The rooms were clean, but there were some significant drawbacks. Firstly, despite the website advertising king-sized beds, the rooms only featured four double beds, which the staff confirmed. This was misleading information that influenced my decision to stay there. Additionally, guests are required to take out their own trash and pay a deposit, which is refunded only after a staff inspection of the room to check for damages. I documented the room's condition with before-and-after photos. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. One staff member stood out for his kindness; unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. However, another staff member’s approach was less than pleasant. She knocked loudly on my door as if to break it down, only to greet me with a “Good morning” despite it being evening. When I mentioned the time, she replied brusquely about not wanting to demonstrate how to operate the TV. I expressed my frustration at her lower tone, explaining it was my first time there. After showing me how to use the TV, the helpful young man assisted and earned a five-star rating for his outstanding customer service. He shared that he had faced harsh treatment from other guests, a sentiment I understood given my own frustrations, but I knew it wasn’t his fault. The kitchen was clean and appealing, although I did not see any cleaning staff during my stay.

bed was very hard. Elevator was out of order. Staff had very little knowledge of customer service. had the room booked for 3 nights and they tried to tell me it was for night. tried to charge me a cleaning fee because they claimed i left trash outside my door(rooms on the 3rd floor remind you.)but that was false. manger stated that was my first warning, as if i was a toddler being corrected. wifi didnt work so had to use my mobile hotspot just to watch tv. which was horrible to say. No channels. i wish i could have spent money somewhere else. please check this place before you book, the pictures are not what they look like. one of the worst places.

Booked a double but was only able to get a single. Besides that the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was still pleasant. I’ve stayed here before and the staff at this location made me feel so welcome that I decided to come back, and will most likely be back in the future.

The new management team is doing a great job. A lot of people leave trash outside. It’s a shame. I don’t think anybody’s picking it up anymore. That’s the only problem I see
