Can’t say enough nice things about this quaint little hotel. The Jacuzzi and sauna room worked great. Remember to sign up early for your private time so that you don’t share with strangers. An outdoor pagoda area for sitting ,watching and relaxing next to the river was very much enjoyed after a long day of traveling. There is road construction out front but the room we were in was towards the back so we never heard it all night long . great location for the highway and traveling by vehicle. There was even a street fair going on right across the street for easy shopping. A liquor store , a restaurant and a dispensary next-door. No driving needed for any of them. Great staff on duty both when we arrived and when we checked out in the morning.

I really enjoyed staying here. Don\'t expect much for the included "breakfast." the hot tub was great, and they also have a sauna. The staff were very helpful.

The Riverwalk Inn is a great place to stay. Location has everything! Close to the river with outside amenities to enjoy. Walkable even to dowtown. Close to everything and only option to stay at that end of town. Really clean, AMAZING STAFF - SO NICE. Excellent Continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only drawback is VERY small sink area and location. If you need to use at night, easily wakes others in the room. No closet, but there is a couple of hanging places, a little unconventional. But not a deal breaker. Large hot sauna and Spa available; a nice surprise. So MUCH BETTER than the smelly, super expensive Springs Hotel. Would stay here again for sure.

The location was convenient as it was right in town but also easier to get to and from the ski resort. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast area was tiny, so we ate in our rooms often, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work very well. Also, the hot tub was super foamy and the water wasn’t very clean. However, the staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our stay overall.

We had a nice stay at RiverWalk Inn. The location was convenient as there were restaurants & stores within walking distance. The staff were pleasant & responsive. The breakfast was pretty good, especially since they had a waffle maker. It was nice to be able to sign up for your own private family time in the hot tub/spa & sauna. The shower water pressure wasn’t that great but I was able to adjust the pressure on the shower head & get my hair washed. The water was nice & hot! The beds were pretty comfortable. There was no gun safe in the room, for those of you this matters to. The coffee pot in the room was not very clean therefore I did not use it. I just drank the coffee in the lobby, provided with breakfast. I left a note in the coffee pot letting them know that the coffee pot needed cleaning & based on the cleanliness of the room & the hotel as a whole, I’m confident that coffee pot was taken care of. Lastly, when all the doors are locked to the hotel (front & back), your hotel key does not get you back in. Thankfully, the morning we were leaving, my husband was packing up the truck and locked himself out. Of course, I was able to let him back in but I think this might be helpful for solo travelers to know. We would definitely stay at RiverWalk Inn again!

As others have said, immaculate well-cared for property in walking distance to downtown attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cons: cold-food only breakfast (except for waffles), that was the same every day. Seating was very tight at times during breakfast. Small in-room refrigerator did not have freezer section. TV was streaming only, and was connected via Wifi, causing it to studder often during programming.

It was a small hotel that had great reviews. We were passing thru town. It has been remodeled. Our room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

This property is right by the river. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a liquor store right next door. We grabbed a bottle of Jack and had some drinks right by the river on the comfortable outside area offered by the hotel. Best part about this location was how clean it is! Like spotless clean. There’s no carpet in the rooms so no smell. The front desk staff is so friendly. The cleaning crew at this location is freaking fabulous!

Very clean, even the windows! which easily slide open & are easy to lock; it's a big deal with me. I like the rustic furniture & flooring. There's a hair dryer, fridge and coffee maker. The room felt spacious, maybe because it's not cluttered with a large credenza, microwave, and closet. There are hooks & hangers on the walls and I liked seeing my clothes hanging where I could see them. There is a microwave in the common area along with an ice machine. They do recycling of certain materials. Host and staff are friendly and knowledgable about the area. I look forward to staying here again.

I thought the hotel was rather basic given the cost. The door to the hallway has a gap at the top which is a privacy issue. The vanity is right next to the room door which is just awkward, my biggest concern though was that the heater in the room was excessively noisy and made a loud rattling sound every time the fan came on. I was unable to sleep even though the bed was comfortable enough. I felt like I was sleeping in someone’s basement. It’s by far the worst experience we have had on this cross country trip and the total cost was much higher than other hotels we have visited.

The location can't be beat, the property is clean, the staff was super friendly, breakfast perfectly good. The only reason I go with 4 stars is that it's kind of a motel. The rooms are heated with wall units that work, but don't really have a working thermostat, so you basically have to wait for it to get hot and then get up and turn it off. Also the bed has this really weird headboard that sticks out at the top so you can't sit up in bed without it hitting you in the neck. Bathorrom is super tight. If one person is at the sink and the other comes out of the bathroom, the door would hit the person at the sink. But all in all clean sheets, nice towels and perfect location. I would def stay again.

Online booking states inn was renovated. We found that not to be the case. Carpets were nasty. Bathroom was clean but so tiny you could barely shower or move in shower/toilet area. Sink counter was quite small. Plugs were lacking. TV didn’t always work with Hulu. No elevator. For us, coffee service starting at 7am was too late. Staff were pleasant but only really spoke when spoken to. Beds were comfortable. Overall, Inn was okay but wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The RiverWalk Inn is one of the best available in Pagosa Springs. The rooms are clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and attentive to your needs. The only issue we had was with the A/C after our first night. It would stop coming on after 10:00pm. I would have to turn the unit off and restart it to get it working again.

The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The only two complaints we had was the inefficient and noisy AC. The thin walls did not provide any noise buffering either.

I really enjoyed my stay at the RiverWalk. It was not luxury but it was very nice considering it cost only slightly more than a traditional budget hotel in the area. We ended up having a late night and they allowed us to check out several hours late with no penalties or hassles. I found the front desk staff to be very helpful and kind.

From first entering the door the staff was smilling, friendly, competent and fun to talk to. Knowledgeable of the area and things to do. Close enough to walk to one of the local breweries. Room was clean and mattress very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in Pagosa Sprimgs.

The front desk girl made the stay! This was a small, quaint hotel, but the greeting we received and welcome in the morning, to best wishes as we left made the stay so enjoyable.

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location at a reasonable price, comfortable well appointed rooms for a short stay. Even though breakfast is billed as being served 7-9am, the early bird gets the muffins, then it’s gone! That known, I would definitely book there, if ever passing through there again!

No frills hotel/motel but very well located and friendly service. The owner has made smart choices in updating this hotel. Elevated furnishings, clean and safe. This hotel also offers free breakfast and a hot springs/hot tub area but I did not partake. They are located on the riverwalk and have a lovely covered sitting area near the park/pond. I walked into town and it was an easy and cute stroll to all the restaurants, etc in town.

Very comfortable and the location is great! You are on the river and the river trail, away from the crowds. But very close to everything you want to do. The staff are friendly and have great recommendations.

Quite a last minute find on our trip through Southern Colorado. Check in was a breeze with the staff answering all of our questions. Reminds me of a nice family run hotel with many more amenities than I expected. Obviously has been renovated recently with vinyl flooring, good WiFi, a small fridge and coffee machine with real cups! The property is located on a beautiful river walk ( hotel is appropriately named) We walked to a local brewery for good meal and great local beer. Will definitely stay there again on our travels.

We had a nice stay at RiverWalk Inn. The location was convenient as there were restaurants & stores within walking distance. The staff were pleasant & responsive. The breakfast was pretty good, especially since they had a waffle maker. It was nice to be able to sign up for your own private family time in the hot tub/spa & sauna. The shower water pressure wasn’t that great but I was able to adjust the pressure on the shower head & get my hair washed. The water was nice & hot! The beds were pretty comfortable. There was no gun safe in the room, for those of you this matters to. The coffee pot in the room was not very clean therefore I did not use it. I just drank the coffee in the lobby, provided with breakfast. I left a note in the coffee pot letting them know that the coffee pot needed cleaning & based on the cleanliness of the room & the hotel as a whole, I’m confident that coffee pot was taken care of. Lastly, when all the doors are locked to the hotel (front & back), your hotel key does not get you back in. Thankfully, the morning we were leaving, my husband was packing up the truck and locked himself out. Of course, I was able to let him back in but I think this might be helpful for solo travelers to know. We would definitely stay at RiverWalk Inn again!

As others have said, immaculate well-cared for property in walking distance to downtown attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cons: cold-food only breakfast (except for waffles), that was the same every day. Seating was very tight at times during breakfast. Small in-room refrigerator did not have freezer section. TV was streaming only, and was connected via Wifi, causing it to studder often during programming.

It is an old property, but it was clean, and staff was friendly. The breakfast needed some help. They had run out of waffle mix, I was told, and that is about the only thing my sons eat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and we would go back.

The location was convenient as it was right in town but also easier to get to and from the ski resort. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast area was tiny, so we ate in our rooms often, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work very well. Also, the hot tub was super foamy and the water wasn’t very clean. However, the staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The bed was comfy. The bedroom area was spacious. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was small. The counter space around the sink was way too small, but the cupboard space below it was nice. No desk or table to sit at for makeup. Breakfast sparse. No meats. Only eggs were boiled. No yogurt.

This is a clean, family friendly inn. There is a microwave in the main hallway downstairs and a small refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, bananas, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. Samsung tvs allowed us to log into our streaming services. Much appreciated. Water pressure was good. Traffic in the hallways is a little noisy in the rooms. Our mattress was very firm. That works great for me, but maybe not for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. The location on the river and walking distance to downtown is fantastic. It is also very close to the weekly Thursday night rodeo.

A one night stay! Clean room and nice staff. Breakfast could have had a few more offerings, but the staff was there to refill quickly. We didn’t use the hot tub or see it. With no through ventilation in the rooms, we used the air conditioner to cool down the room but it was so noisy we couldn’t use it through the night. Pricey, but so is everything else in town.
