Citrus Sukhumvit 13 Nana Bangkok by Compass Hospitality - Newly Renovated

Great area of the city, easy walk to many different things to do and eat. Room was very nice and clean. Rooftop pool was very unique and nice.

Very annoyed that i booked this hotel for use of a swimming pool which was under maintenance .2 months, Showers were nothot in evening . Lift security a pain when you have aquaintances on other floors. Pricey for what you get . Rgds

We have stayed a few times now as it\'s handy for the BTS and restaurants. We took our car this time and it is a bit stressful, partially blocking Soi 13 to wait for staff to move cars around so that we could park. (There a very few spaces) We were 1/2 HR early for check in & our room wasn\'t ready. We were offered a superior room for an extra 500,b which we accepted only because the small foyer was blocked with a large party of Indian guests. Ps the room seemed no different from the usual room we book. Maybe it wasn\'t as "tired"?? I think next time we come with the car we will stay at the Radisson next door

Property is very clean, amenities are good, pool is small and not a ton of chairs but it is still refreshing for a dip after a hot Bangkok day. I gave the area a low rating, even though basically in the middle of Bangkok and off Sukhumvit which is easy for Grab drivers, it is right on the edge of Asok and Nana area which is a bit more party life than I was wanting. The streets are not clean and very very crowded.

Nice cheap hotel located nearby hotspots Sukhumvit rd. However no breakfast but plenty restaurants around the area. I was a bit annoyed of constructionswork on site (drilling from 9 am to 4 pm) but that might just be temporary. Small pool with jacuzzi

everything was fine, accepted the pool was not useable which was the reason i booked the hotel in the firstplace.

The Hotel is located near BTS and close to main road, Citrus is very nice and helpful staff , Sprite (one of the staff ). The rooms are clean, pool on the rooftop and the rooms are listed at a good price 😀👍 thumbs-up

Too many ants in the room ,even on the bed ! The ants are everywhere.very dirty . I won’t choose this hotel again

ゴキブリの幼虫がたくさん部屋に出ました。 それを伝えても満席を理由に部屋を変えて貰えませんでした。 繁華街が近いので友達と二人別部屋で宿泊したんですが私だけデポジットを払うよう言われました。

Clean room, good bed and pillows, great staff

Very affordable in a great location, The property is well dated and not the cleanest but manageable. The staff is friendly and speaks good English the rooms are in dire need of a refresh.

古さは少しあるものの、掃除が行き届いており清潔感がある。 フロントの対応などサービスも非常によかった。 アソークからは少し歩くが散歩圏内程度。 NANAは近い。 値段も含めお勧めホテル。

A great hotel located centrally in Bangkok. The staff were super friendly & very helpful. The room was immaculately clean, relatively small but fine for short stays. I would highly recommend this hotel & would use again when visiting Bangkok.

The room needed alot of TLC it was run down looking wallpaper was torn Icky looking. Staff was friendly and helpful Pool was just okay Close to a 7-11 and restaurants

Har bodd på citrus i sukhumvit 11 noen år tidligere og ville prøve citrus 13. Bodde her i 3 netter. Hyggelige ansatte i resepsjon. Men ble overrasket da vi kom tilbake fra nabopuben på natten. Det var ingen tilstede i resepsjon. Heller ingen synlig vakt. + Lokasjonen er bra. Gangavstand til bst, kjøpesenter, restauranter. + Grei uteplass på taket, med lite et basseng. + 7- eleven ligger like ved og man kan kjøpe god frokost / lunsj billig. - Rommene er slitt og kunne trengt oppussing. - Mulig dårlig renhold over tid. Dusjen så fettete ut Toalettet vårt var gammel skit på baksiden av dolokket. Veldig ekkelt! Velger nok et litt dyrere hotell neste gang, selvom det er mulig å finne ok hotell til denne prisen.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices and good quality and tasty. Room was comfortable but tv was terrible. Channels didn’t correspond with the chart supplied and too many useless channels. The sound didn’t correspond with the picure. Difficult to work out lighting on the panel next to the bed. But nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if they fixed the tv.😁

room 805 is right below all the air condition machines. very noisy. i asked and got 705. less noise but still noticeable hurting sleep quality. The whole area XX5 are subject to this noise.

I booked a premier corner room .. It said 55 inch smart TV on their website..I needed to access you tube , but the TV was 42 inch old and not smart or supportive of apps. Unacceptable

Room was large and modern. Clean and bath tub was nice. Also 2 rooms big enough for a family of 5. Was a nice stay

Excellent value for money. Reception can be a little slow at check out and i stayed twice. 8th floor and 3rd floor. 3rd floor was great but 8th floor was noisy. I think had something to do with the machinery for rhe pool above. Would recommend and would stay again

Check-in a bit fussy. I asked twice for extra coffee with no success. The cost was 400 baht more than my previous 20 stays. Part of the blame for this is Hotels.com. I was promised no tax/charge but it still cost me.

Lovely hotel on Soi 13 so very quiet and peaceful given the location. The rooms are really nice. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Special mention to Lilly on reception! I will stay at this hotel from now on when I am in Bangkok.

Solo nos hospedamos una noche pero la atención del personal fue excelente. Las habitaciones son de tamaño adecuado para no sentirse apretado y están muy bien equipadas. El día que hicimos check out nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas en recepción mientras recorríamos la ciudad ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde. Inclusive nos apoyaron a programar un taxi el cual estuvo listo a la hora acordada para llevarnos al aeropuerto. El único comentario es que se encuentra muy lejos del centro de la ciudad y los desplazamientos fueron muy largos por el tráfico de la ciudad.

The staff was super nice and always willing to help. My room was cleaned up almost everyday and restocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Just overall a great place to stay if youre around Bangkok.

Check in was from 2pm and upon arrival at 3.15pm, i was told my room was still not ready. The staff on reception were not particularly helpful and rude. I final got my room key at 4pm. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is central to Nana, Cowboy, shopping malls and the BTS. With the exception of the staff memebers on reception, i very much enjoyed my stay here and would definetly book again.

Close enough to everything in the heart of Bangkok and Nana plaza

As for travelers, safety come first. Then room cleanliness, bed, wifi...etc. This hotel provided all that i expected as a traveler. Also easy to move around, that is to say location of hotel is perfect. Nearby shopping, dining, massage within walking distance. Last but not least, hotel and room look quite modern too.

Nice hotel and good location

Good service, close to main attractions and metro and BTS; get to enjoy night life too if you stay here; rooms were clean; terrace at night was awesome with skylines

Location- small hotel. Clean, 7-11 around the corner. Fine for a few nights or if you’re on a budget.

Citrus 13 is a modern and practical "down town" accommodation within walking distance of most of what's "going on" in Sukhumvit. Helpful staff, all worked well@

Fin placering, små men rene og pæne værlser, rengøring top, staff i baren og roof toppen meget dårligt Reception staff proffesionelt, hurtigt, hjælpsøm. Morgenmad ok.

Property stated breakfast was available on Expedia site but there wasn’t breakfast.

I have stayed at the Citrus a few times since it opened, this being the 1st time since about 5 years ago. Breakfast not as good as before and the rooms are looking a bit old and could do with some tlc/refurb to keep it as boutique as it was originally.

The bad experiences started when I should check in at 2pm. The room wasn't finished. I had to wait 1 hour before the cleaning was done. The AC was very noisy. The bed sheet felt like it was little wet all the time bcos hig humility. I did not try t TV.At orning the staff who should make the rooms talking to loudly in the hall.. And they're phone was constantly keeping biiping from messages/line/Notification. That's very irritating when trying to sleep. They didn't pay attention to try to be quiet. Booked 3 night included breakfast. Totally waist of money. That's not even close to be called a breakfast. 7-11 bread full of sugar. The toaster had to be lifted manually after 2 minutes. The eggs vas boiled in 15 minutes.. They was green inside. No ham.. No cheese.. No bacon. The milk was not cold. And the coffee.. Instant coffee. No hotel use instant coffee for breakfast. Watermelon and 1 other fruit.. That's all. Tasted all the hot food for breakfast. No good taste in anything.. I was only there one time not 3. Tried the swimming pool. Two from the staff was sitting there talking. 3 times I had to ask for towels after finish swim before they managed to lift they're ass from the chair. They seem like their would not do anything. And the towel smell old. Like it's been wet several time, dryed and put back for use. Not clean between every use. I stay in the hotel some times before, but it's never been as bad as this time. Need new staff, new management and redecorating.

I use this hotel at least 3 times a year. It is good value for money particularly with Breakfast buffet at 200 baht. My only gripe is that for room 604 great strength was required to open/close the bathroom door; similarly the A/C controls needed force to change.
