots and pans to prepare meals th4 room even comes with a large screen tv and a sofa bed. Bathroom is very nice.

Great for Legoland, but this hotel is built cheap. The walls are paper thin, expect to hear guests in other rooms breathing. Banging doors and foot steps above.

My Friend and I are is 70 years old.we were told that our rates was 169.00 a night and we was charged 409.00 one night and 499.00 the second night. We were in total shocked when we received our unaffordable bill with no one willing to make an adjustment. Also the first night we arrived the Alarm kept going off and we got no sleep and suffered from a ear ache and headaches from the extreme noise.They explained that that the inconvenience was not their problem and the could not make any adjustments on our bill.we are very very disappointed in your Residence Inn by Marriott, Middletown,NY. Stay. We were visiting from Michigan and wished that we could have taken good news back with us regarding your Hotel because we were bragging about what a beautiful place it looked to be and on speaking with the staff before we arrived but no one chose to Care about us being misinformed about our prices for our stay. The lady at the front desk was nice the room upon check-in. I don’t know why housekeeping is bursting into rooms without knocking. Around 8:40 I was getting dressed for breakfast and housekeeping just pushes the door open no knocking no apology just onto the next room, when they noticed the latch was out. I was outraged this is exactly why you don’t just open a room door. What if she saw me naked? Bursting into room before check out times is ridiculous. I don’t think I would stay here again after my privacy was violated.

The associate who handled our check-in (her name is Ro) was extremely helpful. Ro is truly a professional...she was not only very efficient and helpful in meeting all of our needs, but she was super nice! It made for a very pleasant stay!

The hotel covered everything. Cleanliness being of utmost importance. It was cLean in the rooms, lobby, breakfast areas and outside areas. Rooms and lobby nicely decorated. The ice machine have filtered ice that goes directly from the machine to your bucket. Don’t have to worry about people digging in the ice. The coffee and waffles were great. Nice selection and variety for breakfast. They are conveniently located close to restaurants and retail stores. There is a supermarket directly across the street from the hotel and a Starbucks that is across the parking lot. Both are in walking distance.(5 min walk or less) They had a nice snack collection of snacks and drinks for purchase. A nice area outside with a fire pit to sit. Kitchens area in rooms have barstools and microwaves. Perfect for families traveling with kids. It was a little more expensive that other hotels in The area. But it didn’t disappoint and was well worth the extra money. We will be returning.

We had a family room and it was so comfortable and well stocked. The place was very clean. Pool area so nice with bright windows and clean towels. Very close to supermarket and Legoland. We had a great stay!

Breakfast was excellent on the first day. On the second day, they were out of many of the options that had been there the first day. No housekeeping services except for trash removal- we would have at least appreciated fresh towels. And it was difficult to sleep due to the noise from neighbors (thin walls?). For what we paid, I think we would have been better off looking jnto Air BnB since it was so loud and we didn’t have housekeeping, anyway. David at the front desk was very helpful with dinner recommendations and we appreciated that.

It took over ten (10) minutes to find someone who could check me in! Bagels were not cut--so they left a steak knife out to cut them. Yet, they are so concerned about safety and cleanliness.

The hotel claimed they were "overbooked" and the room I booked months earlier was not available. They said we tried to call but no one ever did. Other people checking in in front of me had no issues. Terrible place don't waste your time or money on this hotel!! Drove over 5 hours to have to stay somewhere else which was a good place. I will go there instead.

Great staff. Rooms and always so clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Nice breakfast and it’s nice to be able to have a drink at the bar or dinner there in the evenings!! Have stayed here many times and it’s our home away for home go to!!!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. We had a 1-bedroom suite and stayed for a few days (we have a 4 year old and 8 month old). Felt like we were staying in an apartment because of all of the amenities. They also had the best continental breakfast I've had anywhere; they had gluten free options, healthy breakfast options and dairy free milk. Everything was clean and had 0 smell. The staff were super friendly and we felt very relaxed being there for the entire stay. It was also free to park everyday which is hard to come by these days. We stayed here to visit Legoland for a day but will definitely be back just to stay!
