Stay was ok. Staff not that knowledgeable. No safe in the rooms. Hot tub water looked dirty. Pool was clean. Lots of yard games to play and outdoor seating which was nice. Nice area connected to the office with coffee, tea, and microwave. Not as close to town as we’d like. Not near the ocean at all. Construction site across the street views and parking lot views only. Beach is not within walking distance. Would not stay here again .

It was a large older room but the bed was super comfy and the place was clean. Loved the hot tub (it was huge) and the pool and patio picnic areas. Staff was very nice and will stay there again (which means it gets my highest ratings).

The room smelled moldy and there was mold on the shower curtain. The carpet felt damp. For the price it was very disappointing. Definitely not hotel quality. More like a cheap motel. It also stated there would be housekeeping service on the sign at the front desk if you stayed 3 nights, which we did. However, we were then informed housekeeping is only offered if you stay 4 nights. The bath towels were very rough, not nice hotel quality. Note to management, if you are going to charge these high rates then put some money into your hotel.

We were extremely disappointed as the pictures online did not match what we saw in person. The room was filthy on the inside and outside seating area. There were cigarette butts on the ground near the outdoor chairs, along with goldfish crackers, that was obvious no one swept. Inside the carpet had numerous stains, as did the refrigerator and toilet. The wallpaper was coming off of the walls. There were tiny ants crawling in the kitchen. My husband had to move furniture to plug the TV in. The mattress had disgusting stains, as did the couch. The board of Health should be called !

The spa tub was smaller than we were expecting and we were disappointed that the fire place was more decorative than functional and didn't provide any amount of heat. Fortunately we did need or want to use the ceiling fan as it was missing a blade and would have been quite dangerous to use. The cleaning fee for not washing dishes is absurd.

Do not stay here if having Wi-Fi is important to you. Room was dark and the carpet was in need of cleaning. We were told that housekeeping was after 3 days. We were there for four days and never had any room services. The only positive thing is the location.

This was a nice place for the price! I can’t complain. Our room had a large jacuzzi tub and a fire place. Although the fireplace is electric and dim, it was nice. The jacuzzi tub easily fit two adults, but the water leaked and the temperature was tough to get right. Aside from this, I would have given 5 stars. Housekeeping upstairs was very loud early in the morning and the vending machine was out of order, lol. BUT plenty of restaurants in close distance, shower was comfortable, amenities were average and the room was clean! I would stay here again and maybe just not bother with the jacuzzi.. 🙃

The king room was gigantic. It was very clean. There was a very large bathroom. We had a couch and also a table and chairs with a spacious small fridge. Nice coffee maker and also free coffee in the office. The pool was enormous and so was the covered hot tub Our only issue was the traffic noise on the very busy street. They advertise a balcony with a river view, but the river is so far away and mostly blocked by other buildings. The walk to Footbridge Beach was convenient and there is a trolley stop outside too.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times because we enjoy the amenities and the location is great. We've always had a pleasant experience. This tine, however there was a problem with the AC unit. Around 12:30 am, the banging noise coming from the AC was so bad that we couldn't sleep, we were up multiple times throughout the night trying to adjust it so that the noise would lessen. It was warm enough that sleeping without the AC wasn't an option, and unfortunately we ended up getting very little sleep. There were a few other minor notes such as the light switch next to the main door not working, the bedroom door looked like someone had tried to punch a hole through it and there wasn't a curtain on the porch door which was a privacy concern as we were in a room facing the road. Small details compared to the AC but at the price we paid for a room, we expected better.

I booked and paid for a room with a balcony and received a confirmation from Expedia for this room. When I arrived I was told that Expedia did not book a room with a balcony even though my itinerary showed I did. In order to get the room I requested, I needed to pay an additional fee meaning I paid twice for the upgrade. The resort told me they often have this problem with Expedia but did not seem to think it was their problem to resolve. This attitude was surprising to me. The staff did not seem to have the ability to make a common sense judgement to deviate from what their computer screen said despite all the documentation I presented.

The room next to us which was empty still had a blasting tv on the entire evening. Called the front desk for help no answer . Than I physically went over and there was nobody there at 730 pm .

Came back for my anniversary-and out of many stays, this one was by far the worst. The room was not as advertised. The desk staff was willing to change our room, but charged us another 121 for a room that didn't meet our hopes and expectations. The following morning we tried to talk to the front desk staff again and she had a major attitude. The AC was broken in our room and the heat did not seem to want to shut off-so it was incredibly hot and stuffy all night, making sleep difficult.

They weren't there to check me in! I booked and confirmed online around 8:30 PM. They send an email about calling ahead of time but it wasn't sent until 10:00 PM. So I called the emergency line but no one picked up! There is an emergency line and NO ONE PICKED UP!!!

Front desk staff were the friendliest I think I may have ever had! Very pleasant people to deal with. Room was a little hard to find, but was massive, especially for the price! It was also very clean! Will definitely be staying again in the future!

I booked the room earlier in the evening to discover the lobby was closed when I arrived. There was a note on the door with 3 numbers to call the first one had a full mailbox and the 2nd one told me to call security, which was the third number. She arrived and came up with 3 keys stating that is all she was given and none were the king bed w jetted tub. She left a detailed message about the mixup. I inquired in the am but was referred to the manager whom I have called twice now with no reply.

Property was nice outside, the outside type hall was a little in need of some “welcoming” More inviting - some rooms were left open and unmade- and anyone could get in them. We only stayed one night on way to Bar Harbor. No coffee until 8 am only til 10 so no coffee etc during day or evening. No I would not stay there again.

It’s 15 min walk from the beach . There is also a nice pool and hot tub. The area feels safe and it’s quiet . There are bus stop right down the street and walk distance from lots of restaurants. They have free coffee.

The one bedroom suite was spacious and pretty with the built in fireplace. The king bed was comfy and bathroom was huge. Was nice having separate toilet area and that bathroom was accessible from both living area and bedroom. Good closet space as well. Grounds and pool were pretty and well kept and great tea selection in office. Staff very friendly. Low on cleaning staff as wasn’t able to have room cleaned in 4 night/5day stay. Other areas of improvement: stains in hallway carpets of building and living area carpet of suite, and amenities in kitchenette area of suite could definitely be increased/improved. Only had 4 dishes, 2 bowls, 2 glasses, 2 mugs and some silverware.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The motel facilities specifically the pool and hot tub were great. The motel is walking distance to Footbridge beach. DT Ogunquit is walkable but better to catch the trolley for $5. A very good experience.

Hotel was in a good area, walkable to some shops and restaurants. No laundry facilities. However, there was a laundry mat next door. There is a pizza place next door that has really good pizza!

Kids loved the giant pool and yard games. Walk to footbridge beach is not bad at all however walk to town is a bit far for little ones. Overall would definitely recommend for families.
