Great location on Main Street and walkable to shops and restaurants. Did have spotty internet. Noisy outside as our room faced Main Street with loud cars going by. Breakfast was free and pretty fair. Nice lobby bar. Some sidewalk seating. Charge $11 per day for parking.

The staff were phenomenal, and the breakfast bar totally hit the spot. My young daughter spilled her bowl of cereal on the floor and the attendants were so kind about it and got it cleaned up immediately. This is a beautiful property. Be advised that the pool was more like a cold plunge or glacial lake and the hot tub was the temperature of a swimming pool, but my family still had fun using these facilities.

The staff were phenomenal, and the breakfast bar totally hit the spot. My young daughter spilled her bowl of cereal on the floor and the attendants were so kind about it and got it cleaned up immediately. This is a beautiful property. Be advised that the pool was more like a cold plunge or glacial lake and the hot tub was the temperature of a swimming pool, but my family still had fun using these facilities.

Nice, clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast had great options, but could’ve been warmer. Pool was clean and water did not irritate my son’s skin or make our eyes itch/make it hard to breathe due to chemicals. The hot tub jets were broke though, but was still relaxing.

We recently stayed at a SpringHill Suites in Irvine, CA. This one is so much nicer! Very nice, very clean, and the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. They have a nice little bar area where you can grab a drink and parking was easy. We will definitely stay here again if we are coming through the area.

Our check in was very friendly and easy. Clean in the lobby and breakfast area. Our room had trash from previous guests in the bathroom shelving area. We loved that parking was easy right at the hotel and it was a 3 min walk to dinner.

Hotel is in a good area with a lot of options of food within walking distance. And a good Negatives. 1. Not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. I opened the drawers to put clothes in and there were roach pieces in the drawer. 2. Somehow my door was opened while I was gone and no telling how long my room was left opened. But luckily nothing was stolen. But then they blamed the door saying sometime the deadbolt accidentally opens on its own. Even though I sat and watched my door close. 3.

A great choice in downtown GJ. Quite comfortable room with a good bed. Decent gym. We thought the breakfast was a step above the now-standard chain hotel breakfast. Little things like muffins NOT in plastic bags. Both colors of fresh salsa. Topping bar for oatmeal. Surprisingly good music in their bar 2 out of 3 nights.

Little things like muffins NOT in plastic bags. Both colors of fresh salsa. Topping bar for oatmeal. Surprisingly good music in their bar 2 out of 3 nights.

We also heard a mechanical buzzing each time the elevator moved day or night.

Rapidly becoming our favorite place to stay in Grand Junction…rooms are large, beds comfortable, and nicely furnished. Location downtown is incredible. East walk to everything. And the breakfast is really great with lots of selection and tasty. All at a reasonable price per night. Definitely recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The only issue I have with this hotel is that we were stuck in Salt Lake City due to a huge blizzard. I called to ask if I could cancel due to the weather from where we were traveling, and they would not cancel same day as arrival without a 100% penalty. I asked for an exception but they wouldn’t budge saying it was their policy. Pretty lame.

Christmas lighting in the street was nice. However, I stepped out to drop my husband off at work, when I came back, the maids had cleaned our room already. They cleaned out everything! We left things in there that were taken and I have tried calling since Wednesday and have not been successful. I thought check-out time was until noon. I didn't even check out with the front desk

The hotel was relatively clean, however the front staff wasn't very accommodating or helpful. We booked two room and wanted them next to eachother or connected. They didn't even try to do that for us and said well your on the same floor at least. The breakfast wasn't the greatest either and eveything was the same for 2 days. I would have been happier at another hotel for the price we paid.

Last three times I have stayed here the lights in the room did not work. So the light switches by the door (3 of them ) did nothing. In all three times, different rooms each time. I think it is about time to try a new hotel. This time when i checked in there were no carts by the door to bring my things in with. Desk could see there were no carts but seemed to be indifferent to this. I expect a higher level of caring when I stay at the Spring Hill Suites.

Downtown location and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Parking lot close Room was a little noisy as walls are thin. Free breakfast is pretty average.

The staff were phenomenal, and the breakfast bar totally hit the spot. My young daughter spilled her bowl of cereal on the floor and the attendants were so kind about it and got it cleaned up immediately. This is a beautiful property. Be advised that the pool was more like a cold plunge or glacial lake and the hot tub was the temperature of a swimming pool, but my family still had fun using these facilities.

The staff were phenomenal, and the breakfast bar totally hit the spot. We like staying at the Spring Hill Marriott. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the breakfast is just so so. For the price I would want a little more upscale breakfast.

Booking a room was super easy. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was tasty. I appreciate the variety of items offered. I also appreciate that staff refilled food even though it was almost time to close. They made sure everyone had all food items available to everyone no matter if they came later for breakfast :) one staff even asked us if we were going to get something else before taking the food away. I liked having water, coffee and tea available 24/7. The staff were great and super helpful. The only tiny downside in our case was that the room we were in did that have a strong smell when we walked in. I couldn’t make out what it was and the morning after it wasn’t as strong but I would have definitely not preferred to have that smell :). Other than that everything excellent!

Indoor pool was closed. Kids were disappointed otherwise stay was great. Rooms were nice and "fancy". Air Conditioning in the room also was great and arctic.

Hotel was great. Plenty of room for 7 of us which is not always easy to find and cost effective and the Spring Hill was both. Only downside was most of restaurants were closed for holiday on Main Street but that had nothing to do with hotel. Looking to stay at suites again soon.
