The Grand Hotel exceeded my expectations. Indoor pool, covered parking and large room with a small fridge, sink and microwave. Located a short walk from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Restaurants are nearby. We'll return.

This was the perfect place for us to stay, walking distance to restaurants, Perkins cove, the Marginal Way, cute shops. Central to other places we wanted to visit. It has a large hot tub and nice little pool area, a great common room and shelves of games and puzzles. Our room was a suite with two rooms which was great on nights he wanted to watch football or I wanted to stay up and read. The living room had a huge couch, table and two chairs, a microwave little fridge and toaster with mugs and wine glasses and silverware. So convenient! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Best, if you don’t already know - Oqunquit really does it up for Halloween through all of October - one of our fav things to take pictures of the decorations- and the hotel had some of the best with the ice scream stand! My grandson so enjoyed those pics! Well done Grande Hotel!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem! The suite was incredibly spacious for the price—much less expensive than other options nearby. It included a separate bedroom and a comfortable living area with a couch, table, and TV. The kitchenette was a great bonus, with a larger refrigerator, microwave, sink, and even real plates and utensils. The bathroom had plenty of counter space, and there were two dressers plus a closet for storage, which made it easy to settle in. Everything was spotless and felt cozy and well cared for. The bedroom even had a balcony with chairs and a sliding glass door—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location couldn’t be better: just a short and easy walk (.4 miles) to Ogunquit town center, .4 miles to the Marginal Way entrance, and about .7 miles to Perkins Cove. Honestly, the reviews don’t do this place justice. It’s a fantastic value, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Property was dated and floors very creeky upstairs. Lots of noise in hallway and entry. Our suite was unfortunately located next to the main access closet and was extra traffic. Not the best spot for a suite.

We enjoyed the quiet location which we could easily walk to Perkins Cove or to downtown. The room was large size and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was provided in the room and in the hotel foyer. I do wish they would have offered water.

Old construction. We where on the first floor. Could hear every little noise from floor crackin at 1 AM to running water through plumbing. Otherwise all was very good.

Really loved the location, a moments walk away from Marginal Way and a brief stroll into the town centre. Fast check in / check out, and very very comfortable beds!! Enjoyed having the extra room in the living room to keep all of our luggage. The toaster and microwave was a nice bonus too. Room was spotlessly clean, it wasn’t the most modern decor but that wasn’t a problem as you could tell the hotel is extremely well looked after.

The service is not what it used to be. I was disappointed we were given an adapted room. Nobody told us we would get that. We had no counter and a too high toilet in the bathroom. When I asked if we could have another room, they said there was none avalaible when clearly there were vacant rooms (the hotel was « vacancy » during all our stay. Also, I had to go to the reception to get some tissue and shampoo. When we asked for a later checkout, it was no as well. Lastly there is no more breakfast now. But the rates are the same or higher. There is no more pandemic… Again very disappointed because I have been a regular customer for years. And I have always remained friendly with the staff…

Loved our room and the location of the hotel which offered some pretty unique features such as dimmable lights which i've NEVER seen in ANY hotel. I also loved that the coffee in the lobby was only steps away from our room and it was really good coffee. My only disappointment was upon checking in. The young man at the desk was ill-mannered and indifferent which doesn't set a very good tone!

Our bedroom was very comfortable, light and with a balcony overlooking green scrubs and trees, so very peaceful and pretty. The kitchenette area was small but we made it work for us. Parking was very easy and convenient. We loved the location - right between Perkins Cove and downtown so there was no need to move the car until we left. Very quiet location.

Small, quiet, close to restaurants and the Perkins Cove Pier. Love the covered open porch areas and balconies off the rooms. Great complimentary coffee every day. Onsite parking.

We enjoyed the quiet location which we could easily walk to Perkins Cove or to downtown. The room was large size and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was provided in the room and in the hotel foyer. I do wish they would have offered water.

The hotel and room were lovely. However the advertised daily breakfast did not occur, only coffee and tea. We chose this hotel in part as it had breakfast.

Just okay. A bit of a walk to main part of town. Room was very dated. Small bathroom. No breakfast in the am. Balcony wall blocks view when sitting. Did not use hot tub or pool but both looked nice.

We come up here to Maine 2 to 3 times a year, and have stand at the Hotel before and always enjoyed our stand. We do miss the Breakfast you use to serve but, you have a lot of wonderful restaurants to choice from.

We found this Hotel to be very comfortable. Room was clean and everything went smooth. There was a leak in the bathroom above the shower from the room above. Bed was a King and very comfortable. Our only complaint was that there was no continental breakfast served. Coffee and hot water for tea was available in the morning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Over all we would give this place a 4 star rating.

The Grand Hotel exceeded my expectations. Indoor pool, covered parking and large room with a small fridge, sink and microwave. Located a short walk from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Restaurants are nearby. We'll return.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. However, I found the setup with the large table in the middle to be a little odd. In my opinion, they should have fruit and muffins in the morning and cookies in the afternoon on the large table/kitchen by the front desk.

This place was a great location!! The staff was nice and the rooms were in good condition. The an only thing they could make this better is having a breakfast option. They do have coffee but it would be nice if they at least had like cereal/muffins/fruit and stuff since eating out in this town is very expensive.

A lovely place to stay when visiting Ogunquit. Park your car at the property and you can easily walk downtown, on the beautiful Marginal Way and to Perkins Cove. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We loved the Grand Hotel! The room (suite) was spacious and comfortable, with a nice covered balcony. The staff, especially front desk, was amazing and went above and beyond in making sure our needs and wants were met! I also loved the location—easily walkable to Perkins Cove and The Marginal Way. This is our new go-to place to stay in Ogunquit!

Always a sure bet fur a stay in Ogunquit! Easy walking to all of the fun places in Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit. Pool, hot tub, morning coffee are great amenities. The rooms are large and comfortable, especially the suites. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely a great value!

The location was perfect and with parking provided (A BIG challenge in Ogunquit) it was easy to walk everywhere. My room was HUGE and very comfortable. Large Living room, bathroom and separate bedroom. I I loved having my own little balcony to have my coffee in the morning. Aiden, at the Front Desk was SO helpful, in every way. I had lost my phone and he made sure I knew when my new one arrived.
