Um bom hotel mas muito espartano. Quarto amplo. Bonita vista da janela. Ótimo café da manhã. Em termos de serviços não tinha nada próximo, só um restaurante.

Well as I just wrote it was overfilled and there was no parking, instead I woke up at 12:37 to slamming doors and a overly used room in my absence. Although I put a do not disturb sign on my handle every time I left or came back new debris was left behind by who knows. Then although I checked out early as there were finally ample parking spots and a delivery advertising van blocking the entrance was finally moved in the pouring rain I then brought a small carry on and a couple bags in. I returned to cheap fragrances sprayed all over my room and the same creepy staff from a competing hotel creeping around unable to let me into the property at 1am. Then he decided to make sure to pass me on his was to the bathroom adding additional discomfort to my already challenged night of not much rest let alone sleep. As for the free breakfast there was nothing allergy wise I could tolerate after the repeated evening disturbances

Booked the 2nd time as our first time last year was superb. This year, we booked same type of room and requested for 1st flr room so we'll be closer to the indoor pool but ended up being assigned to a 5th floor room with view of parking lot. Other than that, location was convenient as it's next to the aquarium. Though we might reconsider staying in another hotel next year we go back to the area.

This hotel chain is MY NEW FAVORITE! We had never stayed at a Hyatt Hotel before, but I am so impressed! From the super-friendly staff, cleanliness, modern look, breakfast varieties galore, eating with actual cutlery, not plastic, real cups and plates, not paper, what a treat! I truly felt pampered! The A/C in the room was perfect, and the hot water in the shower was 'so relaxing and soothing!' Great job Hyatt Place Long Island-Riverhead! See you again!
