This was our first stay at the Sea Rose Suites, but we will stay there in the future. The staff (front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, etc) we’re all pleasant and helpful. The hotel suite was exactly what we needed. A comfortable king-sized bed, fully supplied kitchenette and an open floor plan that gave us room to move around and not feel confined. Everything was clean. The room a/c’s were easy to adjust to our needs. The outdoor pool area was very nice. Plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and patio tables with straight back chairs (which I prefer). There is also a smaller indoor pool with a spa, but the weather was beautiful our entire stay. So, we didn’t use the indoor pool. All-in-all four days of comfort in a great location.

The location was perfect for walking to the shopping/restaurant area. The rental was very close to the entry to Marginal Way that leads to Perkin’s Cove (entire walk was approximately 1 mile). We ate THE BEST Lobster Roll at Footbridge Lobster while at Perkin’s Cove. We walked the sidewalks (residential mostly) back to room and it was a very pleasant walk and only about 1/2 mile. Weather was perfect when we were there (60’s-70’s). We were also close enough to walk to the huge Ogunquit beach and boardwalk area too! The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and helpful if we ever had questions. Keep in mind that there are no elevators to rooms and you will be required to carry luggage up a couple flight of stairs. We would definitely stay here again!

We chose this accommodation for our first trip as a family with our 7-month old baby. The suite was perfect for our needs: well-equipped kitchen, large room that fit our play pen easily, comfy bed, etc). The indoor pool was very warm and great for rainy days with our little one and the location was amazing considering that it was April and we mostly went for walks in town and on the Marginal Way (rather than spend all day at the beach with a lot of gear). The walls are not the most soundproof so I’d recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper (that said, our baby was fine and so were we!). Above all, the staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful! We are already hoping to return again soon :)

The property is nice landscaping and area are beautiful. We were there for fall and the decorations were great! The building we stayed in was across Shore road from check in and parking. We had to cross the street with all our luggage. Just be aware if you aren’t able to do that. The room itself was dated but clean and nice for the price. The staff were very friendly.

This was our second stay at this location and it was just as perfect as the first time. Love the space for a family of five. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and there are nice outside sitting areas abound. It’s in walking distance to the center of town and to Marginal Way, so great location but quiet so you can relax.

Conveniently walkable to downtown shops/restaurants, Marginal Way, and Perkins Cove. Room are modern, spotless, and beds are firm and comfortable. Front desk staff and housekeeping were extremely helpful and polite. Wonderful stay!

Property is well kept and clean. Check-in was quick and easy. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The bed in our room was comfortable and the room itself was clean and refreshing. We would definitely stay there again.

As always Sea Rose is our favorite stay in Ogunquit. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and the location perfect. Parking lot is safe and the hotel is basically across the street from marginal way. The staff is always friendly.

We have stayed at SeaRise Suites a few times previously and have always related it highly. Spacious and clean, well-equipped units at a reasonable price. And at a great location on Shore Road. This time, however, we have to rate it as just average solely because of the particular unit we were given. It was a handicapped accessible suite which had a bathroom which was located between the bedroom and the kitchen/sitting room. The setup was very unusual and inconvenient as the bathroom had entry doors from both of the adjoining rooms. To get to the bedroom from the kitchen and vice versa one had to pass through the bathroom. Privacy was obviously also an issue due to the two entrance setup. The blame is not on the establishment but rather on hotels.com for not communicating the type of suite we were actually reserving. Our advice is if a handicap accessible unit is not necessary then bypass hotels.com when making the reservation. Contact Sea Rose Suites directly and request a non-handicap accessible suite. The rate will be the same and you will be assured of a unit that has a more convenient layout.

Location is noce , walking distance from the main area and beach. The hotel is clean, parking is convenient but I have to admit would need a bit of an upgrade. We had a two bedroom room with an upstairs living area. The condition of the furniture is a bit dated and not super comfortable. We stayed one night even though I reserved for two. The front desk refused to entertain refunding the extra night which is by their policy but still, I always find it weird business to charge for a service not used especially not in high season . Reason was that they had no guarantee they would rent this room for the 2nd night. They would not have rented it if I didn't book it either. I wouldnt stay there for an extended period of time but for a one night thing it is fine. The mattresses are old springs so not the greatest confort night. But overall ok and we'll maintained

Wonderful townhome style accommodation. You do have to deal with stairs but they tell you about it when you reserve. Lots of space and within walking distance of nearly everything in town.

Lack of seating and comfortable chairs in living room (needs a chair to go with sofa) and outside (aluminum chairs desperately need a cushion (people use towels and pillows to overcome). Air conditioners are loud. Tv's are very small. Staff was terrific. An actual stove/oven would be nice. Great location for beach, restaurants, Marginal Way, and shops.

To start, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Five stars in that department. The room was very plain and a disappointment. This place is billed as an all suites hotel and officially the room qualified as a suite but barely. The purpose of booking a suite, from my perspective, is to have a space to hang out and watch movies. The couch was uncomfortable and set kitty corner to the very, very small TV. I think we are talking 14 inch TV here. The living room space was absolutely not a space where someone would be able to relax and watch movies. The bed and pillows were OK, not super comfortable but not horrible. The room really had no character, very plain and institutional. No pictures on the walls, really no decoration or any attempt at adding color or character to the space. The indoor pool was not inviting at all, dark and dreary. The coffee was weak and bitter. The exterior of the property was clean , well landscaped and well cared for.

Very convenient location to walk the cliffs and go to the harbor. Checkin was fine, not overly friendly but that’s okay. Our room was okay as well. Location of full bath seems weird off of the kitchen and neither bedroom had a shower. It offers a kitchen which we didn’t realize meant no stove, so we had to cook on a hot plate. 😂 Overall a pleasant stay though.

Love have 2 room suite especially since my husband raises earlier in morning. Kitchenette came in handy for snacking. Everything in cabinets you need plates , glasses and silverware!! Very clean and comfortable.

Quaint resort with three buildings. We were in King bedroom ground floor suite in Cliff House which was perfect for my husband and me. It had separate bedroom with its own TV and living area with couch and dining table, microwave, full size refrigerator and coffee maker. If we return to Ogunquit, we wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Most staff were helpful except for one in the evenings who gave us some trouble about parking an additional car. We had gotten the okay from another staff and manager. Regardless, we already plan to come back and stay again. We are two couples and one of us is expecting. Plenty of room to add a baby and pack and play! Beds we’re comfortable, two bathrooms are always a plus. Temperature was easy to adjust. We like walking and felt it’s a perfect location in between Perkins cove and downtown Ogunquit

Very nicely laid out room that was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff (Kimeisha and Lillie, expecially) were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful. They are excellent ambassadors for your property. I will definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.
Very nicely laid out room that was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff (Kimeisha and Lillie, expecially) were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful. They are excellent ambassadors for your property. I will definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

The staff is fantastic. We had a little issue with the first room that we had and requested to move to a different unit. Not only did they accommodate us, but they also offered to help carry our bags to the new unit. We will definitely be back.

The young man that checked us in could not have been more courteous and knowledgeable about the area. The unit was very clean and very spacious-we loved it. Ogunquit is beautiful-will definitely recommend the Sea Rose Suites.

The Sea Rose Suites is a wonderful hotel to stay. It’s convenient and close to Perkins Cove, the Ogunquit center and many shops and restaurants. We come to Ogunquit/Wells 2-3 times each year and have always stayed at a different property each time. The Sea Rose is now our go-to choice to stay. We checked in and were met by Lily, who made our check-in and stay a joy. She is a treasure and the family has made an excellent choice in having her there.

A wonderful but unconventional property. Being unstaffed at nights was disconcerting. A phone number was left in the event of an emergency. We cannot wait to return again, and we very strongly urge you to give this property a shot. A real gem in an ocean of dives.

We stayed at Sea Rose Suites while in town for a half marathon my wife and I were running and it turned out to be the perfect choice for our family of five. We needed more space than a standard hotel or motel could offer and Sea Rose delivered. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Lilly who made check-in quick and easy. She was absolutely lovely and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our townhouse. The kids had their own room downstairs giving us some peace and privacy while we enjoyed the comfort of a lofty, open-air king-sized bed upstairs. The unit had everything we needed and more. Overall, it was a great stay and we’ll definitely consider Sea Rose Suites again on our next trip to Ogunquit

This was my third time to Ogunquit, and this is my new favorite place to stay! (Our room was in Harbour House.) The suite was clean, comfy, quiet, and spacious with a cute, little balcony. The front desk gal had a great energy, was accommodating, and was happy to suggest restaurants, etc. On-site parking was convenient and safe. (Pretty sure the whole town is safe.) It's a short walk to the Marginal Way (which is important to me) and to downtown. Downtown parking can be scarce, so walkable matters!

As always Sea Rose is our favorite stay in Ogunquit. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and the location perfect. Parking lot is safe and the hotel is basically across the street from marginal way. The staff is always friendly.

Kitchen set up was fine. I was disappointed, however, to find that there was no coffee packet to put in the coffee maker. We were only staying one night. So, in order to make some coffee the next morning, I had to go out to the grocery store to buy some. It was very inconvenient.

We all enjoyed the hot cocoa and tea spread in the lobby, and the split level is perfect when traveling with kids. So nice to have a common space to hang out once they are in bed. Also the room stays nice and dark when the sun rises. Great location. Ample parking. Nice and clean and inviting after a long day of traveling.

This place is billed as an all suites hotel and officially the room qualified as a suite but barely. The purpose of booking a suite, from my perspective, is to have a space to hang out and watch movies. The couch was uncomfortable and set kitty corner to the very, very small TV. I think we are talking 14 inch TV here. The living room space was absolutely not a space where someone would be able to relax and watch movies. The bed and pillows were OK, not super comfortable but not horrible. The room really had no character, very plain and institutional. No pictures on the walls, really no decoration or any attempt at adding color or character to the space. The indoor pool was not inviting at all, dark and dreary. The coffee was weak and bitter. The exterior of the property was clean , well landscaped and well cared for.

I always stay at Sea Rose Suites. I like this the suite style. I also appreciate that it’s halfway between Perkins Cove and town, and we can walk everywhere. I love the coffee in the morning in the lobby and the hot side in the afternoon. I did ask for late check out by only an hour and was surprised that my request was turned down. (I realize the (new) person at the front desk was probably just doing what they were supposed to do.)

Very nice place that had plenty of space that it felt like an apartment. We were in walking distance to the marginal way, Perkins cove and downtown so we didn’t have to find parking which is always crazy in Ogunquit. The hot apple cider each night was a bonus!

We have been staying In Ogunquit/Perkins Cove for over 20 years as we were married in the area. The Sea Rose has earned our highest rating of all the other resorts/locations we have stayed at. The rooms were very clean and well equipped! The outdoor pool was very relaxing and well kept. The location was perfect to access the Marginal Way as well as restaurants and other attractions. The staff at Sea Rose Suites were all exceptional but I need to single out Lilly at the reception desk! Lilly was extremely welcoming and helpful while always having a big smile and welcoming presence! She truly made our 7 day stay a phenomenal experience! We will be booking a return visit next summer for sure!

The room was spacious and clean especially for a reasonable price. Was stocked with most everything you need and nice as a family to have full fridge and kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. The pool was clean and we had a day of not so great weather so the indoor pool was a nice option. Will be back.

Great location in between Perkins cove and downtown Ogunquit. Room could use some updating but we still felt comfortable for our 5 day stay. The staff is great. Shower is small but that would be the only complaint. We have stayed here multiple times, variety of options from a house, townhouses or just a room which we like the flexibility of when booking.
