It was good, but not as good as it was before. Previous years they welcome you with fruits in the room, you have more towels and accessories. Nothing, but absolutely nothing to eat during the day. Air conditioning unbelievably noisy.

Waiting to be picked up from the parking site (there is no other way) took at one time 10 minutes, another time it took 30 minutes. The room was supposed to have a working jacuzzi with hot a water. The hot water didn't work. Management didn't know what to do about it, told us it was out of their control and did not give us any sort of discount or voucher for a future visit. This was not our first visit to Hamat Gadar so we had expectation. We were very disappointed.
