I like the theme & decorations of the hotel there is no vending machine the walk to seven eleven is 10min or the gas station 5min parking is tightmy room was roomy all beds are king & some rms. have jacuzzi i didn't see any breakfast maybe i was late hot water tea check out is 12noon staff was nice

Free parking advertised is limited and there are no alternatives. We ended up getting parked in the lot, blocked by other cars. Ok if you need a night but I would not stay there again If you like gaudy eclectic, it is worth a look, one of the strangest places I have ever stayed

No more than 2 people per room! No visitor allowed. Overnight Front desk person was excellent and so friendly! Only 10 parking spot for a >50 rooms hotel is ridiculous! Furniture is interesting if you like antique furniture and painting. Feel like you stay in a museum. Interesting but room was very small. No hanger. Every room is different!

Arrived at property to check in only to discover that there is no parking available even though free parking was advertised. Pointed out to front desk clerk that I could not check in as I had a 5 year old child in the car and no where to park.Clerk rudely replied that wasn't their problem. I requested a void of my credit card deposit.Clerk tried to mislead me to call Expedia for a refund after running card on her merchant terminal.This caused an argument when I refused to leave without the void receipt.As I did not want my credit card billed after I left. A older man sitting at the counter beside the clerk eventually instructed her to void the transaction and to remove the free parking advert from the Expedia website as they knew that they didn't have enough parking spaces available for all of their guests. This left me and my child stranded in New York at night with no where to stay. I have never in my life experienced such uncaring service from a hotel.

The hotel had only 10 parking spots that were already full. no where to park in downtown Queens NY. Had to cancel the booking with the Hotel. Their hotel description needs to make this clear. Misrepresentation thru omission of very important information. If travelling by car, you have to be able to park.

the most interesting hotel i’ve ever stayed in. it’s like a flea market exploded inside a chinese restaurant (this is a good thing). extremely nice and accommodating staff. they don’t have an ice machine, but they brought a bucket of ice to my room when i asked.

The only good thing about this hotel is that coffee is free all day. The lobby has no place to sit. There is no ice available. I also found a dirty pillow in the drawer with dead bed bugs stains on it

The Paris Suites Hotel was a unique hotel. Very lavishly decorated with an Oriental twist. Some may find this wierd, but I found it reminiscent of the days of the Orient Express motif of the 1940's. Very little parking which could be a problem for some.

This place was the worst place. There were cockroaches in my room, the bedding was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room smelled awful, the decor and furniture were hideous, the location is very noisy, I’ll never come back here.

The staff member working the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. However the room was very dirty. Every surface had thick dust, grime or sticky residue on it. The curtains smelled very bad. The WiFi didn't work the vast majority of the time we were there. The mini fridge didn't work- it was barely cool. We heard the electronic chime of the front door entrance go off all day and night very loudly in our room. Some of the toiletries provided were used and half empty, like the lotion and conditioner. We were in an "accessible room" and the toilet did have grab bars, however the shower was a step-in tub without a bench, and only had grab bars far inside of it. None to grab outside of the tub to assist with stepping in. There weren't any bugs which is great, and again the staff were very friendly and helpful, even accommodating early check in and assisting with my bag. But it was very hard to sleep with the door chime, the Internet not working was a major problem when there wasn't cell signal in our room either, and it was just not as functional nor clean as it should have been for the price unfortunately. Very outdated and in need of some TLC.

The room I stayed in was not clean, water dropping by the window. The rom was supplied with one small soap for two person staying for three days. Whilst staying, my room was not cleaned for first two day. After complaining on the second day they cleaned my room. The receptionist at the hotel was pretty rude and not helpful when I made a complain. I would definitely miss this hotel for my next trip to NY and I suggest you do the same.

It’s a very small hotel and when we booked, we did not know visitors are not allowed and only 2 people are allowed to be in the room only. This is a pretty strict policy and the concierge watched us and noted who comes in and out of the hotel every time we enter and exit the hotel (it made a loud ring every time the door opens). The room is very noisy since it’s situated right next to a highway. We constantly hear motorcycles and trucks zooming by. The windows are not that sound proof and they should do a better job on sound proofing since we could not sleep at night at all from the noise.

This is a good place to stay with clean rooms and interesting lobbies. Coffee and tea on the main floor is very convenient. The huge disappointment was not availability of WI-Fi in the room and not even in the lobby on the fourth floor. I had to go down to the lobby on the main floor to do some work on my computer. The light in bathroom is very dim. It was very difficult to see my face good enough for shaving. I would imagine for make up it will be even more difficult. The door glass for shower in the bath didn't prevent water from going out. It ended up making a big paddle on the floor. I cleaned it with one of the towels, but was not impressed. Lastly, hotel does not have late check out. I was firmly asked to leave by 12:30 or pay late check out fee.

Hotel is in a very noisy area. A light bulb was burned out in one of the bedside lamps. We asked for additional bath towels and were told they didn't have any more. Will not stay here again.

The hotel is very good. The only bad thing is the noise from the road. If they changed the windows for a soundproofing system, it would be great. Otherwise, I recommend it.

Very convenient to airport and public transit. Staff at the front desk were always so nice and helpful! Everything is a bit dated yes but the room is clean and comfortable and everything worked. Would stay here again while in queens!

The place was so disorganized when we first got there. I booked our room weeks in advance and it wasn’t ready but the time we got at that place. They charged out $25/hour additional charge to accesses the room early. When we got in the room the bed was broken and the ac unit too. The bedsheets were dirty that we had to go grab some from target to make the bed. Overall wasn’t pleased with our stay.

I had an extremely distressing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were unprofessional, and the room looked nothing like the online photos—there were ceiling issues, taped-up fixtures, and an overall unsafe environment. As soon as I entered the room, I immediately realized it was unacceptable, so within two minutes I went back down with my bags and requested to cancel and refund my booking. Instead of assisting professionally, the manager became aggressive, raised his voice, and even made inappropriate and racist remarks. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I had to contact the police. No refund or resolution was provided. This was one of the most unpleasant and unsafe hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious before booking.

Easy check-in, very conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Parking is lmited but easily manageable. The aesthetic is super interesting, it's called the "Paris Hotel" but it feels like a Asian restaurant going for an Egyptian vibe. It really made the stay fun, next time I am looking to stay in Queens this will definitely be the place. Everything here is great except for the beds - throw some mattress toppers on those beds and it's a 10/10.

Easy check-in, very conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Parking is lmited but easily manageable. The aesthetic is super interesting, it's called the "Paris Hotel" but it feels like a Asian restaurant going for an Egyptian vibe. It really made the stay fun, next time I am looking to stay in Queens this will definitely be the place. Check in required cash only. Forced me to go to an atm machine at 11p at night. Then required an additional $50 for a deposit. Nearest atm had a $200 daily limit. Worst experience ever!

The room was close to a busy road, making it very noisy. When I checked out, the front desk questioned why there were three people in my room, even though the one other person was standing in line behind me, waiting to check out. I explained this to the front desk, but she didn’t believe me and spoke to the person behind me instead. After realizing her mistake, she didn’t even apologize.

This is a modern property that tries to make itself look antiquated on the inside for the "Paris" theme. It's a really unique hotel! I wish the room decor would have been brighter though: the black marble and brown furniture made our room seem like a cave. Overall, everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel asked us not to check since they can only take cash at this time. They were not taking credit cards due to technical issues on there end. They canceled our booking.

the most interesting hotel i’ve ever stayed in. it’s like a flea market exploded inside a chinese restaurant (this is a good thing). extremely nice and accommodating staff. they don’t have an ice machine, but they brought a bucket of ice to my room when i asked.

This hotel was perfect for a visit to the US Open. The walk to the venue is approximately 20 minutes through a nice park filled with families. The hotel room was perfectly clean and comfortable and the furnishings and decorations are fun and unique. The front desk receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Hope to come again next year!

Very convenient to airport and public transit. Staff at the front desk were always so nice and helpful! Everything is a bit dated yes but the room is clean and comfortable and everything worked. Would stay here again while in queens!

Location was convenient to the US Open Tennis event but neighborhood isn’t the greatest. The rooms are small and furniture eclectic is very outdated with stains on furniture. Toilet creaked when sitting on it. Will not be a choice for me again when going to the US open next year.

One of the most unique eclectic hotel I’ve stayed in. It brought me back to my stay at Hotel Esmeralda in Paris.The family run staff are very friendly and attentive.It’s a must see filled with a collection of antiquities and artwork. Granite and marble line the floors and walls and each floor has a beautiful sitting room. It’s a real labor of love! What a gem! Nice neighborhood close to Corona Park and within walking distance of Flushing Meadows for US Open tennis activities. It sits close to a main roadway if you’re noise sensitive.

Loved this place! It's got a fun, funky, kitschy vibe, and was a treat to explore. Delightful decor. The room's amenities were simple, but met my needs for the evening. The bed was extremely comfortable. Having a coffee maker in the room would've been nice, but the breakfast nook/business center was easy enough to access. It's near the highway, so some might be bothered by the sounds and lights from the passing traffic, but the air conditioner helped to dampen the sound.

I like the theme & decorations of the hotel there is no vending machine the walk to seven eleven is 10min or the gas station 5min parking is tightmy room was roomy all beds are king & some rms. have jacuzzi i didn't see any breakfast maybe i was late hot water tea check out is 12noon staff was nice

Great experience from start, parking lot feels small but accommodates more than 10 vehicles. - Easily found a parking spot when we came in. - During check in front desk was super nice and accommodating. - No breakfast but the coffee and hot water station is open 24/7. - Rooms felt dark but that is personal preference and superficial. Overall for a one night stay I’d say it exceeded my expectations. Would highly suggest to check it out, their entry way and halls give is just a vibe. I love all their decors as I love to take pictures. For the price paid, 9/10 and no complaints from me :)

The only good thing about this hotel is that coffee is free all day. The lobby has no place to sit. There is no ice available. I also found a dirty pillow in the drawer with dead bed bugs stains on it

Ok, stayed for convenience and it fitted that requirement. The staff were courteous and helpful; i was a little alarmed that they reset my room key without any check or verification that this was indeed a legitimate request. The room was ok but smelled a little strange. Both a busy highway and local road run right by it so quite noisy

My recommendation: Spend a little more and stay further from the venue as this location isn’t worth how bad of a nights sleep you will get. The Pro’s: +Great location for Forrest Hills Stadium as it is less than 2 mile walk or transport away. +No bed bugs. I checked every night just in case. The Con’s: Where to start (lol). -The decorations are bizarre, It’s like someone used AI to buy things that are “fancy” and failed. It feels like being in Vegas and Flea Market with random “artwork” everywhere. Want a giant fish tank around the check in desk? Sure! Want gaudy statues and artwork over places to relax and sit? Sure! -Gave that family-owned and they don’t want to put any money into it vibe. -Fridge was broken and they didn’t have a replacement. -The noise level is bad as you’re literally next to a highway. Like really bad. -The furniture in the hotel room is gigantic and makes most of the outlets unusable. -The outlets need to be replaced as they are literally falling out of walls. Fire hazard? -The staff doesn’t seem to want to interact with anyone and seem happy behind their giant glass panel preventing easy communication. The bubbling from the giant fish tank makes it impossible to interact. Fun!

Stayed here for a couple of nights as my flight was cancelled. The area is great, as i was a walk away from Citi Field so i checked out a Mets game. Room looked a little old but everything seemed to work fine. The decor is a little outdated as well, but if you don't care about aesthetics, then this is the place for you. No gym but theres a massive park down the street for morning runs. There is a gas station 2 minutes down the street to pick up water and snacks as you won't find this at the hotel.
