Management needs to have a serious look into house keeping. I have complained a dozen times about these ladies who will come to the room for whatever reason to either spray for mosquitoes or bring something and they will knock once, twice and suddenly you see someone opening the door and she is inside the room. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. It has happen to me several times and I have complained many times to management but this hasn’t changed. Now I have made a decision to change the hotel and go else where every-time I visit Dar es salaam.

Cannot commend the team at the hotel enough. Accommodating last minute changes in itinerary without any issues. Will certainly be looking forward to staying here again
