First time staying at the Surf Club, but probably won’t be our last. The unit was very “homey” and cozy. Comfortable couch in living area. Loved having a kitchen. We did not cook, but we could have…and having a refrigerator was great. Being able to reserve chairs and an umbrella for the beach is a plus!I do wish that the beach chairs were full lounge chairs, but I think they give these chairs bc of space. The beach gets very crowded. Process of getting towels for the pool or beach is very efficient. Hope to be back.

I like the ambiance and proximity to the beach and town. The pool was clean and good for families with children. The property was also clean but the mulch beds were overrun with weeds. The house was overall great, clean and had what we needed. However, the twin bed I used one night was not comfortable - overly soft with a dent in the middle. The sofa bed was not very comfortable either - had a metal bar placed at the level of the upper back. Would stay here again, but wanted to mention the bed situation for the sensitive sleepers.

I’ve stayed here many times in the same unit but decided to try another unit and didn’t like it. The kitchen was very small, couldn’t fit two people in the same area. I didn’t think it was that clean and the toilet seat was not the size of the toilet, they installed the wrong size seat. The bathroom wall were peeling paint, I will not stay in this unit again.

Appart'hôtel très agréable et situé sur la plage. Charmante personne à l'accueil. Equipement de qualité dans le logement. Petite terrasse individuelle très appréciable.

It was less than 50° outside, and the heat was not working in our unit. The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working. In order to give the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe it just needed a little bit of time to warm up- we left and came back after dinner. The room was still freezing. We tried calling after hours maintenance to come. We left a few messages and no one came - in the morning We also called the emergency phone number again. No one came. They eventually did change our room however we’ve been trying to reach them because we feel a partial refund is warranted and we have not been able to get in touch with anybody. This is just really unacceptable.
