I came into San Antonio for my grand-daughter’s Air Force graduation. When arrived to room it was definitely not what the pictures looked like. Refrigerator was rusty on outside, small kitchenette however no utensils, no pots or pans. The bed was a platt form bed that was very uncomfortable, not to mention the door did not shut unless you pulled up on it. Was able to get another room upstairs that was not much better, 3rd floor, elevator was broken the front desk lady that changed the room was helpful at the moment as she is taking us to two different floors to look at rooms explained the elevator had to be hit or pushed on to make it work. The second day there when we got back from base the elevator had a sign stating did not work. Ask front desk for more towels my husband was told after walking down 3 flights of stairs that he had to bring the other towels down first. All that was said to us was they were under new management and the place was going under construction I laughed. Nice way to cover things never saw one repair taking place. This was definitely not the experience far as a hotel I wanted to experience while here in San Antonio for such a great event.

Staff was very friendly! It appears they are working very hard for guests to have a good stay. It was mostly clean, but there are a very stains that should be addressed. Also, most things are in working order, but the walking gate from outside the fence to the front door was not working.

Hotel felt more like an apartment complex rather than a hotel, front desk reception was super friendly. Rooms were clean. Would recommend if you’re seeking an extended stay. As they do provide stove, refrigerator, etc.

If you arrive after hours, they do not Mann the lobby desk overnight. Secondly if you leave your room key in the room when you’re checking out, you can’t get out of the gate and have to have the lobby. Let you into the gated fence. I understand the safety concerns, but we might need to think through better ways to do that because how am I supposed to use my key to get into after I’ve already checked out unless I’m keeping the key and I don’t wanna do that. It’s just weird

Easy to book on Expedia, secure. The conditions of the hotel were good, clean and also equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, there were glasses but t is necessary to place a water bottle or water dispenser since we were in summer and the temperature was 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Room floor was dirty with old hair ties, hair and dirt in bath tub, bathroom vent full of dust. Toilet was clogged when got in room good thing we only needed the room a few hours to sleep for the night and my little is still in diapers. Fence Gate to get into parking lot not working so had to use drive thru gate to walk to gated parking lot.

The room was not necessarily dirty but it just was not up to part. The refrigerator was very old and had rust all over the front, from top to bottom. The microwave was very old. The tub in the bathroom had a piece missing from it, which also had that old rust on it. Sink in bathroom was some what coming apart. Defiantly wasn’t comfortable bathing. The smoke alarm also went off early the next morning. I would return. The hotel defiantly needs to be updated. In there were barely any channels to watch on tv.

The only positive thing was check in. The guy up front was fast. There were too many negatives to take pictures of. The shower hand held had nowhere to go, just was on the floor; it fell on my foot while I was showering. Moldy shower all around base. The sheets smelled. I cannot recommend this hotel.

For the price I was expecting less but I was very surprised and very pleased with this hotel. Aside from being able to hear the traffic off the highway our room was clean. It had a little bit of an odd smell but other than that room was very clean so was the restroom. No eeks or surprises. Bed was clean and free of any spots. I’d stay here again

This hotel is disgusting! It was dirty there were roaches everywhere and it smelled horrible. I opened the refrigerator and there were roaches inside and a crushed Roach in the door, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I wish I could get my money back.

after staying 7 nights still NO ACCESS CODES for WIFI, towels not exchanged, bed linens not exchanged, small gate does not open with card, I called 36 hours ahead to cancel the last night and was told I would not get refund. I found several roaches after day 5 in the room.

It was fine, but the toilet didn’t flush and there was a roach on the sink as soon as we walked in. The people in the room above us were stomping around for an hour at 2am, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, it could’ve been worse. I’d stay somewhere else if I had to stay for more than one night.

Stayed here 4 nights and they were not good. The hallways stank, the beds were uncomfortable and made alot of noise when moving, the people on the room on top of us made so much noise running around that we had a hard time sleeping, the floor in our room was sticky, the water at the shower kept switching between hot/cold every couple of seconds, our room was right next to the expressway and we heard traffic all night,Overall the stay was not good.

No maid service No maintenance Had a slow flushing toilet when we arrived We were told to come down and get a plunger to repair ourselves!! My wife and I stayed and were given one face towel and one bath towel to share!!!! When we went to front desk to ask for additional towels the dark skin woman replied with major attitude saying we had to turn in used towel to trade for a fresh one

Rented a room for a 21 and older event. Took a Lyft all the way downtown just to notice that I did not have my ID. Had to go all the way back and was stopped by Destiny on the way in. She stated “I think I kept your ID, I have a bad habit of doing that.” I was in my room for at least an hour before I left. She did not call my room or bring it up to me. Tried to talk to the manager Jose the next day and inform him that his employee was incompetent but he was apparently too busy to talk to me. Made his other employee tell me that it was just a mistake on Destiny’s end. Do not stay here ever. They do not care about their guests.

Called before we left our house to make sure our reservation would still be good seeing as we wouldn’t make it to San Antonio til 1am. The guy who answered said we would be good. Made the drive, got there, and they gave our room away so we had no where to stay in the middle of the night! Completely unacceptable. My parents got there earlier in the evening and also confirmed we’d be okay to come in so late and he was also told we’d be ok. Apparently it’s “first come, first serve” even for already reserved rooms! The next morning, my dad wanted to speak to a manager and there wasn’t one on duty so he was asked to wait for one to arrive.

The second room had legit bed bugs crawling in the floors when we turned the lights on. Very uncomfortable stay. Would not stay and woodsuites again. The halls smelt like dogs and cigs. The hotel is very run down. But John was amazing and helped us through it all. Very good employee but just a horrible building.

Unfortunately found few bugs in the room I stayed in. Tv wasn’t working which I call reception and they said they would take a few mins to assist us. An hour went by ..called again and apologized they forgot but would be there in a min. Never came.

Check in was a bit long but I’ve been double charged before and I was about to again. Not necessarily the gentleman fault, manager eventually came to help him and train him.

If you arrive after hours, they do not Mann the lobby desk overnight. Secondly if you leave your room key in the room when you’re checking out, you can’t get out of the gate and have to have the lobby. Let you into the gated fence. I understand the safety concerns, but we might need to think through better ways to do that because how am I supposed to use my key to get into after I’ve already checked out unless I’m keeping the key and I don’t wanna do that. It’s just weird

the man at the front desk was rude and not friendly. the hotel is very dirty. in my room the sheets are terrible and there were many cockroaches. I couldn't make the claim because when I left the hotel, the curtain was closed, although you could see that there were people on the other side, I knocked on the window several times but no one opened it. In short, lousy service.

Very limited service. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Shower had a running leak. Hotel has clean but poorly maintained. Desk personnel are friendly but hours are limited. Once you check in there are no refunds. There is a lot of noise from the road and the other guests. It was clean and I felt safe.

Stayed here 4 nights and they were not good. The hallways stank, the beds were uncomfortable and made alot of noise when moving, the people on the room on top of us made so much noise running around that we had a hard time sleeping, the floor in our room was sticky, the water at the shower kept switching between hot/cold every couple of seconds, our room was right next to the expressway and we heard traffic all night,Overall the stay was not good.

For the price I was expecting less but I was very surprised and very pleased with this hotel. Aside from being able to hear the traffic off the highway our room was clean. It had a little bit of an odd smell but other than that room was very clean so was the restroom. No eeks or surprises. Bed was clean and free of any spots. I’d stay here again

Room floor was dirty with old hair ties, hair and dirt in bath tub, bathroom vent full of dust. Toilet was clogged when got in room good thing we only needed the room a few hours to sleep for the night and my little is still in diapers. Fence Gate to get into parking lot not working so had to use drive thru gate to walk to gated parking lot.

I came into San Antonio for my grand-daughter’s Air Force graduation. When arrived to room it was definitely not what the pictures looked like. Refrigerator was rusty on outside, small kitchenette however no utensils, no pots or pans. The bed was a platt form bed that was very uncomfortable, not to mention the door did not shut unless you pulled up on it. Was able to get another room upstairs that was not much better, 3rd floor, elevator was broken the front desk lady that changed the room was helpful at the moment as she is taking us to two different floors to look at rooms explained the elevator had to be hit or pushed on to make it work. The second day there when we got back from base the elevator had a sign stating did not work. Ask front desk for more towels my husband was told after walking down 3 flights of stairs that he had to bring the other towels down first. All that was said to us was they were under new management and the place was going under construction I laughed. Nice way to cover things never saw one repair taking place. This was definitely not the experience far as a hotel I wanted to experience while here in San Antonio for such a great event.

The property was managed well, and the check-in girl was friendly. But it had terrible office hours and the room we stayed in had a drip in the bathtub. That drip sound even after closing the door to the bathroom was annoying. I could hear it and it kept me up most of the night so my sleep was not restful. Which I did report to the front desk worker. So I can't be sure if that had never been reported before, but I know that had to be there for some time because of the amount of water coming out of it. So had it been reported, it had not been fixed. Hopefully if it had not been reported before I did, that it will be fixed. Also, I checked in 4 persons and there were only towels for 2 so I had to request more towels which was a bit annoying. And the other bad thing is that there is no breakfast served in this place. Other than that, the place was clean. I probably would stay here again.

The room was not necessarily dirty but it just was not up to part. The refrigerator was very old and had rust all over the front, from top to bottom. The microwave was very old. The tub in the bathroom had a piece missing from it, which also had that old rust on it. Sink in bathroom was some what coming apart. Defiantly wasn’t comfortable bathing. The smoke alarm also went off early the next morning. I would return. The hotel defiantly needs to be updated. In there were barely any channels to watch on tv.

Hotel felt more like an apartment complex rather than a hotel, front desk reception was super friendly. Rooms were clean. Would recommend if you’re seeking an extended stay. As they do provide stove, refrigerator, etc.

We stayed in 320 and there was black mold in the restroom above the shower. The towels were dirty. The kitchen cabinets has german roaches. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows had no cushion. However, the lady that greeted me was amazing.

Easy to book on Expedia, secure. The conditions of the hotel were good, clean and also equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, there were glasses but t is necessary to place a water bottle or water dispenser since we were in summer and the temperature was 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

The rooms are infested with roaches. The only thing they offered was to end my stay early and gave me bug spray. I also had to call the cops because I had a random man banging on my door at 3am, the staff didn’t care and just said oh well basically. The sheets on my bed were dirty when I got there. I was there for a month and the wifi didn’t work the whole time. The gate to get into the parking lot was also broken almost my whole stay and if they didn’t have the gate left open we had to park in the tiny visitor parking lot and hope there was space and hope you don’t get towed since they say if guests park in the visitor parking lot they will be towed.
