Not really working

Continually had to adjust the ac unit. The room that was booked on hotels.com was NOT what I received when I checked in and on property staff did not have what I requested available. The room reeked of smoke when the door finally was able to open. The handle to the door was stuck and had to be wrestled open. Along with closing the door it had to be slammed in order for it to close. The stains (photos attached) were so disgusting we were forced to purchase new sheets or risk losing our money by checking out. The bathroom shower curtain was disgusting and extremely filthy.

I asked for, and was placed in a room that was 'designated' and 'marked' non-smoking, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. And although the air conditioner was newer and worked very well, it never got rid of that horible smell in the room. The room was slightly dirty, especially the floor and the towels were dingy. I guess you get what you pay for.

For the price, this site was very appropriate. It was mostly clean. If there was an issue, the staff was mostly attentive. The women staff were much, much better than the male. He came across as very rude and impatient. He should not be working directly with customers and should leave it to others. It was quiet, newly renovated, comfortable in the room, and they were willing to assist with the little things we needed. I'd recommend it if you're on a budget but still want comfort away from home. It's also close to multiple food and shopping locations (within 0-2 miles for a large number of options).

Facility was nice however all linens were filthy. House keeping just needed to do a better job
