The hotel was quaint and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Understand it is an older property but had plenty of charm. Extremely clean and room was dated but had everything I needed. The only drawback was the area around the hotel. It was located by a bus terminal so the street traffic at night was very loud. If you have a room facing the street you will have street noise all night. The hotel had sufficient parking and was well lit and plenty of cameras so felt secure. Again, the staff at all levels were very friendly and asked how my stay was going everytime I saw someone.I would recommend the stay just be aware of possible noise at night. I ran the AC to provide white noise and was ok the second night.

First time staying at Rialto, checking was smooth, good food close the hotel. If you like burgers then Ala Burger is the place to go! Regarding to hotel, parking is great and safe, staff is nice, restaurant at hotel is great. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Laredo. Thanks for a great stay Rialto.

The place is horrible. Super outdated. They have AC units on windows and the elevator does not work. When checking out, they had someone mopping the stairs and I slipped since I was carrying my luggage . Horrible place to stay. I do not recommend at all

Clean, comfortable, historic. I'm a person that likes taking a step back into history. This place makes me feel like I'm visiting my grandmother's house. Don't stay here if you want a pool, room service, a gym, etc. But make it your destination in Laredo if you desire a clean room with a friendly anv professional staff.

Wonderful nostalgic hotel with plenty of Laredo (Est 1755) history nearby and I so is the hotel which served many businesses including the Mexican Embassy. The Rialto Hotel will celebrate its 100 years next year. There’s a pharmacy downstairs too! The check in clerk was friendly and knowledgeable of nearby opportunities. Parking was safe and they have numerous cameras. The room was very clean and comfortable. We wish we had booked two nights but we have time constraints. We are definitely coming back. The price was reasonable and well worth the stay. Highly recommended and safe. There’s a federal courthouse across the street. There’s also 3rd party restaurant inside the hotel but we are checking out early. Coffee, pastries, fruits and toast are free in the lobby. Fantastico!

The Rialto Hotel feels like a neglected property. There’s a strong smell of mold throughout, and although some areas were repainted, the job was poorly done with paint splatters on the wooden floors. The bathroom in room 310, in particular, looked more like a horror movie set than a guest facility.

Although the staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was worn and tired. Odd smell when we got off on 5th floor. No odor in room however. The room was very noisy for sleeping. Lots of trucks and sirens. Bed cover very thin. Honestly I could have stayed at Motel 6 for the same level of service and saved money in the long run.

This is an old property, always stay there when visiting my mom. The people are very nice, greeting you with a smile. Very clean and supplies are always available. Nice continental breakfast and good coffee. Love this Hotel and their people.... 😁

It was good for the price. I did not like it that the rooms were hot when we got their. Air condition worked after it was turn on. For the price, it was a good stay. Would I stay their again, probably not.

Basic hotel in historic building, at reasonable price. Service could be better. Checked late at night. Temperature outside was still over 90F and th room was very hot. AC was not on, so took a few minutes in the room for it to cool down some. A little thought about client comfort / service to turn the room AC ahead of time would have been great.

This was a quaint, if not boutique, property. It’s a converted office four story office building built in 1925 with lots of retained elements. The staff is fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. It is an older property, but it is clean and safe. The only thing I did not like, but that may be unavoidable, given the age of the building, is that the restroom and shower are very small.

This is an old property, always stay there when visiting my mom. The people are very nice, greeting you with a smile. Very clean and supplies are always available. Nice continental breakfast and good coffee. Love this Hotel and their people.... 😁

My bf and I have been staying here since we moved to San Antonio and visit family in Laredo. The location is convenient for us as it’s close to our families. Although the hotel is adjacent to some downtown nightlife and a plaza across the street, the rooms are so cozy and fresh that they’re never a bother as we’re asleep before 11 pm. The parking is extremely well lit and the neighborhood cats serve as security guards. The managers already know us well enough to greet us with a warm welcome at check in. The rooms have always been clean, roomy, and inviting after being out with family. One suggestion for staff would be to be on the same page with check in/check out times. On the Hotels.com website, it states 12 pm is the check out time while the housekeeping employee knocked on our door asking if we were paying another day since check out was at 11 am. When asking the manager at check out to clarify, she responded with, “ I can do 12” which isn’t necessarily a straight answer. Other than that, we haven’t had any issues when staying here. Hopefully it’s a one time occurrence because this hotel has reallly grown on us and we’d hate to go elsewhere.

Basic hotel in historic building, at reasonable price. Service could be better. Checked late at night. Temperature outside was still over 90F and th room was very hot. AC was not on, so took a few minutes in the room for it to cool down some. A little thought about client comfort / service to turn the room AC ahead of time would have been great.

The hotel was quaint and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Understand it is an older property but had plenty of charm. Extremely clean and room was dated but had everything I needed. The only drawback was the area around the hotel. It was located by a bus terminal so the street traffic at night was very loud. If you have a room facing the street you will have street noise all night. The hotel had sufficient parking and was well lit and plenty of cameras so felt secure. Again, the staff at all levels were very friendly and asked how my stay was going everytime I saw someone.I would recommend the stay just be aware of possible noise at night. I ran the AC to provide white noise and was ok the second night.

First time staying at Rialto, checking was smooth, good food close the hotel. If you like burgers then Ala Burger is the place to go! Regarding to hotel, parking is great and safe, staff is nice, restaurant at hotel is great. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Laredo. Thanks for a great stay Rialto.

Wonderful nostalgic hotel with plenty of Laredo (Est 1755) history nearby and I so is the hotel which served many businesses including the Mexican Embassy. The Rialto Hotel will celebrate its 100 years next year. There’s a pharmacy downstairs too! The check in clerk was friendly and knowledgeable of nearby opportunities. Parking was safe and they have numerous cameras. The room was very clean and comfortable. We wish we had booked two nights but we have time constraints. We are definitely coming back. The price was reasonable and well worth the stay. Highly recommended and safe. There’s a federal courthouse across the street. There’s also 3rd party restaurant inside the hotel but we are checking out early. Coffee, pastries, fruits and toast are free in the lobby. Fantastico!

Clean, comfortable, historic. I'm a person that likes taking a step back into history. This place makes me feel like I'm visiting my grandmother's house. Don't stay here if you want a pool, room service, a gym, etc. But make it your destination in Laredo if you desire a clean room with a friendly anv professional staff.

Very cool antique boutique hotel. Good for one night stay. The elevator wasn’t working during my stay, and my room was on the 4th floor. I was given a small pack of cookies and a canned Coke as a consolation price. All of the staff members were very respectful and so nice. The room was very clean and so was the restroom. I think the best part of my stay was the fact all the bath towels smelled like Suavitel. If you don’t know what Suavitel is, google it. It’s Amazing laundry softener. Thank you so much for using that softener for your towels. I have never smelled hotel towels that smelled this good. Ever. The only thing needing cleaning was the weird curved small couch in the bedroom. It was seriously dirty and in need of serious dusting and vacuuming. It was so dirty, I could not sit on it. Other than that, the stay was good. Good location, and good parking. And this hotel was a way better hotel than the ones a little further north on i35 in that sketchy part of town.
