O hotel tem uma construção magnífica, no lobby, no restaurante e decoração do ambiente. O problema inicia nas comodidades do quarto: banheiro e box pequenos, sem geladeira/frigo bar, ar condicionado muito frio e o controle não funciona adequadamente.

Enjoyed the stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, the room was laid out a little different and the shower was on the small side. Adjusting the temperature in the room was difficult to figure out but the staff was stepped up and showed me how making it more enjoyable.

Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Although the hotel is old and dated, they have up kept it and it is very clean. It was also close to the Convention Center and conveniently located to dining options. Only critique is that the rooms are very cold; however room temp can be adjusted but finicky. They also provide comforters that are exceptionally warm. Room was small but cozy and did not want to get out of bed. There is also no fridge or microwave.
