Hotel Höfn

Mycket bra mottagande jag kom en dag för tidigt..men det löste dom bra..frukosten var bra men grönsakerna kunde vara lite fräschare gurka,paprikan ex …personal var bra.. 👍👍

Stayed in another building and the hallway was really worn. The bathroom looked like it was from the nineties - and cold. However, the bed was really good, the duvet the best I had on my entire trip and towels/linen very good. I guess saying which rooms are outside the hotel itself when ordering would be better, and do some redecorations of hallways to improve first impression.

Generally, it was a good stay. However, I was disappointed with the way a problem with my dinner was managed. Although the cod and mashed potatoes well well prepared, my asparagus was burnt. I drew this to the attention of the waitress and she said she would speak to the chef. When leaving, nothing was said. I experienced my treatment as, just a tourist, he won't be back. Being charged for a full meal when part was inedible seems to be poor customer service.

Greit hotell med rene rom og hyggelig personale. God frokost. Eneste minus er at hotellet ikke har heis.
