The Greenwich Inn was a tidy and nice play to stay. It did say that parking would be available however it only has 10 car parks so first in best dressed. Breakfast was provided and well catered for. Overall it was a nice stay.

The location is excellent for proximity to the hospital, and the fact that continental breakfast is included is a massive bonus. The parking facilities provided is also great, BUT the parking area leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps the website should mention that it is EXTREMELY tight parking!!

The quality is similar to an ibis budget. The legs on the TV were broken meaning it rolled forward. Parking was tight. Although it had been renovated still felt dated which is part of its charm. Breakfast was basic with no staff present. Like going to your own pantry. Value for money it was good. Plus was the bed was comfortable

The room was full of dust . Never been vacuum behind the very old broken furniture . The little bar bridge so old not shelf to place food . The door was so derty . The kitchen and breakfast areas needs a good clean up . The hotel owners need to put some money to pay for a good supervisor and cleaner . The building is in a very good location but the accomodations is not good .customers do pay fur a clean place to sleep !!!! I do have photos of the my room shows the poor cleaning standards .

Unfortunately the property was extremely unclean and mould filled.. the bath was filthy and had dirt rings all around it and the tiles were old and mouldy. The light switches were cracked and broken. Although the bed sheets were clean, I woke up two morning with mouse poo on my bed and on top of the clothes in my bag. The place is cheap to stay at and close to the hospital which is what I needed so I didn’t feel like complaining was needed at the time. The room I stayed in had a huge sky light which kept the room fully lit with daylight until it was dark and it was very hot in there through the day when I came back to my room. The mould around the windows was extreme. Unfortunately I would not stay there again no matter how cheap it is.

The bedroom bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time, only the basics had been looked after. There was a draft coming into the room from the air vent straight onto the bed, but despite that the room was so stuffy we woke up with headaches every morning.

It's convenient for the appointments I'd travelled for. Negatives? Appalling lack of attention by cleaners: in the room was a bin overflowing with rubbish; one bedside lamp didn't work & the other needed to be coaxed; mould spots on the shower curtain; filthy aircon unit, coated in fluff; hairs on bathroom floor which was dirty in the corners; bed had a huge dip in the mattress; and other shoddy aspects.

The rooms are tidy, the bed is very hard. The aircon unit was in the window and was very noisy, you couldnt sleep with it on It was a very cold night and there were no extra blankets meaning I was cold all night. I wouldn't stay again for these reasons.

Dont bother staying here. Its a dump! Room was old & carpet dirty & stained. Very noisy from highway traffic. Definitely not soundproof. Aircondioner old & noisy. Had ro leave on all night as too warm. At least it muffled the traffic noise. Bathroom very small, tiny basin & no room for toiletries. Tv didn't work properly & no internet connection. And no instructions. Tv leg was broken & held up by rolled up toilet paper. Basic tea making. No biscuits. No microwave. No tissues. Overall was pretty awful.

First impression - very clean. Room very small, bathroom tiny with towels touching the toilet. Windows have inadequate curtains so light comes in all night. Entry door has wide gaps around allowing bright light from hall all around it to enter room which remains almost bright enough to read. Bed comfortable, pillows not supportive. Our room at rear was fairly quiet but probably noisy from the highway for rooms in front. Long walk from railway station. Bus stop nearby but limited service. Breakfast Ok - bread, cereals, juice, fruit, tea/coffee. Staff lovely, friendly - best thing about this "hotel" Room not serviced during our two night stay. Maybe cheap (feels it) but not good value. Wouldn't stay again

Was excellent for proximity to Royal North Shore Hospital. Only a 10 minute walk away. Road noise was pretty bad, as well as noise from other rooms. The breakfast offered is extremely basic: white bread, jam, butter, and a piece of fruit. The room was small but functional. The the location, and price per night this hotel was reasonable value.

I loved that it was easily walkable to Royal north shore hospital, older property but clean, tidy and a very comfortable bed. breakfast hit the spot too. I had to extend my stay and it was not a problem. Friendly reception lady and staff . could not fault

This is a good place for an ON stay in Sydney. Basic room but all amenities. Quiet, free parking and 10 minutes walk from St Leonards station. Staff attentive and helpful and the complimentry breakfast was a bonus

This is a good place for an ON stay in Sydney. Basic room but all amenities. Quiet, free parking and 10 minutes walk from St Leonards station. Staff attentive and helpful and the complimentry breakfast was a bonus

Was excellent for proximity to Royal North Shore Hospital. Only a 10 minute walk away. Road noise was pretty bad, as well as noise from other rooms. The breakfast offered is extremely basic: white bread, jam, butter, and a piece of fruit. The room was small but functional. The the location, and price per night this hotel was reasonable value.

The Greenwich Inn was a tidy and nice play to stay. It did say that parking would be available however it only has 10 car parks so first in best dressed. Breakfast was provided and well catered for. Overall it was a nice stay.

whilst the Hotel appears old, the rooms were very clean and tidy. It suited my purpose. There is a cafe next store which offered a good variety of meals and refreshments.

I loved that it was easily walkable to Royal north shore hospital, older property but clean, tidy and a very comfortable bed. breakfast hit the spot too. I had to extend my stay and it was not a problem. Friendly reception lady and staff . could not fault

This property has virtually no parking or very difficult parking so you will have to park in a back street about a 5 minute walk. The breakfast is either toast or weetbix- nothing continental about it and the breakfast eating area is a little room in the next door property - hard to find. Won’t be staying here again.

The location is excellent for proximity to the hospital, and the fact that continental breakfast is included is a massive bonus. The parking facilities provided is also great, BUT the parking area leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps the website should mention that it is EXTREMELY tight parking!!

The quality is similar to an ibis budget. The legs on the TV were broken meaning it rolled forward. Parking was tight. Although it had been renovated still felt dated which is part of its charm. Breakfast was basic with no staff present. Like going to your own pantry. Value for money it was good. Plus was the bed was comfortable

I pulled back the sheets on the bed to find the top sheet had what looked like blood stains. Either the sheets had not been changed from a previous guest or the stained sheet had been purposely put on the bed. I requested the sheets be replaced and they were with very worn sheets that had holes. Only a very thin blanket was on the bed. I requested an extra blanket but never received one. When I went to hang my clothes in the closet there wasn’t any coat hangers but there was a pair of men’s underpants hanging on the rail. The desk chair in the room was heavily stained and the toiletries holder in the shower was broken and rusty.

One of the beds had not been changed the sheets there was a lamp in the room but no socket to plug it into by the bed the bathroom wasn't clean the pillows were all stained except for one. Would not stay here again.
