Very convenient location for walking to restaurants and shops. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Our AC wasn’t working properly right when we first unloaded the car and we were immediately upgraded to another room. The manager had the unit fixed before we had finished moving but he said to stay in the other room for the inconvenience. The pool area was pretty! Bed was comfortable, area very quiet at night. We would stay again.

The hotel is an older hotel. The owners keep it clean and the TV and air conditioner worked. The pool was in good shape and the check in process was quick. Very good motel for the price. I will definitely stay there again.

Even though the Inn is on a busy street, the rooms are quite quiet. We also were not able hear our neighbors either. The pool was nice and the room was clean. The only thing that was a little bit of a surprise was how narrow the bathroom in our room was. There is very little space to get past the sink to get to the shower. With that being said, we would stay here again.

I enjoyed our stay at Relax Inn. The room was clean and very neat. The rocking chairs outside the rooms were perfect. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. This will be my go to place whenever I am in Bryson City. Thanks again.

The owners of this little motel are super friendly and helpful. These are not large rooms, but for one night it's fine. We were on our bikes, so we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. We were able to walk to the restaurant, which was nice.

Clean and affordable. Walkable to everywhere in downtown Bryson City. The kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is older and not fancy, but the beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the location can’t be beat. We will stay again.

The room was extremely small for a king bed. Not much walking room. The bathroom was even smaller. Literally had to turn sideways between the sink and wall to get in the small shower. The gentlemen at Check-in was Friendly. Was not dirty dirty but could use a bit more cleaning/freshening

Not a new property, but new beds, linens, and bath fixtures. Very clean and comfortable, and service was excellent. First place I've stayed in for years that had housekeeping service every day. On-site owners bent over backwards to accommodate any request.

This is an updated roadside motel. Everything was recently redone. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfy, linens were good, shower had plenty of hot water and a nice non slippery tile floor. I cannot name a single issue with this property. Give it a try if you are visiting the area!

Very convenient location, with almost everything in Bryson City within walking distance. Seemed clean. Bed was fine. Looks like an old motel but seems well-maintained. This is the smallest motel room I have ever stayed in. It seems impossible to run the air conditioner without feeling it blowing on you. One must squeeze past the sink to the shower. The cramped conditions were okay for one person for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it for two people or multiple nights.

If all you need is a place to stop for the night this is OK. Check in easy but the rooms are tiny and the beds are hard as rocks. Feel it is overpriced but we didn’t have a choice due to last minute changes.

Fast friendly check in. Small motel with a big motel feel. Manager super talkative guy and very friendly and make you feel welcome. Close to everything and food is walk distance away. Great place for an over night stay. Great place for motorcycle riders also. Manager even gave us towels when we arrived to wipe off our motorcycles because it has been raining off and on all day. Reasonable pricing

Just. Don’t. Do. It. It’s worth it to drive to Birmingham or stay back in Meridian, The only good think I can say is our beds were clean and there was a roof over our head. The office staff was polite enough. Like someone else, I had to show my confirmation on the app, but they had no idea we were coming at 11pm. Apparently she had an issue with housekeeping earlier and the coverlet covers weren’t ready. She showed me a room for my approval and I said it would be fine. Upon further inspection once our stuff was in, I noticed the lampshade was torn, there were no towels, no tissues. Glad I didn’t look further around after reading others reviews. I had asked about breakfast at check in, and basically got the drift that there was no breakfast. My standards are not very high, but this has to be, hands down, the worst place I’ve ever stayed. And apparently the rate I got online was higher than everyone else’s 52$

Amazing this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The owners were so nice. Anything we needed they was so helpful. We had our truck and a trailer that we needed to park so we could ride our trike on the mountain roads. They were so nice to let us have a place to park our truck and trailer. It was a very clean room. We would go back and stay there again.

The parking area was excellent. We had a spot right outside of our room. The staff was excellent.. The AC was excellent. Everything was in walking distance to our motel.

Even though the Inn is on a busy street, the rooms are quite quiet. We also were not able hear our neighbors either. The pool was nice and the room was clean. The only thing that was a little bit of a surprise was how narrow the bathroom in our room was. There is very little space to get past the sink to get to the shower. With that being said, we would stay here again.

Spent the night with my grandson while attending the Polar Express. Staff very friendly, room clean and the location is excellent. Plan to return next year.

Perfect location for Bryson City activities. Owners are onsite and ready to assist. Clean, comfortable, quaint; definitely served our needs for enjoying Bryson City’s downtown area, esp the Polar Express :) Would stay here again.

This is a small and older motel. How ever I would definitely stay again. The rooms were very clean and fresh. The owners were very nice and accommodating. It is within walking distant to The Polar Express Train and restaurants. Very happy with our stay.

Very convenient location for walking to restaurants and shops. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Our AC wasn’t working properly right when we first unloaded the car and we were immediately upgraded to another room. The manager had the unit fixed before we had finished moving but he said to stay in the other room for the inconvenience. The pool area was pretty! Bed was comfortable, area very quiet at night. We would stay again.

I was going to take a Train ride with grandson. this hotel was very quaint, Mom & Pop, family atmosphere. The owners were very friendly and helpful when checking in. Gave directions and suggestions for meals etc. This location is convenient to everything and very walkable to everything in town.

If you just need a place to sleep and shower after adventures the room was clean and comfortable and very easy to walk to everything in the downtown area for eating, drinking and shopping. I will stay here next time.

I would highly recommend - the staff was super helpful, the location was fantastic, price was super reasonable. The bathroom in our room was really tight but it was also really clean and everything was comfortable. I would definitely stay again

Relax Inn was just what we wanted for a stay in Bryson City. It was small and cozy with everything we needed and obviously had been updated with a great shower, very comfortable bed, and great WIFI/TV service. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. If we'd had more time, we would definitely have made use of the rocking chairs outside our door while drinking coffee. We would definitely stay here again if and when in Bryson City.
