The Hotel is resort-like. We were driven by cart to our room. The views from the matrimonial suite were wonderful. The pool area is very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous - our room with the balcony and view of the jungle/river, the lush grounds, the friendly staff, the gorgeous new pool area, the included breakfast and restaurant in general, and it's walking distance to town if you can handle a couple hills. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It exceeded our expectations based on what we saw on the website when booking, which did not show the new pool zone, which is quite nice. They have clearly been working on this place and are continuing to build it up.

Breakfast was good. We also had a dinner hee one night and both the fish and the steaks were excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool area was very nice with lap swim area, pool bar stools and a large area just for splashing and lounging.

The hotel was amazing. We loved it the room was super clean. The staff was utmost friendly and helpful and the restaurant superb. Unfortunately they were renovating the 2. pool, though it was well managed and not bothering at all. We would definitely come back.

The scenery at the hotel is very beautiful. A hotel has a few slight problems one is that the two rooms that I were in were somewhat moldy smelling and I didn't like that at all. First we made my asthma act up so they moved me the second night to another room. They are building on this hotel so if you ask for a newer room in a year from when this is written you should get a better room. The swimming pool area is ungodly beautiful. The old swimming pool is nice but the new swimming pool is fantastic food at the restaurant is okay. I liked eating in the city better because the food was better. I had salmon at the hotel and it was dry and gave me the runs for a day. The hotel staff was fine it's a little bit out of town so you have to walk about eight blocks to get into City center. I would however stay here again.

Pro - A very good resort, its strength lies with its staff. Beautiful resort, with a nice large pool. Boutique resort. Rooms are nice size. Breakfast is good with nice mixture. Tour person very helpful. Front desk helpful, good English. Con - No real gym. Dining room needs a qualified manager, sometimes there is confusion.

Tuve una estadía breve de solo un día en este hotel, pero fue suficiente para disfrutar de una experiencia única. La limpieza es impecable; cada rincón está bien cuidado, lo que hace que el ambiente sea realmente cómodo y agradable. Las instalaciones son modernas y funcionales, con áreas comunes amplias, y una piscina excelente. La atención del personal es excepcional, siempre amables y atentos, lo que muestra su gran dedicación al servicio al cliente. Además, el hotel está rodeado de selva, lo que ofrece una sensación incomparable de estar en plena naturaleza. Desde los balcones se puede disfrutar de una hermosa vista al río, lo que añade un toque extra de paz y tranquilidad. Sin duda, es un lugar al que me encantaría regresar para una estadía más prolongada.

O quarto que ficamos é novo e confortável, em frente a mata. Apesar das baratas no quarto e do cheiro de mofo. Banheiro moderno e limpo. Café da manhã bem fraco. Frutas passadas. Restaurante do hotel está bem ruim e caro ,como tudo na Argentina. Não está valendo a pena. Estivemos ano passado no restaurante era muito bom. Esse ano decaiu muito. No checkout nos cobraram 60 reais por uma toalha de rosto, pois afirmaram q estava suja de barro. De fato ,choveram todos os dias da nossa estadia e o entorno do hotel tinha bastante lama. No banheiro não havia nem um lenço de papel para enxugar. Podemos ter sujado a toalha, mas era só lavar. Achei um absurdo a cobrança. Não recomendo este hotel!

We love it! Rooms are big , super clean and comfortable, beautiful- amazing view! Food - restaurant is excellent . Good menu and excellent wines! Love bife chorizo and all the fish menu as well ensalada tropical omg Service is amazing. Everybody from reception to workers are friendly and helpful. Especial compliment to Grace she help us from before we arrived all the way to our departure! Excellent person - she makes you feel you are home 🌷 We taking beautiful memories and we highly recommend Iguazu Jungle Lodge 🌷🌷🌷

The rooms are spacious and lovely. Right now there is a lot of construction as they are adding a new building of rooms as well as a second pool. The restaurant here is first class. The staff is equal or better than 5 star hotels. The hotel is a few kms from town, ok to walk on a cool day but not if you are tired. Taxis are plentiful however. Argentina restricts ATM withdrawals for foreigners to $30US, and service charges are $10-13US so bring plenty of cash to exchange. The falls are incredible and Iguazú Jungle Lodge is better value than most if not all 4star hotels in the world.

Quick check in and all staff were very friendly and helpful. They also had a tour desk in the lobby that can easily help with Iguazu falls sightseeing tours. A 10 minute walk to the small town.

The hotel looks beautiful and the staff is very nice. To get to the room you need to be driven what made our stay a bit difficult (the only way for us to get more water was to use the mini bar which is expensive). We didn’t feel safe to walk to restaurants at night. The people in the room above us made noise by moving furniture. It was very noisy and hard to sleep.

Wonderful big room. Well appointed, with a big balcony looking out over the jungle - view of a small waterfall and peek of the river. Beautifully furnished with a great bathroom. Excellent restaurant on property. Helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Road to the room is very bumpy. It’s not easy to walk without a pair of hiking shoes, but you can take a ride provided by the hotel if you are willing to wait as they only have one cart. Room had a stuffy smell when entering, air conditioner didn’t work properly.

Hotel was very nice, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint was I paid extra for a jungle view room and was stuck on a low level room with zero view, just dense trees right up to the edge of the balcony. The rooms on the upper floors got the view I paid for, over the trees at the jungle. Very disappointing!! Also there is a lot of construction noise during the day if your there during the weekdays.

Clean and spacious rooms with a very comfortable bed. Nice buffet breakfast with a large selection of foods. Bonus, we had a nice view of the Iguazu river and surrounding forest. Quick check in and all staff were very friendly and helpful. They also had a tour desk in the lobby that can easily help with Iguazu falls sightseeing tours. A 10 minute walk to the small town.

Service was not good. Air conditioning was not working and despite reporting several times , it was not addressed. We requested for towels in evening which were not provided despite several calls. Lift broke down. Food options are very limited. Overall - badly managed property

This place exceeded expectations. It was even better than the photos on the website. The staff were great - particularly Manuel at the pool bar. Everyone was so helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view spectacular. The pool was brilliant, with good showers, which they allowed us to use after checkout. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

The services of staffs are excellent. Mis Grace help me called a taxi to airport, when i got off the car while reaching airport, i left my glass on the car. I asked “ Taxi service office” located in the Terminal for help, at last i got my glass with Mis Grace and other people. It’s great, thanks a lot.

Pro - A very good resort, its strength lies with its staff. Beautiful resort, with a nice large pool. Boutique resort. Rooms are nice size. Breakfast is good with nice mixture. Tour person very helpful. Front desk helpful, good English. Con - No real gym. Dining room needs a qualified manager, sometimes there is confusion.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We were treated like honored guests, a welcome drink, a lovely spacious room with deluxe amenities, fantastic breakfast buffet and the front desk staff worked to make our visit to Iguassu Falls go smoothly. Taxis were arranged, and other services offered. We should have stayed here longer!!

I have stayed in over 1500 hotels in the Marriott family of hotels. I think the rooms are about what you’d expect at a JW Marriott. The restaurant is excellent as well but still very reasonably priced by USA standards. Yes- it’s a little further drive than other hotels but only by a few minutes and Taxis are inexpensive. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. I highly recommend the Iguazu Jungle hotel.

Located about 1/2 mile from the city center/ restaurant/ nightlife district. Beautiful jungle view of the river from my room. It’s an easy 5-10 min walk so it’s just out of the reach of the noisiness if you’re trying to get some proper rest in. The staff is so nice and they’ll make sure to help you with any questions. They also have an onsite person to help you with tours if you want to see the Falls. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was

friendly reception when arriving at the hotel. breakfast and dinner were very good. we had no view from our room because we were on the first floor and were expecting to see at least the river! the hotel is quite far from the town center and not on a waklable distance

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was recently remodeled and was tastefully done. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for local activities. The breakfast was plentiful, including fresh fruit and baked goods. We weren't overly thrilled with the lunch we had in the restaurant, but dinner was outstanding!

Extremely close to the border of Brazil so super easy to visit both sides of the Iguazu Falls. Staff were courteous, very helpful and super nice . Clean room but beware of flying insects. To be expected in a jungle environment. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool areas but they look great. Overall, excellent value for the money and high satisfaction. On site restaurant is one of best in town. Reservation for dinner is highly recommended as it is quite popular. Try the steaks, they were delicious.

Breakfast was good. We also had a dinner hee one night and both the fish and the steaks were excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool area was very nice with lap swim area, pool bar stools and a large area just for splashing and lounging.

Liked the hotel being in the forest and very clean spacious rooms. Reception staff were great. The evening restaurant food was excellent however staff in restaurant were very slow and not great service. The breakfasts were chaotic and always running out of buffet food and took ages to refill

Very nice rooms, good wifi, very clean. The property is being expanded so there is some construction (new room blocks and another pool) going on but not very visible. Very nice staff. Very good food and nice breakfast buffet. Drinks are accessible but Need to add a bar area though.

MA-RA-VI-LHO-SO! Este hotel foi de uma surpresa positiva enorme! Limpeza impecável em todo complexo, funcionários muito gentis e prestativos, quarto e banheiro enorme e novos, chuveiro bom, cama boa, sacada com vista para a mata e rio é um brinde a cada manhã, área de piscina nova e lindíssima, cafe da manha e restaurante muito bons. Hotel fica ao lado da Aduana e Duty Free, se estiver disposto, é possivel ir caminhando, o que facilita a passagem pela imigração. Pontos negativos: restaurante é caro para o que entrega, na cidade há opções que gastará o mesmo comendo melhor. Piscinas geladas, o que é uma pena, em dias frios impossível usar todo o complexo do hotel. Falta uma área kids para crianças pequenas e a recepção atual assusta um pouco na chegada por ser antiga, mas estão em ampliação e creio que isso será alterado.
