Not ideal for us, however it was my fault for booking such a facility. It was a hostel so the amenities were geared to hikers, etc. and not so good for older folks. For example, there was no elevator, rooms and bathing facilities were very small. Comfortable bed.

The staff are friendly and helpful with clean rooms. The hostel is next to the ski area, and not too far from Jackson and Grand Teton. One thing to note is the parking spaces are limited and shared between different hotels, so need to be patient to wait for parking spaces.

The Hostel is a lot like a, well Hostel, but with small private bedrooms and baths. Great vibe with staff and other guests. Lots of open areas to hang out and play games. Most of what you need to make a great ski trip the most important of which is easy walking to the Mangy Moose, Gondola, and Tram. We were there 4 nights and never got in or car. Only improvement would be to start the coffee service earlier. 7:30 is an hour after I wake up and I need my coffee!

The property has recently been renovated and is very clean. Parking is free in the summer. The common area in the basement is a lot of fun. My family enjoyed the pool table and I enjoyed the free coffee!

Most affordable to stay, free coffee and very close to everything. Room was cozy, no tv but that was fine. No elevator and we were on the 4th floor but it was ok

We stayed here two nights while visiting the Tetons. The room meets your basic requirements. The outside area is nice, there are benches/table outside each door. The main area has a pool table, shuffle board, and ping pong table that my teenage boys enjoyed. They spent most evenings playing. Tea and coffee throughout the day. The only negative was when getting up early to head out…..the main area was locked, so we were unable to get coffee or ice. The lobby area does not open until 7:30. I did not realized this until check in. The walls are thin, but there was a box fan and I had a sound machine that drowned out the noise. The area around it is nice with shopping, food, and a nice green area to walk around in.

It was decent enough, but for Nothing more then beds, a shower, and coffee the morning staff could be a little more friendly and the bedding is literally tattered.

It is great and clean sheets. One possibility is to replace the floor carpet which is quite dusty and damp. Stayed there for 2 nights.

The hostel was exactly what we needed, a simple place to stage our Teton Crest backpacking trip, and then to come back to and clean up afterwards before our flight's home. Very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Could not ask for more.

Vibes are excellent. WiFi in our room was outstanding. Front desk humans were friendly and helpful. Community rooms were convenient and cozy. They lent us a kettle. Lionel is a sleepy eepy boy. 5 stars.

Very nice place for the price, considering location. Staff was great, walking distance to trams and food. Bed was clean and comfy. Shower/bathroom small but good enough. AC not functioning at the moment but it was currently under an upgrade.

Over all it was okay, but you could hear everything from the other rooms. The people overhead sounded like they were dropping bags or jumping all night. If there was a phone I would have called management but no phone or TV!!

Very noisy. Thin walls, people above were continually walking around all night which made it hard to sleep. Outside kids were running up and down the steps and you can hear everything! I would pay the extra for a good night's sleep somewhere else. If you book, make sure you get a third-floor room on a corner-good luck!

We chose this hotel because we were on a road trip to get to Yellowstone. The air conditioning is not working and it has a rather sarcastic sign on it that it is unnecessary to place. It is excessively expensive, for a vacation... we only paid it for being close to Yellowstone. All the staff were quite friendly, except for the young woman who assisted us at the front desk, who was very rude and unfriendly when we asked questions.

Don’t change a thing! Been going here since 1998 and love it each time. I come here for the outdoors not to sit in an overpriced hotel. They have the best coffee in the lobby, great helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will continue to come here for as long as I make my annual trip to the Jackson Hole area.

This is a Very cool, clean, comfortable place with a rustic vibe, built in 1967, imagine all the travelers that stayed here! The Hostel is an interesting and welcoming place, great Teton Village location & pet friendly. We look forward to our next stay!

Great location 20 min from Jackson and 15 min to Jenny Lake Entrance to Teton. Room is small and dark qith no TV, but wifi was good. Free parking in the summer. Fridge downstairs for food storage. A good home base for Teton adventures!

At first we thought not having a tv in our room was a bad thing; but I took my 13 yo down to the family area and we played chess, pool, some board games and poker with some other guests. It was a blast! For the money, you can’t ask for a nicer spot, the views are amazing! Tons of shops and food nearby too!

super helpful staff, excellent price for the room size and location. just bear in mind that travelling to grand teton from teton village will still have you driving through jackson, so it's about a 40 minute trip to get to the national park. teton village is small and peaceful and have busses to jackson, but we went during the off season so most shops were closed

super helpful staff, excellent price for the room size and location. just bear in mind that travelling to grand teton from teton village will still have you driving through jackson, so it's about a 40 minute trip to get to the national park. teton village is small and peaceful and have busses to jackson, but we went during the off season so most shops were closed

We had a very good stay. Arrived a bit late, and did not find a place to eat in the evening or in the morning (breakfast opened only at 10). Arranged a parking spot for us (need explanation were it is allowed to park), close to the premises. Our room was on the second floor - a bit tight climbing with a large suitcase. The room is also a bit small, but was suitable for us regarding price and distance from grand teton park - our plans for the next day. The surrounding was nice. The closest grocery store at the fuel station was very expensive - better to be prepared.

We stayed here two nights while visiting the Tetons. The room meets your basic requirements. The outside area is nice, there are benches/table outside each door. The main area has a pool table, shuffle board, and ping pong table that my teenage boys enjoyed. They spent most evenings playing. Tea and coffee throughout the day. The only negative was when getting up early to head out…..the main area was locked, so we were unable to get coffee or ice. The lobby area does not open until 7:30. I did not realized this until check in. The walls are thin, but there was a box fan and I had a sound machine that drowned out the noise. The area around it is nice with shopping, food, and a nice green area to walk around in.

This was the least expensive option for us to travel to the Jackson/Grand Teton area in the month of September. The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, as with other reviews, the walls are super thin, and you hear everything, even when wearing earplugs.

We have been used to rooms that have their own refrigerator and microwave, but I knew that going in. It is after all a hostel. They have accommodations for the lack of in room frig and microwave that are very helpful. It seems to be a cozy and friendly place.

Basic needs were met. TV in each room would be a great benefit but it met our need to sleep somewhere. Nothing fancy. Parking lot was shared by other businesses and was very full and hard to find a spot.
