I got 2 rooms. 1 room tv didn't work. Asked if it could be looked at while out. It was working when we got back. Had no problems with the area. We are bike riders and like the one floor and each room has there own outside door so we can park our bikes in front of the room. Will use this as a stop again.

Nice and quiet budget hotel right off the highway, so was perfect for our roadtrip. They are dog friendly ($15 fee) which was perfect for us as we had our dog with us

The motel had a reasonable rate for a clean, convenient place to stop in to rest on the way. The AC/heater was a bit noisy, and it wasn't obvious how to get it to be quiet without turning it off. Breakfast was light (cereal, bagel, waffle, cinnamon pastry, milk, apple juice, plum/pomegranate juice, coffee). The WiFi password wasn't legible in the room. Still, the price was good, so one mustn't be too displeased. You can park really right outside your room.

Nice great priced motel. Very quiet pet friendly. They were having issues with the breakers so air conditioning kept going off but they got it going after a bit so it was good. Will definitely stay here again.

First I have never written a bad review even if I didn't have a good experience. We were in town for college rodeo in Marshall and there rooms were all booked so had to stay in Sweet Springs. Found this motel and was very hesitant to stay just from the pictures but we were out of options. But since the reviews were good we opted to stay there verse's the Super 8. Check in was slow, grounds clean but very old. Room had dirt on floor and a few dead bugs. Bedding very used. Staff not friendly but not rude either. We felt very uneasy for some reason and that started with check in. We were booked Thursday- Sunday. Thursday night around midnight our truck alarm goes off we got up went outside but saw nothing, we needless to saw were very scared after that, 30min later it went off again we went out side inspected our truck again for signs of a break in. I called the front desk they said they have cameras and didn't see anything that it may have been a stray cat jumping on our truck. The next morning we left for rodeo and when we got back we were locked out of our room and had to get card rekeyed. We felt so uneasy and unsafe we left Friday evening and went home. I didn’t ask for refund just left.

Check in host was very friendly and informative and quick and kind about helping us when we locked ourselves out taking pup for a walk. Room was clean and quiet and parking was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

It was a cold night when I check in, went to my room and the heat had not been turned on for a long period of time as the room was cold. It took the heater 90 minutes to the room for comfortable temperature. Shower was dirty and had hair in it. Practice offerings were extremely limited. I have stayed here before and had a better experience.

What a quaint little place in sweet springs missouri ... it reminded me of the places we would stay when i was a kid...great memories. Awesome room, clean well decorated and a good AC i see why this 2 star motel has a almost 5 star review..breakfast isnt much but it has a great little area to hang out have a bowl of cereal and some fruit and drink coffee

Super quiet and clean! Doesn’t have any residual smoke odors from years past, right next to Casey’s was really convenient. Internet worked well. Friendly gal at the desk when I checked in. I stayed for work, and am likely to stay again.

Perfect stop if need a good night's sleep on the road. Comfortable beds, close to highway but not too loud. Dark shades and easy parking even if you are are pulling a Uhaul. Breakfast.. not so much

A very friendly young lady quickly checked us in. The inn is just off the interstate, so easy to get to. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated! It looks like it’s recently been remodeled. The shower was good. Breakfast was so-so: yogurt, coffee, sugary cereals, Eggos, bagels. There is no coffee maker in the rooms, which is a drawback. However, we would stay here again!

This place surprised me. Check in lady was so nice. I was running late due to road construction traffic and she called to check on me. Lobby was very clean and neat. Room was older and really needed a new couch but very clean. It’s right behind a truck stop so I heard trucks idling all night. Nothing they could do about that.

This Motel was surprising quite for being next to a highway. We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean with basic microwave, mini fridge and hair dryer. The room has no coffee maker in the room . The office does not have a person at the desk at check in or various times I went in to see what was available for "breakfast" which was a "grab and go" type. There are not many restaurants around but highly recommend Sherri Lynn\'s cafe. The Motel was sold out on the 2nd night we stayed but no problems with parking or noise . Don\'t let the look of the motel discourage you. It was small and basic but for the price it was one of the best "economically" prices motels we\'ve stayed in. I would recommend to friends staying in the area .

The person at the desk was very accomodating. I asked if I could arrive late and she said that was not problem. Once I arrived, I asked her if I could pay for a couple of extra hours after the check out time and she said "of course" Overall, I had a short stay and the counter person was nice.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that I had reserved and paid for my room on hotels. Com however, the hotel is trying to charge me 144 and some change for a one night room that I already paid for! I called and told the lady on the front desk whom informed me she would have to let management know. I've gotten no call back or anything about this problem.

I would recommend to friends staying in the area .

This Motel was surprising quite for being next to a highway. We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean with basic microwave, mini fridge and hair dryer. The room has no coffee maker in the room . The office does not have a person at the desk at check in or various times I went in to see what was available for "breakfast" which was a "grab and go" type. There are not many restaurants around but highly recommend Sherri Lynn\'s cafe. The Motel was sold out on the 2nd night we stayed but no problems with parking or noise . Don\'t let the look of the motel discourage you. It was small and basic but for the price it was one of the best "economically" prices motels we\'ve stayed in. I would recommend to friends staying in the area .

Check in host was very friendly and informative and quick and kind about helping us when we locked ourselves out taking pup for a walk. Room was clean and quiet and parking was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Great room for the price! Very clean. Parking at room door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Light breakfast was available in the lobby. I would stay here anytime.

Super quiet and clean! Doesn’t have any residual smoke odors from years past, right next to Casey’s was really convenient. Internet worked well. Friendly gal at the desk when I checked in. I stayed for work, and am likely to stay again.

Perfect stopover on our way across country. While it is definitely an older motel, it was exceptionally clean, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the limited number of nearby dining options. But that gave us a chance to explore the nearby areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Much better than expected from the reviews. The motel is very old but is much better and cleaner inside than the outside advertises. The beds are good and staff attentive to requests. This is next to a cornfield in a village. There is nothing around it by way of amenities/restaurants/gas.

Booked two rooms for 4 adults. Area was quiet and the staff and owners work hard at keeping this older motel looking nice and cozy. It felt like the 80's and family trips in the best way. Right off I-70 with a 24 hour Casey's located next door. Loved the stay here, will do it again next time I'm kicking it in CoMo.

The room and the bed were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a let-down, if you want butter for your toast/waffel or cream cheese for your bagel, bring your own. If you include breakfast and want to charge for it at the least you should provide some basics.

Basic older hotel with comfortable bed. The free breakfast was very basic but no one had started making coffee at 6:30 am so i had to walk to a gas station for coffee. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00.

Very nice, clean hotel. Very inexpensive for the accommodations. The only two negatives was I didn’t find a hair dryer in the room, so could not shampoo my hair. Also it was a grab and go breakfast, and all we saw was some dry cereal, milk and orange juice.

The motel had a reasonable rate for a clean, convenient place to stop in to rest on the way. The AC/heater was a bit noisy, and it wasn't obvious how to get it to be quiet without turning it off. Breakfast was light (cereal, bagel, waffle, cinnamon pastry, milk, apple juice, plum/pomegranate juice, coffee). The WiFi password wasn't legible in the room. Still, the price was good, so one mustn't be too displeased. You can park really right outside your room.

Room was clean and well kept for older property. Evening lady checking us in was very nice and informative. Breakfast was limited and didn’t know that bagels and waffles were in fridge. Had to press button to get male staff to come out and make another pot of coffee.

I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous booking this motel. BUT....I was pleasantly surprised. We had a very clean room and the carpet was even vacuumed well. Sometimes I don't feel comfortable taking my socks and shoes off but that was not the case here. The water pressure in the shower was good. The bed was a little hard for my liking but my husband didn't mind it. They had a very limited grab and go breakfast, (yogurt, juice and milk) is what I seen on the sign. Overall it was decent for the cost and we would stay there again if in the area.

I had room 24 and it was clean and had a comfortable bed, with a couch, widescreen TV and mini fridge. It had an air conditioner that kept it cool and had parking right in front of the room. I could actually sign into my Netflix account and watch. I just wish there had been a coffee pot in the room, but I understand in a small motel like that why they didn't. Maybe coffee in the during the day as well as breakfast. Casey's is next door and I got a cheap cup of coffee there.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The furniture in the motel is extremely dated, but it services as a quick stopover between KC and Columbia. The a/c worked well, but seemed to have a bit of a funny smell. We had an issue with the TV, but staff came almost immediately to fix it.
