Man fühlt sich wie in einem alten Palast. Pool schön u Massagen auch. Restaurant gut, allerdings etwas laut da an der Straße. Hotel hat mit einem super Fahrer vermittelt. Verbesserungsfähig: hinter dem Bett u Lichtschalter sehr verstaubt, da muss mal geputzt werden.

The place was really good. The food and service was excellent. The staff were friendly. Would visit again.

It is like staying in a museum, in a good way. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The location opposite the beach, ignoring the flyover and the road, was great. Restaurant serves alcohol and bar area is attractive. Really quaint. Swimming pool looked dirty when we arrived but was immaculate by the next morning.

A great heritage place to stay for a few days of exploring Alleppy, beaches and the backwaters, located across a local road by the massive beach. Hotel is a lovely well maintained old traditional building with a swimming pool and restaurant. Paid a bit more for a large traditional room with a large shared lounge and outside seating area next to the pool. Great restaurant and chef with a good menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner also serving alcohol. Guys in the restaurant very helpful and made us feel welcome - a big thankyou to Lee and his colleagues for looking after us so well. Google maps does not realise that highway 66 is on two elevated sections of flyover, so you cannot access the property from the flyover by the beach - you have to navigate through the adjoining Cullen or Palace roads to the beach and hotel under the flyovers.
