El elevador se daña y se tardan en reparalo, cuando pides habitaciones de impedidos no las otorgan. No hay prioridad para incapacitados. Perdimos 2 dias sin salir porque mi madre tuvo que subir las escaleras y ella es incapacitada.

Stayed for 8 days. Not one time did housekeeping clean my room although I asked specifically beginning my 3rd day. Roaches were in room (not infested but one is bad IMO) I stayed on 2nd floor and the people above me (for the length of my stay) consistently and almost non stop sounded like it was very large animals and or people (I’m pretty sure it was the someone acting out the dancing hippos from Fantasia at all hours and times). I can understand some noise and bangs. But I have videos of my WALLS AND TV Shaking at 3 am. Reported this 5 times to office and asked them to handle it. Or switch someone rooms. Never had it resolved. Would have left far sooner but money was tight. Also, while the rooms have kitchens (well ability to cook and full size fridge) make sure to bring your own pots, pans, cutlery, and EVERYTHING POSSIBLY needed as they do not come with anything and upon the realization of this they conveniently have “packages” downstairs for purchase @ 30-45 dollars. WiFi is also just blah and laggy even if you “upgrade”. Best part of this hotel was location. And the laundry room. Other than that. Please avoid. For context. I travel extensively and this is the first time in 8 years and 45 states I’ve felt I should leave a review. 0 stars. Uninstall

Horrible experience. Was denied check-in because I complained about a misleading fee on their website. After paying the fee, I was told that I was not welcome to stay there. Was told I was going to be escorted away by police. Was a difficult process to get a refund from Hotels.com, even though it was not my fault that I was denied the accommodation. By far the worst experience I have ever had in the hospitality industry.

Nothing on the property have to go to rt 191 for shopping and food

There were broken dresser drawers, only two bath towels and no daily room cleaning service. I was told by staff to personally deliver my dirty linen down to the lobby.
