Obviously Choice Hotels Mgmt has never been to this place. From the outside looked okay inside was a different story. You walk in and.and 10 different smells hit you. You could hear dogs barking ,yelling . Our room han no towels,toliet paper. The elevator was hung up it,the inspection date was dated July21,2021which is out of compliance with regulations. Later that night when we decidedto get another room the front desk was locked up with a hand written note to call a cell number. Its horrible i dont get it. No attempt to even.spray air freshener, could smell body odors. I demand a full refund i have used suite comfort suites for years aftsr this stay i will just go with some other chain. Totall disgusted

Abundance of weed THC smoking that caused the entire building to reek. The elevator malfunction due to it has been pried open before. Inside room 310, filthy, microwave was not cleaned out, and tons of roaches of all types of colonies that we had to sleep with the lights on. Water damage to ac unit and bathroom sink that smelled like mildew. The blinds and window were filly with water and mildew stains. Large groups of people congregated near the dumpster at all times of the night making the parking lot appear to be unsafe. We checked out the following morning loosing money on the last night we paid for. Horrible experience!

I will never stay at this place again. The pictures online are very misleading. We had roaches in our room, there was mildew/mold on the wall above the AC, it was dirty (especially under the beds and above the kitchen area), the fridge was so loud every time it turned off that we thought someone was coming in the room, starting at about 6am every morning there was banging on the walls or furniture being moved or you could hear people walking down the hall, you could get a second hand contact high in the halls because there was so much weed being smoked in the rooms, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and didn’t drain fast, we had to put a piece of clothing in the part of the blinds that were broken because you could see in our room from the outside, and different minor stuff just needed to be fixed. Also, when you come in the back door, the AC unit above the door drips water on you. They didn’t have a Do Not Disturb sign and the cleaning people came in when we were gone and while we do appreciate giving us new towels and changing out the trash bags, we do not like people coming in our room while we are not there. However, the beds were comfortable and the lady working the front desk in the morning was very nice. You can tell they do clean the toilet and beds, but it was the other things mentioned above that made it nasty, especially the roaches and the mildew/mold.

The room was very clean, staff nice they also let me check in early which was a plus. However I saw so many roaches in my room I moved the bed from the wall to sleep I ending up checking out early because one roach decided to shower with me and that’s was the last straw for me.

Stay away! Stay far away! This place has spent more money on their high end security cameras than they have on any property maintenance or upgrade. The property SMELLS badly like cigarette. The showers look like they’ve never been cleaned. Showers are moldy and furniture is from the 1990s. Terrible property! Expedia should not be doing business with them. Pictures on the booking page are not real!

Everything was dirty…trash and dirt on the floor, tag on the door and walls tiny roach was crawling on my person item. Spider on the door was found as well. bath tub was dirty and paint covered the floor of the bathtub a lot of things had rust… shampoo/conditioner bottle in the bathroom even looked used even the chair provided in the room was peeling… definitely need maintenance and very good cleaning

Was totally deceived from the pictures. The room looked nothing like the picture or even close to the picture. Rooms need serious ungraded. I checked in went to my room and went checked right back out. I couldn’t stay there!

Our room had leaking AC with a large pool of standing water. The hotel would not address this issue and would just give us towels to slop up the water. There were a lot of rude guests and the staff did not address the issues. Would not stay here again.

Do not go to this hotel. They close at 10pm. Yet have a sign saying call a number for check in, then dont answer the phone after you call a million times. Finally call back just to say the closed & dont do check ins after 10, but have a sign saying different. Even customer service tried calling them. Hotel.com need to take them off the list. Unprofessional at its finest.

It was horrible the room was dirty it had food under the bed... the hallways smelled like piss and dog and smoke... the elevator was severely damaged... the stairwell had urine... plus they did not give me my security deposit back after i cleaned up the room with no damages... i will never stay there again... horrible

Didn’t even get to stay. Called and stated it would be a late check in also made a note of the late check in. Got there and nobody was available in the office to even get us checked in it said the office closed at 10. Had to drive around late at night to try to find another hotel. Very very unhappy

We had made a reservation on Tuesday upon arrival on Friday I was told there was no room and our reservation was not going to be honored. My wife called from our vehicle to speak to a manager she was told the person on the phone was the manager. She asked to have our reservation honored the gentleman was rude she asked for a district manager phone number he not available and hung up on her. Very disappointed with your service will not recommend it reserve there again.

Large groups of people congregated near the dumpster at all times of the night making the parking lot appear to be unsafe. We checked out the following morning loosing money on the last night we paid for. Horrible experience!

The staff was amazing. I think that’s the only part of this property that makes it work. The bathroom was not properly cleaned (hair in tub from prior guest) the room smelled as if it was smoke it and was supposed to be a non smoking room. The second night I was about to book a room again and there was about 10-15 people partying in the parking lot with open containers. I ended up moving hotels completely

The place is basically dirty low income housing. The photos are a total lie. There is a key entry back door, but the door is sprung so it mostly stays open. I was "made" to pay a $10 late payment fee on a night I wasn\'t even there(I intend to dispute with the credit card company). $10 is nothing, but the principle involved is/was outrageous. I wish there was a 0 star option, the place is a $hithole. You\'re better off sleeping in your car in a Walmart parking lot.

The building smells of cigarette smoke. Cigarette burn in one of the blankets. There was also dirty shirts in the drawer. There was a loud fight between two women at 2am outside our window. The beds are not comfy. It was alright for one night stay but we won’t be returning. Aside from all that, the check in guy was nice.

I’m all about a good price, BUT I can’t handle feeling dirty. The entire place was outdated and needed to be renovated. My comforter had a bleach stain. Paint was chipping off the wall. The bathroom counter was falling about and the caulk pulling away from the sink. A hole in the wall of the shower was patched with what looked to be concrete. A broken frame that displayed an old wrinkled piece of e of wallpaper hung randomly on the wall. But the worst was the mildew smell and my sheets always feeling damp. My skin and hair had the same mildew smell when I woke up. I believe this is a permanent residence for most who stay here.

My wife and I got scabies from this hotel. The hotel was nothing like the AI picture because it looked more run down than pictures. Also, it was really sketchy but we only stayed because my step-son was playing basketball but there was World Cup game. We ended suffering 3-4 weeks with these bites from the hotel bed. It was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Plus, when I called the hotel to warn to tell them, they did not care. They were supposed to have a manager call me back 2-3 days later, which never happened. They don’t have ice machines and rooms smelt moldy. Terrible stay even before scabies.
