Una súper experiencia súper recomendados buen servicio y atención

La estancia en el hotel fue muy placentera en cambio el hotel ocupa mejorar muchas cosas tales como servicio de Maleta de la recepcion para la habitacion , las habitaciones ocupan tener un espejo en el cuarto y un telefono para poder llamar a la recepcion . El transporte demasiado caro no cobran por viaje cobran por persona , hicimos varias actividades en la isla tales como el buseo y sacar la licencia de Buso, tambien hicimos los ATV , los jet ski y los Zipline cada y los Dolfing cada viaje salio mas de $170 el dia les menciono que es solo para que puedan mejorar el servicio , el champu y el Condicionar deben ser separados .

The staff it was great the only things is the activities were not by there schedule. But everything else was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided a tour free of charge that was fun. They picked us up and we took a tour of some of the island. We were able to get off the small boat and get in the water. Water was nice and warm. My only complaint is there is no food substitutions for the all inclusive buffett. You cannot order anything outside of the food options that are already put out. That includes snacks. What you see is what you get. They had night shows every night presented by their "Animation Team". I liked the music and dancing. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and nice. However, if you don't speak Spanish use a translator app, bc if you need something, it won't get done. The food is only buffet style, and a very small selection 2/10. The property is quiet and relaxing, so if you came to party, this isn't the place for you. My room had big gaps in the door frame, which let the bugs walk right in. Overall the property/rooms were clean, but I wouldn't stay here again.
