The side/back door was unlocked and didn't need a key. There was also a neighbor having a bon fire and you could hear there music in our room. The location overall is just in a weird spot, have no clue why they put it right in the middle of town.

But we had some issues with room card keys 'de-activating' and needing repeated reprogramming, plus the front desk wasn't typically occupied – so we had a few times when help wasn't available. The gym is just a laundry room with a mini-treadmill and some dumbbells. But again, for an inexpensive hotel in Bloomfield, it was great. We'd stay here again.

The front desk was polite and helpful, we were able to check in early. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We checked out before breakfast was ready to go and the lady asked us if we would like some coffee or juice and gave us some fruit to go as we needed to be on the road early.

Then the heater didn’t work to warm the room (other clients were having the same problem as we gathered downstairs), manager not around unless you called them, we had no shower soap and coffee taste warmed up (not hot) from the day before.

Motel was average. Employees answered questions but nothing beyond that. WiFi was not password protected & reception was poor. TV had satellite but no network or local channels. The front desk blamed it on the city, however, 3 different businesses nearby had local stations playing when I went in to eat or shop. I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE. We were in town for my inlaws 50th Anniversary party and they owned the restaurant we held it at as well. Southfork Grill is a must!! The hotel is clean and the bed is soooooo comfy. Just an amazing one day trip!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and evening food service and a small bar provided a nice way to end the day.

The staff was friendly, however, the room lock didn't work and neither did the air conditioning. The hot breakfast was also cold.

The front desk was polite and helpful, we were able to check in early. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We checked out before breakfast was ready to go and the lady asked us if we would like some coffee or juice and gave us some fruit to go as we needed to be on the road early.

The property was nice and the rooms were good. The breakfast was a little less desirable but it wouldn't keep me from staying there again.

At check-in, I received no info about complimentary breakfast nor hours there of. After first night, maid service was great. After 2nd night, the room was not touched -- bed not made up,wastebaskets not emptied, etc.

It was fine for what we needed. Nothing fancy, an older hotel that needs some updates. The breakfast was not good. We went down right when it started and the “hot” food was cold. Did not eat it. Was very disappointed in it.

maintenance needed in room. Silver dollar size shower head. Desk chair was in need of repair. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. Duty clerk said booking was for a standard not an accessible room. Stated they had already booked the accessible room for another lady. I'm not a fan of bait and switch schemes and have reasons to book an accessible room. Duty clerk said it was your fault with the booking interface. I'm the one who got burned. Not Happy.!!!

This is a nice $80 hotel. Unfortunately I paid $160. The hotel is clean. Comfortable and relatively quiet. Breakfast was terrible. I arrived 1 hour after it began and everything was gone, including hot water for oatmeal. Plan on eating at a restaurant The fitness center is the same room as the laundry; the treadmill blocks the washer. The good news is you can get your cardio as you fluff and fold. Still waiting on my folio 24 hours after checkout as there were no employees on property when I left at 8am
