The hotel is older but very well taken care of. We had the best time! They have an are where you can sit on the 2nd floor in Adirondac chairs and people watch. The location is perfect we never needed the car once we got there.

Nice pool. Convient to beach, shops, cafes, ice cream parlors, large pier. No staff on site at night to tame the all night party people. Can hear the conversations going on in the next room. Very outdated rooms with unstable wobbly room entrance door. AC unit worked well. Towels were clean. Lumpy bed. Toilet did not flush properly. Parking on ground level. Pool and rooms on level 2 and more rooms on level 3. Every side on level 2 and 3 had nice adorondac furniture to enjoy shade or sun to watch below all the comings and goings. Too expensive. Will not be back there again.

The elevator and ice machine stopped working. The pool had a smell that wasn't chlorine, more like brine from peanuts. The parking was a tight squeeze. The location was great! One of the workers ask me did I wanted to buy a bag. A BAG OF WHAT!!! NO MAAM!!!!

The parking situation was problematic. Upon arrival we learned that they have very few parking spots for bigger vehicles. We were given a spot, thinking it was 'ours' for the night. Then we left for dinner in our vehicle, and when we came back our spot was gone and there were no others that could accommodate our vehicle. We were then told to park at their sister property, which was down the street and a bit of a pain for bringing things to and from the room. It was also out in the open and it didn't feel as secure as it did in our original spot. As far as the property goes, it's run-down with a lot of rust everywhere, etc. And our first set of room keys/passes didn't work so we had to go back to the front desk. But the room itself was fine for what we needed it for (just to sleep), but note a lack of plugs for charging devices (not surprising given that it's an older motel). There were enough towels for a family of 4 and the microwave was nice to have. It only take a few minutes to walk to the beach. We found that there was a lot of activity on the street but we slept ok.

We liked that there was a roof pool, that was pretty cool. The room that we had was awesome, the bed was so comfortable my husband wanted one like it at home. The hotel was so close to the beach, it was a 5 minute walk. We will book again.

For as much as I paid for one night, this place should’ve been clean. The shower stall has tile and in between the tile cracks there was mold the bathtub was dirty. I had to ask him to clean it. The toilet was dirty. The caulking surrounding the tub was moldy and dirty.

The best couple things about this place is it's in walking distance of beach shopping and food. Parking was tight. The room is another story. The whole room needs updating and deep deep cleaning. (I use to clean and I know what it's suppose to look like no matter location) Understand it's near beach but dang. It looks worn down. Floors nasty, roach came out from under the bed, the toilet u have to wait several minutes before flushing again, the shower curtain doesn't keep water from the floor you get out you are in a swimming pool in the shower area. The baseboards and doors are all like to much to describe. I'm just staying pictures are deceiving. Good thing it was only for one night.

The rooms are not very clean. The towels are old worn out. The shower curtain had mildew on it the floors in the room or filthy dirty overall, the place needs to be cleaned up and painted terrible conditions.

My family stays thete 3 to 4 times a year with no issues but our weekend was horrible. Our bed had bed bugs. We took pictures and reportrd it to the office manager. We are waiting to be contacted about our room and expect a full refund with no problems.

The staff was so so friendly and made our stay much more pleasurable. The room was decorated nicely with a comfortable bed, but the room was disgusting. The floor wasn’t sweeper or mopped, the toilet was gross, and there was hair in the shower when we got there. Housekeeping doesn’t bother with you besides give out clean towels every day, but you won’t see them besides that. The pool isn’t temperature controlled and was way too cold to swim in. The hot water in our room didn’t work but the sweet lady at the front moved us into a different room.

Parking is a little tight but manageable, area is great everything is within walking distance lots of places to eat and shop over all great locations. The rooms are nice and clean the beds are OK definitely have seen better days, they make some noise and are a bit hard. Bathroom is clean and big. Now the area is definitely I a spot where a lot of people gather so it definitely gets loud outside so if you like going to bed at a good time definitely keep it in mind you will hear people outside. But over all great place to stay will definitely come back.

The walls were very thin. I could hear all conversations (every single word, they were not talking loudly) and 'other activities' had by the people in the rooms next door. The furniture (chairs) we're very old and dirty looking. I was not comfortable sitting on them. Our room has no bedside lamps but we could see that other rooms.

The beds were comfortable. That is about all I can say. There was only the doorknob lock with 2 little ones that was hard. The air conditioner was hard wired into a hole in the wall. The tile above the shower was collapsing. The toilet is plumbed into hot water ..that wasn't so bad if your butt likes a sauna when you pee

The beds in the room were on a platform that slid the mattress every time you sat on them, unsafe. The bathroom doors are literally see through, crazy. No phone in the room. The thing that grabbed my attention most was the dirty dirty lamp shade. Disgusting, literally filthy. For the price of the room, they could have at least cleaned the filthy lampshade that had literal dirt/dustbunnies falling off. The receptionist that checked me in was really sweet though. Probably the best part of staying at that location. Would not stay again

There was a power outage Saturday night on the entire island. Not something management could help, but I called the front desk to ask if someone could ask the other occupants to turn off the music they were blasting, the loud screaming and general craziness. No one answered multiple calls. It was pandemonium. Also, the smell of pot smoking wafted through the entire area every day. You get what you pay for, next time I’ll stay somewhere with more stars.

Our initial room assignment was dirty and had a fist-punch mark on the wall next to the sink. I don't think it was supposed to be rented out. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while. We discussed it with the manager and was promptly moved to an upgraded, very clean, room with a kitchenette. That room was very nice. I've seen other complaints about dirty rooms and am wondering if they aren't properly flagged in their database. The cleaning people were around every day going from room to room and left our room in very good shape. It could use some updating but cleanliness comes first - which was fine in our 2nd and final room. Very convenient to the beach, stores, and placed to eat.

We had a great day everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Parking was free. Bed was comfy enough and clean. We were able to watch the parade from the above landing which was so nice. We would like to also mention that I left my wallet in the room and made it all the way home but someone found it cleaning and turned it into the office and they called me. They are supposed to be mailing it to me soon. So happy to have good honest people I care about their customers. Hopefully it will arrive soon so I cannot stress out about the postal service or someone losing it (besides me).... will will stay again in the future.

This property was HORRIBLE. The bedding was dirty and there were crumbs all over the sink area. There was "bugs" all over the counter, tv, and table. The fridge was unclean and it would fall forward when you open it. There were people in the stairway smoking weed as well as a man who looked homeless, asleep in the stairway. The parking spaces were so close, I couldn't park my Infinite Q50 without going over the line, yet you are not allowed to park outside the parking space lines. The area around the hotel was old and dingy. I felt unsafe. I booked for 2 nights but didn't stay a single night. I was told the rooms were non-refundable and STILL left. Expedia should be ashamed of promoting this place. DON'T STAY HERE!! I see why they are non-refundable because you pay before you see the rooms and surrounding area. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, that was the only good part about this place.

The location is great for a visit to Tybee Island. Lots of shopping & dining right out the front door! And the beautiful beach is just an easy walk right down the block. The room was spacious and clean, but the walls must be very thin as we could hear conversations from those around us.

Always go here when we go to tybee. Close to everything. Bars shops restaurants. Only a block from the beach Wet Willie's downstairs and awesome pizza across the street. Also every time i go there i meet awesome people on the terrace where u can watch people walking down below. Love it.

The room needs a deep deep cleaning. Toilet had not been cleaned properly in a while. Limited outlets to use for your personal items. Not enough lighting in the room. No safety certificate in elevator, exit sign literally hanging by one wire. Mattress needs to be replaced as you can feel the springs. The lights went out on the island, other patrons began screaming & yelling which didnt stop until well after midnight. I did enjoy the convenience of the location as we could walk to shopping, dining, and more.

We had a wonderful stay! We got upgraded to a deluxe room for our honeymoon and the kitchen area was awesome. No breakfast is provided so it was nice to be able to cook. The bed was absolutely heavenly. The room was so cute. One thing that was not disclosed was that the hotel doesn't have an elevator so be mindful of that if you get booked on the 2nd floor and can't do 2 flights of stairs. We loved the proximity to the beach, just two or three minutes walk!
