First floor, outside door made for convenient unloading. The pool was perfect with afternoon sunlight. The room even had dishes that would’ve been great for a longer stay.

Fantastic, secure location in a kind of its own compound in Moab, clean property/room, great staff. Loved the double kitchen sink, but confused why there was no bathroom sink adjacent to the kitchen...could have hung the toilet paper holder next to the toilet instead of across the room! Used the pool, the patio next to the pool, and the onsite laundry--all 3 were great. One short block off Main St., it's a pleasant walk to some really good restaurants, especially the fabulous Pasta Joe's!

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect to walk anywhere in town. The pool was amazing at the end of a long day on the trails. The beds were comfortable and it was wonderful having a larger fridge. The staff that we met were very friendly and accommodating. The property is very private with fencing around pretty much the whole property.

Booked for the pool, it was broken and not open. Wish we had been told this in advance, we would not have booked. Stayed for 2 nights and it was hot weather. Room was clean, bathroom is older but ok!

We enjoyed the friendly staff and the great location. It is off the main road but within walking distance to many restaurants. The pool was great after long days of hiking in the area.

Good room, clean comfortable and well equipped. There is an outdoor pool, outdoor seating area, barbecues available and coffee available at reception. Parking is available on site and staff there were very welcoming. Location is also excellent, just off the main road, so walkable to bars, restaurants and stores but away from the traffic so quiet in the evenings. I really enjoyed my stay here. Moab is a great place to visit and the Moab Rustic Inn was the perfect place to stay.

This hotel gets good reviews but my experience was less than favourable. They overcharged me and the receptionist had no idea how to fix the issue. TV reception was poor. And I found hair far too long to be mine in the bathroom. Cheap by Moab standards, but too expensive for what it is. On the plus side, the location is good. Very handy to shops and eateries. While I was worried about the amount of noise from the street, it quietened down at night. Get a room towards the rear if you can.

We have stayed at Moab Rustic Inn a number of times. Spacious, immaculate, nicely-appointed rooms; comfortable beds; and caring staff are consistent trademarks of the Inn. Parking is ample and the Inn is ideally situated away from city noise yet close enough to shopping, dining, and every other imaginable service travellers ordinarily require. The Inn is, unsurprisingly, well-maintained.

We were passing through, which means the following day we checked out. Spotted a cockroach on the carpet the next morning, which we promptly squished. It's a two story structure with no elevator. We stayed on the second floor. Our stay was memorable, but hardly great.

Rustic Inn was clean inside and out. Lovely spring flowers were everywhere. Our unit was very spacious with a kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Parking was convenient near our unit. The property is old but well maintained. One drawback for us was not having a separate sink in the bathroom.

Property provided a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and microwave. Only downside was the kitchen sink was the only sink and had to be used as the bathroom sink and the lighting was over the sink was not great for shaving etc.

We were very pleased with our stay! The room/bathroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave, but it was a little weird to wash dishes in the sink right next to the sink for washing your face/putting on makeup/shaving (the bathroom didn’t have its own sink). Mandy in the office was kind and helpful. Free beautiful postcards in the office too! The Rustic Inn is an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. I’d stay here again if I had the opportunity to visit Moab!

Be aware there is no bathroom sink! The only sink available in the unit is in the kitchenette. It's not exactly ideal to shave or brush your teeth in the same sink where you are prepping food and washing dirty dishes.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the location was excellent...one block off Main Street The only negative we had was that there was no sink in the bathroom and we had to use the kitchenette sink to brush our teeth etc But we made the best of it and all the pluses of this property far outweigh this negative. We would stay at this hotel if we return Moab!

This property is older, but maintained. It had a small kitchenette which was handy but the kitchenette sink was the only sink so you are brushing your teeth in the “kitchen”. K-cup coffee was provided. Laundry was handy. This location was great and we only drove to the parks. Otherwise, we were able to walk which was really nice.

The woman who checked us in yesterday evening was irritable. We had 3 rooms but she insited we only booked 2 rooms even though I had the confirmation number. She eventually found the paperwork for the third room but did not apologize.

Avoid booking this motel if you value a reliable booking. They will "walk' you and ignore your confirmed Expedia/ 3rd party booking, ifanother customer phones or walks in. Despite seeing our Expedia reservation, they over sold their rooms and refused to honor our booking. They offered no apology and turned us away suggesting that we hunt for a room in crowded Moab on a Saturday night! Rude front desk guy tried to blame Expedia, and went as far as to say that while he felt sorry for us (being potentially homeless for the night), that he personally was NOT SORRY! Wow! His rudeness extended to customers that he brushed off on the phone while we where standing there. Clearly, he's a guy who's not cut out for the service industry. It's also important to note that we arrived at 330pm when checkin begins at 3. Bottomline, your reservation is not secure. You can't count on ethical behavior from this motel. Book elsewhere for peace of mind. They will leave you high and dry without any help or accountability if it means a few more bucks from a direct booking. They should really be removed from Expedia and all of their affiliates. They are breaking their contract with the platform and are damaging Expedia's reputation. Hopefully, others can avoid our terrible experience with this motel and make a better, more secure choice.

All was great until I got there at 2:00 and asked if I could check in early. I guess it wasn’t the right question to ask. Instead of just saying no, I felt like I was in the principals office for doing something wrong. Oh well, just a bad day for her.

I stayed at the MRI 13 years ago when I visited Moab for the first time, and it's still excellent. Great service, easy check in, nice amenities available at the desk. We stayed in the 2 room apartment and it was nice to have some extra space. The bathroom had lots of space for all three of us to spread out our stuff! One bedroom has no window. The pool was nice, wish the evening had been a little warmer!! Location is convenient to restaurants on the main street

3rd stay at the Rustic Inn. I am in town on business every month or 2 for a couple days. Great location, I can walk to everything, no matter how hot it is, and its a nice room, comfortable bed and excellent Air Conditioner. Mark is great at the front desk.

From check-in to check-out, we had a very pleasant stay at the Rustic Inn. The front desk was very helpful in providing dining suggestions nearby, and we were able to enjoy two wonderful dinners. The room was serviced each day, which many hotels or inns are not necessarily doing. We appreciated that level of service.

The location is amazing. It is in the downtown Moab area close to all the shopping and restaurants. Extremely clean. The cleanliness was a selling point. Very quiet and relaxing. Comfortable beds. Clean pool. Super easy parking.

Quick and easy check in. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Great place in the heart of Moab.

Hotel is clean and well-maintained, front-desk staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is slightly off the main "strip" where the main dining and shopping options are, so its not crowded but close enough (2 blocks) to walk there. There is ample parking in the enclosed area and additional parking on the street. Rooms are large and clean and seem to be newly renovated, contain fridge and microwave, coffee machine and crockery and flatware. Overall a great choice when staying at Moab.

Excellent staff that was friendly and helpful. The hotel is one block off of very noisy Main Street that has a constant flow of large trucks.

Great location on a quiet street, but just a block from 191 and restaurants. With the fridge and microwave, we could have breakfast in the room every day. The coffee supplied is way above average. Friendly staff.

Fantastic location, close to everything for walking downtown. Greats prices on sodas and awesome donuts in the morning. The dog bones and free postcards are so thoughtful.

clean room with nice Kitchenette. Coffee pot smelled like metal and made bad coffee, but staff was excellent and had coffee in the office with donuts.

Rustic but clean hotel. A very nice 2 star. Kitchenette which doubled as a bathroom sink was fine but a little unusual. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is in the middle of downtown Moab which allowed us to easily walk to breakfast since they don't serve breakfast.

Average motel, comfortable beds, clean, cool rooms (temp), small parking area, very limited for larger vehicles. Had no breakfast and the coffee was subpar, maybe I'm too picky for my java.

The Rustic Inn is just a block off the main street in Moab, so you have convenience and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I like a strong shower - this one fits the bill. The outdoor pool is a great way to relax after a day hiking in Arches NP. Every staff member was friendly and informative. We might have missed a couple of breathtaking and fun areas if the staff hadn't engaged us in conversation and asked if we'd seen the areas. There is always excellent, free coffee brewing in the office --- and donuts on Saturday!

I love this motel! Very nice rustic vibe and in the middle of the town. Everything is walkable and convenient. They have a nice pool, hot chocolate, coffee and tea in the morning! Beautifully decorated! Great job!

Great location. Comfortable, cozy rooms with plenty of amenities. The kitchenette area was great and allowed us to cook breakfast.

If you are looking for cooking amenities there are none. The rooms are quite clean and comfy. For the price you will not beat this and the location for a short walk to restaurants. I will stay here again. Do not pass this one up!!

We stayed one night on our road trip, and this property is just off the main drive through town so walkable to restaurants and shopping. We drove through Arches National Park on our way here which was perfect. Property is on the older side but well maintained; quiet location, bed was comfy and shower pressure was great. If I travel this way again, I will consider staying here. Only odd thing to mention is the mirror above the kitchenette sink which serves as the bathroom mirror and sink. But as I mentioned, it is an older building.
