There was no Heat in the room, light in bathroom had to be held down to work, there was no hot water at all in the room ie.. sink or shower. killed 2 roaches the next morning. there was only a sheet and a thin cover on the bed.. no Blanket. the advertised "Jacuzzi tub" was inoperable and taped off. floors were dirty and the door to the adjoining room as open on our side. the lock on the door was 1/2 missing.

The only light that was working was to dim to see anything, shaower area had no place to put soap or things, refrigerator did not work, on top of the AC being off when i got there it did not work, no cups for drinking, the room was very clean and so was the parking lot as well as being well lit.

During the hurricane it was safe. The water was sheeting but it did not enter the room The only complaint I had was the carpet which was very dirty otherwise no complaints. The electric went out but that was not their fault that was due to the hurricanes the whole community was out so I left I did not stay for the second night which I paid for no refunds is their policy.

Someone leftover food was in fridge. Hair in shower. Was not informed no brkfst and/or no snack machine, when stated repeadtly we were hungry... until after room was booked. Front office would not assist with my checkin issues through online... and when finally got it, he asked repeadtly if was ok, not in manner of geniune but as in dont want have any issues (because i was cold, tired, and had been crying - daughter asleep in car) so wanted him to stop asking question and get me the key card for my already shortened stay & he was slowly processing while repeadtly just looking at me - using my paid time . When leaving, my daughter asked to use restroom and we were told key was turned in and lobby was closed but had store across street, from lady at check out. It was difficult in communicating Wanted extra towel but no housekeeper available. 1 lil baby bar of soap provided for showering. And i expected cost of 58ish or something but charged 70$ to card why didnt i get difference returned as informed at check out? Felt frustrated & more confused from what should've been a night to enjoy with my 3yr old.

the bed was ok, and the room could be nice if maintained. The bathroom door handle was broken off, holes in the ceiling with black mold, hard spots in the carpet like gum, toilet handle lever arm snapped off so I had to take the tank cover off and operate it from the chain, this was not repaired for the second night I was forced to stay here. Door was hard to figure out because green light didn't come on until you turned the door handle. Broken furniture and appliances piled up next to the office. Lobby door was still locked at 8:30 am. Speaker for the bullet proof glass was dangling making feel like a horror movie.

My wife and I booked this hotel because we needed something very close to where we were. Check in was very easy. Room was very spacious but could use some updating. However at 10:30 the following morning housekeeping was banging on our door wanting us to check out already. Every 5 minutes was another knock. As we were rushed out of the room by 11 and after loading up our things in the car I realized I was missing something. Not even 5 minutes after 11 I ask to go back into the room to get it. It’s not there. Ok, I’ll go back through my car and look again at our next stop. I went to the ice machine to get ice for my little cooler (holds 12 cans) and I barely got a cup of ice and she’s towering over me telling I can’t get ice after check out. Excuse me!? My wife had to come make sure I was ok and get that lady to back away from me. Needless to say- We will NOT go back nor will we even recommend this place. The housekeeper is a thief, a liar, and extremely rude!!

The only thing that i like was that it was quite. Found roaches all over the room. By the door i saw 3, on top of the bed found 2. I opened the fridge found 1. I just left the room and requested another room. I didnt left the facility because it was too late.

I have a pet peeve about hotels that claim they offer free breakfast and then don't. That's why I took off one point. I really wish Hotels.com would start cracking down on this type of false advertising. Free breakfast and decent wifi are an absolute must, and there is no breakfast while the wifi is so-so. I would recommend it if they hadn't offered the free breakfast.

I have a pet peeve about hotels that claim they offer free breakfast and then don't. That's why I took off one point. They tried to charge me more when I got there than my reciept. I did not stay there after driving 6 hours to get there. Expedia took 3 hours and booked me in another place and told me they had the same admenities when I got there that was a lie so I refused to stay there as that was not what I booked and paid for. Me and my 3 companions ended up 3 of us sleeping on cot and my wife on the couch at my son's house and cutting our trip a day short. Expedia ruined my whole trip. If I am billed for there screw up I will not pay it are ever use Expedia again.

I went to the ice machine to get ice for my little cooler (holds 12 cans) and I barely got a cup of ice and she’s towering over me telling I can’t get ice after check out. Excuse me!? My wife had to come make sure I was ok and get that lady to back away from me. Needless to say- We will NOT go back nor will we even recommend this place. The housekeeper is a thief, a liar, and extremely rude!!

I have a pet peeve about hotels that claim they offer free breakfast and then don't. That's why I took off one point. I really wish Hotels.com would start cracking down on this type of false advertising. Free breakfast and decent wifi are an absolute must, and there is no breakfast while the wifi is so-so. I would recommend it if they hadn't offered the free breakfast.

Someone leftover food was in fridge. Hair in shower. Was not informed no brkfst and/or no snack machine, when stated repeadtly we were hungry... until after room was booked. Front office would not assist with my checkin issues through online... and when finally got it, he asked repeadtly if was ok, not in manner of geniune but as in dont want have any issues (because i was cold, tired, and had been crying - daughter asleep in car) so wanted him to stop asking question and get me the key card for my already shortened stay & he was slowly processing while repeadtly just looking at me - using my paid time . When leaving, my daughter asked to use restroom and we were told key was turned in and lobby was closed but had store across street, from lady at check out. It was difficult in communicating Wanted extra towel but no housekeeper available. 1 lil baby bar of soap provided for showering. And i expected cost of 58ish or something but charged 70$ to card why didnt i get difference returned as informed at check out? Felt frustrated & more confused from what should've been a night to enjoy with my 3yr old.

I was assigned room 222 tucked away in a corner enclave. Besides the usual air leaks around the door and a/c it was ok..however the wifi signal was so poor I connected but had no Internet access. I stepped outside and I had a good signal. Stepped back inside and no signal so I went to the office. You have to communicate thru the window because they don't allow guests into the lobby. Doors are always locked. The lady said there is no problem with the wifi and too bad. I asked for another room. No more rooms. All full. I disagreed because there were only a few cars in the parking lot. Makes no difference. No more rooms. I asked for my money back and I'll go elsewhere. No. Take that up with who I made the reservation with. I'm getting nowhere and being treated like a fool here. Another lady appeared and they spoke a different language and suddenly another room is available. Wow... I took the room and got my work done on the Internet. Left the next day and I'll not be returning nor will I ever stay with Executives Inn and Suites again. I was lied to about no other room and treated like a fool. Not even an apology. She wouldn't even check the Internet access in room 222 herself to investigate the wifi lack of signal problem.

First im so upset because I didn't stay where i was at because you guys had me booked in Texas while im in Florida i had to pay for my room in Marianna Fl in never got my money back from the error you guys made from Texas i would rather have another night at The Executive Inn in Marianna Fl please it's only fair
